Claims (5)

  1. Une unité de charnière (10), caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend:

    un cadre de fixation (12) comportant deux panneaux latéraux (38) et un élément d'engagement (40) raccordé entre les deux panneaux latéraux (38), chacun des deux panneaux latéraux (38) comportant une première partie de raccordement (42), une seconde partie de raccordement (44) et une partie d'engagement (46), la première partie de raccordement (42) en prise avec le premier trou de raccordement (30) du bras de la charnière (20), la seconde partie de raccordement (44) située en correspondance avec le second trou de raccordement (32) du bras de la charnière (20), la partie d'engagement (46) située sur un intérieur des panneaux latéraux (38) en correspondance et étant adjacente à la seconde partie de raccordement (44), l'élément d'engagement (40) comportant un trou traversant (48) et une saillie (52) se prolongeant à partir d'une périphérie du trou traversant (48) ;
    un élément de fixation (14) se prolongeant à travers le second trou de raccordement (32) du bras de la charnière (20) et la seconde partie de raccordement (44) du cadre de fixation (12) de manière à raccorder le cadre de fixation (12) au bras de la charnière (20), et
    un amortisseur (16) comportant un corps (54) et un piston (56), le corps (54) comportant une partie d'extrémité avant (58) et une partie d'extrémité arrière (60), la partie d'extrémité arrière (60) comportant une partie de contact (64), le piston (56) étant mobile axialement par rapport au corps (54) de l'amortisseur (16), l'amortisseur (16) raccordé entre les deux panneaux latéraux (38) du cadre de fixation (12), le piston (56) se prolongeant à travers le trou traversant (48) de l'élément d'engagement (40), la partie de contact (64) du corps (54) en contact avec la partie d'engagement (46) des panneaux latéraux (38), caractérisé en ce que la partie d'extrémité avant (58) comporte une zone évidée (62) et la saillie (52) de l'élément d'engagement (40) s'engage avec la zone évidée (62) du corps (54) de l'amortisseur (16), et en ce que l'élément d'engagement (40) du cadre de fixation (12) comporte une ouverture (50) qui communique avec le trou traversant (48) et la saillie (52) se prolonge avec la partie d'engagement (46).
  2. L'unité de charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la partie de contact (64) de l'amortisseur (16) est en prise avec la partie d'engagement (46) du cadre de fixation (12) par une relation de mise en prise de la saillie et de l'évidement.
  3. L'unité de charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la zone évidée (62) de l'amortisseur (16) comporte une partie tubulaire (66) qui pénètre dans le trou traversant (48) de l'élément d'engagement (40).
  4. L'unité de charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que un élément de raccordement (36) est situé dans l'espace (34) du bras de la charnière (20) et le cadre de fixation (12) est raccordé à l'élément de raccordement (36).
  5. L'unité de charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la première partie de raccordement (42) est une saillie.
