Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de revêtement de structures de bâtiment (10), comprenant une pluralité de panneaux préfabriqués (1) (conçus pour être) disposés en contact réciproque les uns à côté des autres et des moyens permettant de fixer (11) les panneaux préfabriqués (1) sur la structure de bâtiment (10), afin de former un revêtement modulaire (100). Chaque panneau préfabriqué (1) comprend une plaque (2) en un matériau isolant calorifuge, un filet plat (3) étiré et fixé sur la plaque (2) et une couche de rendu (4) appliquée sur le filet plat (3) et solidement fixée sur la plaque (2).

Claims (15)

  1. Système de revêtement de structures de bâtiment (10), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une pluralité de panneaux préfabriqués (1) pouvant être posés l'un à côté de l'autre et en contact l'un avec l'autre, et des moyens de fixation (11) pour ancrer les panneaux préfabriqués (1) à la structure de bâtiment (10), afin de composer un revêtement modulaire (100),
    chaque panneau préfabriqué (1) comprenant une plaque (2) en matériau calorifuge, un filet plat (3) déployé et fixé sur la plaque (2), et une couche d'enduit (4) appliquée sur le filet plat (3) et solidement fixée à la plaque (2) ;
    caractérisé en ce que le filet plat (3), associé à chaque panneau préfabriqué (1), présente un bord (30) en saillie d'un rebord de la plaque (2), et la couche d'enduit (4) couvre une surface limitée de la plaque (2), laissant dégagé un morceau (23) sur la plaque (2), les panneaux préfabriqués (1) pouvant être posés de sorte que le bord en saillie (30) de chaque panneau préfabriqué (1) couvre le morceau dégagé (23) de la plaque (2) d'au moins une plaque préfabriquée (2) adjacente ; le morceau dégagé (23) de la plaque (2) de chaque panneau préfabriqué (1) étant aussi couvert par le filet plat (3) associé audit panneau préfabriqué (1) de manière que, en pratique, le morceau dégagé (23) est couvert par deux bords superposés (30).
  2. Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (2) et la couche d'enduit (4) de chaque panneau préfabriqué (1) présentent toutes les deux des propriétés respirantes, puisqu'elles laissent passer la vapeur, prévenant ainsi la formation de condensation.
  3. Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (2) est fabriquée dans un matériau sélectionné dans un groupe comprenant polystyrène et polyuréthane.
  4. Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (2) est fabriquée en liège.
  5. Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le filet plat (3) est fabriqué en plastique.
  6. Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'enduit (4) se compose d'un plâtre mélangé à une colle pour adhérer au filet plat (3) et à la plaque (2).
  7. Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (2) est sillonnée par au moins un canal d'ancrage (22), qui se remplit du matériau de la couche d'enduit (4), pour former un accouplement qui empêche la couche d'enduit (4) de glisser sur la plaque (2).
  8. Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (2) de chaque panneau préfabriqué (1) présente, dans une vue en plan, une forme essentiellement rectangulaire.
  9. Système selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le filet plat (3) de chaque panneau préfabriqué (1) comprend un bord en saillie (30) qui dépasse de deux côtés consécutifs du rebord de la plaque correspondante (2), et la couche d'enduit (4) couvre une surface limitée de la plaque (2) pour former, sur la plaque (2), un morceau dégagé (23) adjacent aux côtés consécutifs restants du rebord.
  10. Système selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (2) de chaque panneau préfabriqué (1) présente une nervure en saillie (20) qui se développe le long de deux de ses côtés consécutifs, et un canal de logement (21) qui évolue le long de ses côtés restants, dont le canal (21) peut se mettre contre et recevoir la nervure en saillie (20) d'au moins un panneau préfabriqué adjacent (1).
  11. Procédé de fabrication des panneaux préfabriqués (1) à utiliser comme revêtement modulaire (100) pour des structures de bâtiment (10), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des étapes de :
    préparer une pluralité de plaques (2) en matériau calorifuge, et une pluralité de filets plats (3) ;
    appliquer un filet plat (3) sur chaque plaque (2) ;
    poser sur chaque filet plat (3) une couche d'enduit (4),
    les étapes susvisées étant réalisées avec un dispositif spécial et dans une usine ; caractérisé en ce que le filet plat (3) est associé à chaque panneau préfabriqué (1) pour présenter un bord (30) en saillie d'un rebord de la plaque (2), la couche d'enduit (4) couvrant une surface limitée de la plaque (2), laissant dégagé un morceau (23) sur la plaque (2), les panneaux préfabriqués (1) pouvant être posés de sorte que le bord en saillie (30) de chaque panneau préfabriqué (1) peut couvrir le morceau dégagé (23) de la plaque (2) d'au moins une plaque préfabriquée (2) adjacente ; le morceau dégagé (23) de la plaque (2) de chaque panneau préfabriqué (1) étant aussi couvert par le filet plat (3) associé audit panneau préfabriqué (1) de manière que, en pratique, le morceau dégagé (23) est couvert par deux bords superposés (30).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'application du filet plat (3) comprend la fixation du filet plat (3) sur la plaque (2) avant la pose de la couche d'enduit (4).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la fixation du filet plat (3) sur la plaque (2) est obtenue par collage, avec un mélange dilué de plâtre et une colle pour former une adhérence sur le filet plat (3) et la plaque (2).
  14. Procédé de réalisation d'un revêtement modulaire (100) pour des structures de bâtiment (10), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des étapes de :
    préparer une pluralité de panneaux préfabriqués (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 10 ;
    poser les panneaux préfabriqués (1) sur la structure de bâtiment (10) à côté l'un de l'autre et en contact l'un avec l'autre ; et
    fixer les panneaux préfabriqués (1) à la structure de bâtiment (10).
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :
    poser les panneaux préfabriqués (1) de sorte que chaque bord en saillie (30) du filet plat (3) de chaque panneau préfabriqué (1) couvre le morceau dégagé (23) de la plaque (2) d'au moins un panneau préfabriqué adjacent (1), et enduire le morceau dégagé (23).
