Abstract

La présente invention concerne un mécanisme de commande de soupape pour un moteur à combustion interne, présentant un profil de course variable pour une soupape (13). Selon cette invention, un levier (11) s'appuie sur un point d'appui mobile par l'intermédiaire d'un élément d'appui commutable (16), ce qui offre des premières possibilités pour influencer le profil de course. De façon alternative ou supplémentaire, un déplacement axial d'une came (17, 23) est utilisé de manière que différentes voies de came (25, 26) sur le levier (11) soient actives. La conception selon cette invention permet d'élargir les possibilités à une variation du profil de course ou, avec des possibilités de variation identiques, l'élément d'appui (16) peut être plus petit dans la direction longitudinale et présenter une course à vide plus petite.
