Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Formwerkzeug zum Formen von Stahlblechbauteilen gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
  • Ein solches Formwerkzeug ist aus der JP-A-2005007442 bekannt.
  • Es ist bekannt, Formwerkzeuge, d. h. eine Ober- und eine Unterformwerkzeughälfte die miteinander korrespondierend einem eingelegten Vorformling oder einer eingelegten Platine durch das Zusammenfahren der Werkzeughälften eine Form geben, beispielsweise durch Tiefziehen, mit Wasser zu kühlen, so dass ein eingelegter heißer Vorformling oder eine eingelegte heiße Platine insbesondere aus Stahlblech, umgeformt und gekühlt wird. Durch die Kühlung wird bei härtbaren Stahlblechen eine erwünschte Härtung herbeigeführt.
  • Üblicherweise bestehen derartige Formwerkzeughälften aus gegossenen oder geschmiedeten Materialien, wobei die Formwerkzeughälften je eine formgebende Fläche besitzen.
  • Um eine Kühlung herbeizuführen ist es bekannt, in derartige Formwerkzeughälften Löcher einzubringen um hierdurch'Kühlkanäle zu erzeugen.
  • Hierzu wird beispielsweise eine Mehrzahl von Bohrungen erzeugt, die im Wesentlichen parallel zur an sich konturierten formgebenden Fläche die jeweilige Formwerkzeughälfte von einer Seite zur gegenüberliegenden Seite durchgreifen. Um diese Kühlkanäle mit einem entsprechenden Kühlmedium beaufschlagen zu können, wird in einem zweiten Schritt von der der konturierten Fläche gegenüberliegenden Rückseite der Formwerkzeughälfte jeweils im Bereich eines Endes des zuvor eingebohrten Kühlkanals ein Anschlusskanal bis zum Kühlkanal gebohrt, so dass der Kühlkanal von der Rückseite der Formwerkzeughälfte durch eine Bohrung mit Kühlmedium beaufschlagt werden kann, welches durch die andere Bohrung zur Rückseite der Formwerkzeughälfte abgeführt wird. Die offenen Enden oder das offene Ende des Kühlkanals wird üblicherweise mit entsprechenden Stopfen bzw. Schließen verschlossen, um ein Austreten von Kühlmedium an der Seite des Formwerkzeugs zu verhindern.
  • Aus der JP-A-2005007442 ist ein Formwerkzeug mit zwei konturierten Formwerkzeughälften bekannt, die jeweils eine dem Werkstück zugewandte Formflächenschale und eine Tragformhälfte besitzen, wobei die Formflächenschalen an der Tragformhälfte angeordnet sind und die Formflächenschalen jeweils eine dem Werkstück zugewandte Formfläche und eine dem Werkstück abgewandte Rückseite besitzen, wobei die Tragformhälfte über einen konturierten Bereich verfügt, der der Kontur eines herzustellenden Werkstücks im Wesentlichen entspricht und der konturierte Bereich von einem Flanschbereich umgeben wird, wobei im konturierten Bereich der Vorderseite der Tragformhälften Nuten vorhanden sind, wobei die Tragformhälften über Aufnahmeflächen verfügen, welche die Formflächenschalen formschlüssig aufnehmen und die Aufnahmeflächen und die Nuten Kühlkanäle bilden.
  • Bei derartigen bekannten Formwerkzeugen ist von Nachteil, dass die Herstellung dieser gekühlten Werkzeughälften teuer und aufwändig ist, wobei jedoch die erzielbare Kühlfläche nicht sehr groß ist und insofern die Kühlung nicht immer ausreichend effektiv ist.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Formwerkzeug zu schaffen, welches einfach und schnell herstellbar ist, und über eine hohe effektive Kühlleistung verfügt.
  • Die Aufgabe wird mit einem Formwerkzeug mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Erfindungsgemäß werden die Formwerkzeughälften mehrteilig schalenartig ausgebildet. Hierzu besitzt eine jede Formwerkzeughälfte je eine Formflächenschale. Die Formflächenschale ist das dem Werkstück am nächsten liegende Bauteil und besitzt eine Formfläche zum Formen des Werkzeugs, welche eine der gewünschten Kontur des Werkstücks entsprechende oder der Umformung entsprechende konturierte Formfläche besitzt. Hierbei ist die Formflächenschale entsprechend dieser Kontur dreidimensional ausgebildet. Dies bedeutet, dass eine bezüglich der Formflächenschalenfläche bzw. -ebene bezogene konkave Ausformung der Formfläche auf der Rückseite eine entsprechend konvexe Ausformung ist. Die Formflächenschale besitzt eine, vorzugsweise homogene Dicke von beispielsweise 10 bis 40 mm. Der Formfläche gegenüberliegend besitzt die Formflächenschale eine Rückseite, wobei die Rückseite über eingefräste Kühlnuten verfügt. Die Kühlnuten besitzen beispielsweise eine Breite von 8 bis 20 mm, wobei die Kühlkanäle beispielsweise einen u- bzw. rechteckförmigen Querschnitt haben und zwischen den Kühlkanälen parallel zueinander verlaufende Stege ausgebildet sind. Die Stege besitzen beispielsweise eine Breite von 3 bis 15 mm. Je nach Dicke des Materials der Formflächenschale besitzen die Kühlkanäle eine Tiefe von 3 bis 10 mm, insbesondere 5 bis 6 mm.
  • Die Formflächenschalen erstrecken sich beidseitig der eigentlichen Formkontur plattenartig über diese hinaus und besitzen in diesen Flanschbereichen in regelmäßigen oder unregelmäßigen Abständen Löcher bzw. entsprechende Vertiefungen um diese Formflächenschalen mit den jeweiligen Tragformen verschrauben zu können. Vorzugsweise sind diese Schraublöcher auf der Rückseite von kuppelartigen oder zylinderstumpfartigen Fortsetzen umgeben, die in entsprechende Ausnehmungen einer Trägerform eingreifen und die Formfläche an der Trägerform zentrieren.
  • Die Tragform ist ein jeweils blockartiges Gebilde, welches eine zur Formflächenschalenrückseite korrespondierende Aufnahmefläche besitzt, welche die Formflächenschale formschlüssig aufnimmt. Die Aufnahmefläche der Tragform und die Kühlnuten bilden geschlossene Kanäle, wobei die Stege an der Aufnahmefläche fest anliegen und die Kanäle voneinander trennen. Im Bereich des Beginns und des Endes der jeweiligen Nuten die die Kanäle bilden, besitzt die Tragform je eine Bohrung oder Freisparung die von einer Rückseitenfläche durchgehend bis zur Aufnahmefläche verläuft und somit die Kühlkanäle flüssigkeitsleitend mit einer Rückseite der Tragform verbindet. Im Bereich der Rückseite der Tragform ist jeweils alle Kühlkanalzulaufkanäle oder Kühlkanalablaufe miteinander verbindend je eine sich dementsprechend erstreckende Wasserkammer vorhanden, welche von Außen mit Wasser beaufschlagt wird und dieses Wasser in die Zuführkanäle und damit in die Kühlkanäle verteilt. Die Tragform ist mit ihrer Rückseite auf eine Formplatte aufgeschraubt, welche die Form trägt. Durch diese Konstruktion wird also jeweils eine Formwerkzeughälfte geschaffen, welches eine Formflächenschale besitzt, wobei die Formflächenschale eine Formfläche und rückseitig Kühlkanalnuten umfasst, welche dem Verlauf der Kontur des zu kühlenden Werkstücks folgen. Diese Nuten werden in einfacher Weise durch Fräsen erzeugt und in ebenso einfacher Weise durch die Tragform hindurch mit Kühlmedium, insbesondere Wasser beaufschlagt.
  • Bei der Erfindung ist von Vorteil, dass die Kühlkanäle der Kontur der Formfläche und damit auch der Kontur des Werkstücks folgen. Im Gegensatz hierzu ist bei dem Stand der Technik eine solche Kühlung nicht möglich, da es nicht an allen Stellen einer Form möglich ist entsprechende Kühlkanäle durch Bohren zu erzeugen. Insbesondere bei komplizierten dreidimensionalen Formen müssen die Kühlkanäle entfernt von der Kontur gebohrt werden. Dies führt dazu, dass derartige Kühlkanäle nach dem Stand der Technik von der Kontur des Werkstücks unterschiedlich weit entfernt.sind. Hierdurch kommt es zu Wärmeverspannungen in der Form selber aber auch im Werkstück, was nicht an allen Stellen gleichmäßig schnell abkühlt.
  • Darüber hinaus ist von Vorteil, dass die Formflächen in Schalen in einfacher Weise erzeugt werden können, wobei auf der Rückseite der Formflächenschale die Nuten in einfacher Weise durch Einfräsen erzeugt werden können. Darüber hinaus ist von Vorteil, dass durch die rechteckige Formgebung der Nuten der durchströmte Querschnitt im Gegensatz zu runden Bohrungen steigt und hierdurch die Kühlleistung effektiv erhöht werden kann.
  • Darüber hinaus ist von Vorteil, dass bei rechteckigen Nuten es im Bereich der Grenzschicht zwischen dem fließenden Kühlmedium und der Wandung zu Verwirbelungen kommt, so dass eine sich aufbauende laminare Grenzschicht relativ schnell abreißt und deshalb der Massenstrom aber auch die Strömungsgeschwindigkeit steigen können. Darüber hinaus behindert der Aufbau einer laminaren Grenzschicht den Wärmeübergang zwischen Wand und Kühlmedium. In einfacher Weise können die eingefrästen Nuten rau belassen werden oder durch kugel- oder sandstrahlen mit einer definierten Oberfläche so ausgestattet werden, dass das Abreißen der laminaren Grenzschicht provoziert wird.
  • Als Material für die Formflächenschalen kann ein Werkzeugstahl oder Grauguss bzw. Stahlfeinguss verwendet werden. In bevorzugter Weise wird für die Formflächenschalen jedoch ein Material gewählt, welches eine höhere Wärmeleitfähigkeit besitzt. Dies sind beispielsweise Bronzelegierungen wie sie insbesondere von Firma Ampco mit dem Namen Ampcoloy 940 oder Ampcoloy 972 verkauft werden. Es handelt sich hierbei um Werkstoffe, die im Wesentlichen aus Kupfer bestehen, wobei zusätzlich zum Kupfer Chrom, Nickel und Silizium und ggf. andere Begleitmetalle enthalten sind. Beispielsweise bewegen sich die Chromgehalte derartiger Spezialwerkstoffe zwischen 0,4 und 1,0 %, der Nickelgehalt zwischen 0 und 2,5 % und der Si-Gehalt zwischen 0 und 0,7 %, wobei beispielsweise noch Zirkonium in einem Gehalt von 0,12 % enthalten sein kann. Denkbar sind aber auch andere Kupferlegierungen insbesondere Bronze oder reines Kupfer.
  • Die Erfindung wird anhand einer Zeichnung erläutert. Es zeigen hierbei:

  • Das erfindungsgemäße Formwerkzeug 1 (Figur 5) besitzt eine obere Formwerkzeughälfte 2 und eine untere Formwerkzeughälfte 3. Jede Formwerkzeughälfte besitzt eine dem Werkstück zugewandte Formflächenschale 4 und eine die Formflächenschale 4 tragende Tragformhälfte 5.
  • Eine Formflächenschale 4 ist ein plattenartiges Bauteil mit einer Dicke von beispielweise 10 bis 50 mm, wobei jede Formflächenschale 4 einen Konturbereich 6 besitzt, in dem die Formflächenschale 4 der Kontur eines Werkstücks, welches umgeformt werden soll im Wesentlichen entspricht und einen Flanschbereich 7 benachbart zum Konturbereich 6 mit dem die Formflächenschale 4 an einer Tragformhälfte 5 befestigt wird.
  • Dementsprechend besitzt jede Formflächenschale 4 eine Formfläche 8, welche einem umzuformenden Werkstück zugewandt ist und eine entsprechend konturierte Rückseite 9 (Figur 2).
  • In der Rückseite 9 und dort im konturierten Bereich 6 besitzt die Formflächenschale 4, Kühlkanäle 10 die in das Material der Formflächenschale 4 eingefräst oder in anderer geeigneter Weise eingebracht sind. Die Kühlkanäle 10 besitzen ein im Wesentlichen rechteckigen oder u-förmigen Querschnitt und können sich quer oder längs im konturierten Bereich erstrecken.
  • Zwischen dem konturierten Bereich 6 und dem Flanschbereich 7 kann die Formflächenschale 4 einen Klemmbereich 11 besitzen. Der Klemmbereich 11 hat die Aufgabe, das Werkstück allseitig möglichst fest zu halten um sicherzustellen, dass das Werkstück in bestimmten Bereichen sich bei einer Schrumpfung an die jeweiligen Formflächen 8 anlegt ohne jedoch Material aus dem Flanschbereich 11 nachzuziehen. Dementsprechend ist der Klemmbereich 11 vorzugsweise frei von Kühlkanälen, es könne jedoch Kühlkanäle 10a benachbart zum Klemmbereich 11 derart angeordnet sein, dass der Klemmbereich von den eigentlichen Kühlkanälen 10 im konturierten Bereich und Kühlkanälen 10a vom Flanschbereich 7 her begrenzt wird.
  • Um die Formflächenschale 4 an den Tragformhälften 5 zu befestigen sind im Flanschbereich 7 Bohrungen 12 zur Aufnahme von Schraubbolzen 13 vorhanden. Dementsprechend verfügen diese Schraublöcher im Bereich der Formfläche 8 über Ansenkungen die so ausgeführt sind, dass ein Schraubenkopf in der Ansenkung oder in einer entsprechenden Ausformung so untergebracht werden kann, dass er nicht über die Formfläche vorsteht.
  • Auf der Rückseite 9 können die Schraublöcher 12 umgebend dom- bzw. kuppel- oder zylinderstumpfartige Vorsprünge 14 vorgesehen sein. Die Vorsprünge 14 können in entsprechende Ausnehmungen 15 in den Tragformhälften 5 (Figur 4) eingreifen und so eine Zentrierung und Stützung der Formflächenschale an der Tragformhälfte bewirken. Es können jedoch auch Zentrier-Vorsprünge bzw. korrespondierende Zentrier-Ausnehmungen auch außerhalb von Schraublöchern vorgesehen sein.
  • Die Tragformhälften 5 (Figur 3) sind beispielsweise blockartig ausgebildet und besitzen im geschlossenen Zustand der Form (Figur 3) zueinanderweisende Aufnahmeflächen 16 zur Aufnahme der Formflächenschalen und diesen gegenüberliegend Rückseiten 17.
  • Die Aufnahmeflächen 16 besitzen eine Kontur die der Rückseitenkontur der Formflächenschalen 4 entspricht. Das bedeutet, dass die Formflächenschalen 4 im montierten Zustand auf den Aufnahmeflächen 16 formschlüssig anliegen. Hierdurch bilden die Kühlkanäle 10 bzw. die Nuten in der Rückseite der Formflächenschalen 4 und die Aufnahmeflächen 16 Kühlkanäle. Um die Kühlkanäle 10 mit einem Kühlmedium durchströmen lassen zu können, ist bezüglich der Längserstreckung der Kühlkanäle 10 in einem Anfangsbereich 18 eines jeden Kühlkanals von der Rückseite 17 der Tragformhälfte 5 bis zur Aufnahmefläche 16 durchgehend ein Zulaufkanal 19 eingebracht, der in den Kühlkanal 10 einmündet. Bezogen auf die Längserstreckung des Kanals 10 ist in einem Endbereich 20 von der Rückseite 17 der Tragformhälfte 5 je ein Ablaufkanal 21 eingebracht.
  • Um alle Zulaufkanäle 19 bzw. alle Ablaufkanäle 21 gleichmäßig mit Wasser versorgen zu können bzw. abfließendes Kühlwasser bzw. Kühlmedium abführen zu können, ist von der Rückseite 17 der Tragformhälfte 5 je eine durchgehende Zulaufkammer 22 oder Ablaufkammer 23 die benachbart zueinander und parallel zueinander verlaufen angeordnet sind, eingebracht, insbesondere eingefräst oder freigespart. Die Zulaufkanäle 19 bzw. Ablaufkanäle 21 verlaufen vom Boden dieser Kammern 22, 23 zur Aufnahmefläche 16. Hierbei kann je ein Zulauf- bzw. Ablaufkanal 19 bzw. 21 für jeden Kanal 10 vorgesehen sein. Die Zulauf- bzw. Ablaufkanäle 19, 21 können jedoch auch breit schlitzartig ausgebildet sein und jeweils eine Mehrzahl von Kanälen mit Kühlmedium beaufschlagen.
  • Im Bereich der Schraublöcher 12 bzw. der Schraubbolzen 13 besitzt jede Tragformhälfte 5 entsprechende Gewindebohrungen 24 zur Aufnahme der Schrauben 13.
  • Im Bereich der Rückseite 17 besitzt jede Tragformhälfte 5 zudem entsprechende Schraublöcher 25 um jede Tragformhälfte 5 mit einer Formgrundplatte 26 fest zu verschrauben, die Formgrundplatten 26 tragen die Formen und sind an entsprechende Bewegungseinrichtungen derart angeschlossen, dass die Tragformhälften 5 mit den darauf montierten Formflächenschalen 4 aufeinander zu und voneinander weg bewegt werden können.
  • Die Kammern 22, 23 von dem die Zulaufkanäle 19 bzw. Ablaufkanäle 21 ausgehen, sind im Bereich von Seitenwandungen der Tragformhälften 5 aus den jeweiligen Tragformhälften 5 mit entsprechenden Anschlusselementen 27 herausgeführt um die Tragformhälften entsprechend an die Wasserversorgung bzw. Kühlmittelversorgung und die Kühlmittelabfuhr anzuschließen (Figur 5).
  • Um die Temperaturen des Werkstücks bzw. der Formflächenschalen 4 erfassen, können Temperaturfühler (Figur 5) vorhanden sein. Zudem können im Bereich aller Verschraubungen umlaufende Dichtungen vorhanden sein, um die Dichtigkeit des Systems herzustellen.
  • Die Formflächenschalen 4 werden aus einem Werkzeugstahl oder aus einem Gussmaterial ausgebildet. Vorzugsweise sind diese Formflächenschalen aus einer Kupferlegierung, aus einer Bronze oder einem reinen Kupfer ausgebildet. Die Tragformhälften 5 sind aus einem Gussmaterial wie Grauguss oder Stahlguss ausgebildet. Da die Tragformhälften jedoch selbst keine besonders hohe thermische Belastung erleiden, ist es bei entsprechender Dimensionierung auch möglich, die Tragformhälften 5 aus Kunststoffmaterial beispielsweise Polyamid, Polyethen oder Polypropen auszubilden. Zudem können faserverstärkte Kunststoffverbundwerkstoffe verwendet werden. Dies ermöglicht eine besonders leichte aber auch stabile Ausbildung.
  • Bei der Erfindung ist von Vorteil, dass in einfacher kostengünstiger Weise eine Form mit einer erheblich verbesserten Wärmeabfuhr herstellbar ist. Dies führt zu Formteilen mit gleichmäßigen Eigenschaften und zu erheblich höheren Taktzeiten, da die Abkühlung schneller vonstatten geht. Ferner werden sowohl die Form als auch das Bauteil selber weniger durch Wärmespannungen beaufschlagt die durch unterschiedliche Kühlleistungen im Querschnitt der Form hervorgerufen werden.
  • Wie man aus den Zeichnungen ersehen kann, ist die Länge der Kühlkanäle relativ kurz und insbesondere auf den konturierten Bereich 6 beschränkt. Herkömmliche Kühlkanäle die durch die gesamte Form laufen, sind erheblich länger. Hierdurch wird bei der Erfindung eine kurze Kühllänge bzw. Kanallänge erreicht, wodurch darüber hinaus ein geringer Druckverlust erreicht wird. Die Dimension bzw. Abmessungen der Kühlkanäle sind exakt ausgerechnet auf den Energieaufwand der für eine effektive Abführung der Wärme notwendig ist, abgestimmt. Dadurch das eine kurze Kühllänge der Kanäle erreicht wird, ist auch die Temperaturverteilung im gekühlten Bereich sehr homogen, so dass Bauteilverzug aber auch Formenverzug vermieden wird.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Kühlsystem hat sich in Versuchen als so effizient herausgestellt, dass das Kühlwasser nicht wie bei herkömmlichen Formen sehr weit heruntergekühlt werden muss, sondern beispielsweise mit Temperaturen von 20 bis 50°C ohne weiteres verwendbar ist. Selbst mit derart warmen Wasser wird nach dem ersten Einlegen eines warmen Formstücks eine stabile Prozesstemperatur, d. h. eine Temperatur die beim Umformen der Werkstücke sich in der Form auf Dauer einstellt, schon nach den ersten fünf Umformgängen erreicht. Dies bedeutet, dass sehr rasch ein stabiler gewünschter Prozess herbeigeführt wird, so dass auch hier eine sehr gute Homogenität von Bauteil zu Bauteil erzielt wird. Zudem wird durch die Verwendung eines relativ warmen Kühlwassers der Kühlaufwand und damit der Energieaufwand in einem sehr großen Umfang reduziert. Zur Herabkühlung des Kühlwassers bzw. des Kühlmediums können relativ einfache Kühlanlagen verwendet werden, beispielsweise angeströmte Wasserkühler (Radiatoren) oder kleine Kühlturmeinheiten.
  • Dadurch, dass die Formflächenschale relativ dünn ist, im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Formwerkzeuge und zudem auf der Rückseite eine Vielzahl von Kühlnuten eingefräst ist, wobei zwischen den Kühlnuten die verbleibenden Stege Kühlrippen ausbilden, ist die Wärmekapazität relativ gering. Damit wird sehr schnell eine Betriebstemperatur erreicht, die nur durch die Menge und die Temperatur des durchströmenden Wassers bestimmt wird. Hierdurch ist es möglich, die angestrebte stabile Betriebs- bzw. Prozesstemperatur schnell zu erreichen und somit schon von Anfang an für eine gleichmäßige Produktion zu sorgen. Dies wird noch verstärkt, wenn ein Werkstoff (Bronze, Kupfer, Apcoloy) mit geringerer Wärmekapazität und höherer Wärmeleitfähigkeit als die herkömmlichen Werkstoffe (Stahl, Stahlguss) verwendet wird.
  • Die Stege bzw. Kühlrippen zwischen den Nuten liegen zwar an der Aufnahmewandung der Tragformhälfte 5 an, da hier jedoch das Material nicht homogen verläuft sondern die Stege auf der Aufnahmewandung aufstehen, erfolgt hier ein Bruch in der Wärmeleitung, so dass die Wärme aus der Formflächenschale nur sehr schlecht an die Tragformhälfte weitergegeben wird. Dies bedeutet, dass die Tragformhälfe thermisch wenig belastet wird und deswegen auch aus weniger temperaturbeständigen Materialien ausgebildet werden kann. Dieser Effekt kann noch verstärkt werden, wenn zwischen der Formflächenschale und der Tragformhälfte eine Dichtung vorgesehen wird.
  • Werkzeugbeschreibung:
  • Auf einen Trägerguss aus Grau- oder Stahlguss, in dem die Wasserkammern schon mit eingegossen sind, werden Formschalen auf Ober und Unterteil aus einer Ampcolegierung oder, je nach Anforderung, auch aus Werkzeugstahl aufgeschraubt. Material Dicke der Schalen zwischen 10 mm und 40 mm, je nach Anforderung und Blechdicke des zu härtenden Stahlteiles.
  • In die Formschalen werden von hinten Kühlkanäle in gleichmäßigem Abstand zueinander eingefräst, die Kühlkanäle in den Schalen werden durch Bohrungen in dem Grundträger mit den Wasserkammern verbunden.
  • Wasserkreislauf:
  • An die Kühlkammern im Trägerwerkzeug werden Wasserschläuche an Zu- und Abflusskammern angeschlossen, dann wird das Wasser mittels Druck in die Zuflusskammern, über die Zuflussbohrungen weiter in die gefrästen Kühlnuten, durch die Abflussbohrungen in die Abflusskammer und wieder zurück in den Kühltank geleitet, wobei die Wärmeabfuhr des zu Härtenden Stahlteiles in sehr schnellen Intervallen und sehr gleichmäßig erfolgen kann, und dadurch auch die optimale Presshärtung des Stahlteiles gewährleistet ist.
  • Vorteile gegenüber den bekannten Form / Presshärte / und Werkzeugvarianten:
    • • In die Form / Kühlschalen werden von hinten Kühlkanäle eingefräst, die Kühlkanäle können, im Gegensatz zu Kühlbohrungen bei den bekannten Form und Härtewerkzeugen, in einem paralellem Abstand zur Oberflächengeometrie (AUCH BEI NEGATIVRADIEN) eingebracht werden, wobei eine gleichmäßige Temperaturableitung und somit auch eine gleichmäßige Härtung des Stahlteiles erfolgen kann.
    • • Durch die eingefrästen Kühlkanäle in den Kühlschalen ist es möglich, dass das Kühlmittel so nah wie nötig (je nach Blechdicke des zu härtenden Stahlteiles) an der zu kühlenden Teiloberflächengeometrie durchfließen kann. Aufgrund der Nähe der Kühlkanäle an der Teilgeometrieoberfläche kann die Wärme hier sehr schnell an das Kühlwasser abgegeben werden, wodurch, im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Form- und Presshärtewerkzeuge beim Presshärtevorgang eine geringere Haltezeit erreicht werden kann, was eine kürzere Taktzeit und somit auch eine kostengünstigere Anfertigung der zu härtenden Stahlteile ermöglicht!
    • • Je nach Anforderung und Materialdicke können die Kühl /Formschalen aus einer
    Ampcolegierung:
  • -> sehr gute Wärmeleitfähigkeit, optimale Taktzeit <- oder aus
  • Werkzeugstählen
  • -> hohe Standzeit, durch Kühlkanäle gute Wärmeabfuhr <-angefertigt werden!
    • Die Schalendicke kann, je nach Blechdicke und Anforderungen an das zu kühlende Stahlteil, individuell festgelegt werden
    • Da die Schalen aus mehreren Schalensegmenten hergestellt werden können, ist es möglich, bei Werkzeugverschleiß oder Reparaturen sehr schnell Ersatzschalen anzufertigen
    • Bei der Wasserführung durch die gefrästen Kühlkanäle kann aufgrund optimaler Strömungsgeschwindigkeiten und Wasserturbulenzen mit sehr geringem Wasserdruck gearbeitet werden, wodurch ebenso Kosten eingespart werden können

Claims (1)

  1. Formwerkzeug zum Formen von Stahlblechbauteilen mit zumindest.zwei Formwerkzeughälften (2, 3),wobei im Bereich der Formwerkzeughälften (2, 3) konturierte Bereiche (6) vorhanden sind um dem Werkstück zumindestens teilbereichsweise eine korrespondierende Kontur zu verleihen, wobei jede Formwerkzeughälfte (2, 3) eine dem Werkstück zugewandte Formflächenschale (4) und eine Tragformhälfte (5) besitzt, wobei die Formflächenschale (4) an der Tragformhälfte (5) angeordnet ist und die Formflächenschale (4) eine dem Werkstück zugewandte Formfläche und eine dem Werkstück abgewandte Rückseite (9) besitzt, wobei die Tragformhälfte (5) über einen konturierten Bereich (6) verfügt, der der Kontur eines herzustellenden Werkstücks im Wesentlichen entspricht und der konturierte Bereich (6) von einem Flanschbereich (7) umgeben wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    im konturierten Bereich (6) in der Rückseite (9) der Formflächenschale (4) Nuten (10) vorhanden sind, wobei die Tragformhälften (5) über Aufnahmeflächen (16) verfügen, welche die Formflächenschalen (4) formschlüssig aufnehmen und die Aufnahmeflächen (16) und die Nuten (10) Kühlkanäle (10) bilden, wobei die Tragformhälften (5) über Zuführkanäle (19) und Ablaufkanäle (21) verfügen, derart, dass durch die Kanäle (10) ein Kühlmedium leitbar ist.
