Claims (9)
- Dispositif comprenant une charnière, en particulier une charnière de meuble, et un amortisseur (7), l'amortisseur (7) ou un boîtier d'amortisseur (5) portant l'amortisseur (7) étant susceptible d'être appliqué sur la charnière à l'aide d'un dispositif de fixation (11) élastique au moins par zones, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fixation (11) présente au moins une première partie d'appui (12), sensiblement rigide, et au moins une deuxième partie d'appui (13) sensiblement élastique ou sollicitée élastiquement, et la première partie d'appui (12) sensiblement rigide s'engageant dans un évidemment (15) ménagé sur la charnière.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fixation (11) est actionnable sans outil ou à la main.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la force élastique agissant sur la deuxième partie d'appui (13) sollicite la deuxième partie d'appui (13) dans le sens de l'écartement vis-à-vis de la première partie d'appui (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la première partie d'appui (12) est conformée sensiblement en crochet ou présente au moins deux crochets.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième partie d'appui (13) présente une languette élastique.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'amortisseur (7) ou le boîtier d'amortisseur (5) portant l'amortisseur (7), en cas de sollicitation imputable au fonctionnement de l'amortisseur (7), prend appui sur la charnière, essentiellement par l'intermédiaire de la première partie d'appui (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la charnière présente un évidement (15), de préférence avec un bord (14) sensiblement rigide, dans lequel le dispositif de fixation (11) peut s'engager.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la charnière présente deux parties formant butée (2, 3), de préférence un bras de charnière (2) et un pot à charnière (3), et présente au moins un levier d'articulation (16), reliant de manière articulée les parties formant butée, et, le cas échéant, une pièce intermédiaire (8), l'évidement (15) étant prévu dans l'une des parties formant butée (2, 3) ou dans le pot à charnière (16), ou, le cas échéant, dans la pièce intermédiaire (8), et le dispositif de fixation (11) étant prévu, ou fixé, ou y étant formé d'une seule pièce, sur l'amortisseur (7) ou sur le boîtier d'amortisseur (5).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'en plus est prévue une troisième partie d'appui (18), pour assurer contre tout déplacement latéral ou contre toute rotation.
