  • the nozzles 14 are then moved in the direction indicated by the arrow P3 until the front ends 20 of the bags 11 abut against a stop plate 23 extending transversely to the guide plate 15 and the support plates 16. After the vacuum in the vacuum nozzles 14 has been released, the nozzles 14 are moved in the opposite direction of the arrow P3 for picking up new bags 11 that have been placed on the supports 8 in the meantime. The front sides 20 of said bags 11 are lifted in the same manner. The nozzles 14 are then moved in the direction indicated by the arrow P3 until the front sides 20 of the bags 11 can be placed on top of the rear sides 22 of bags 11 that are already present on the flap 4.
  • the support plates 16 are moved away from each other in the directions indicated by the arrows P4, P5, whereupon the layer of bags 11 drops in the direction indicated by the arrow P8 into the box 19 standing ready below the flap 4.
  • the flap 4 is then closed again and a new layer of bags 11 is formed on the flap 4 in the manner described above.

Claims (11)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Packen von Beuteln in eine Schachtel, mit einer Beutelzuführvorrichtung (2) für die Zuführung von Beuteln (11) in eine Aufnahmeposition und einer Transportvorrichtung (3), die mit mindestens einer Vakuumdüse (14) versehen ist, um mindestens einen Beutel von der Aufnahmeposition in eine Ablageposition zu bewegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ferner eine Klappe (4) aufweist, die von einer geschlossenen Stellung in eine offene Stellung und umgekehrt bewegt werden kann, wobei unter der Klappe (4) eine Schachtel (19) angeordnet sein kann und die Klappe (4) derart gegenüber der Aufnahmeposition angeordnet ist, dass im Gebrauch die Transportvorrichtung (3) einen Beutel (11) von der Aufnahmeposition in die Ablageposition auf der Klappe (4) zieht, wobei beim Ziehen zumindest ein Teil der Unterseite des Beutels (11) im Wesentlichen konstant in der Aufnahmeposition oder auf der Klappe (4) gehalten ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Vorderseite des Beutels (11), der nahe der Klappe (4) liegt, mittels der Vakuumdüse (14) in eine Richtung weg von der Aufnahmeposition bewegt werden kann, wobei die Vorderseite so positioniert sein kann, dass sie eine Rückseite eines bereits auf der Klappe (4) vorhandenen Beutels (11) überdeckt, nachdem der Beutel (11) in die Ablageposition gezogen wurde.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportvorrichtung (3) mit mindestens zwei Düsen (14) versehen ist, mit denen zwei Beutel (11) gleichzeitig von der Aufnahmeposition in die Ablageposition bewegt werden können.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beutel (11) gleichzeitig in sich zumindest teilweise überlappende Positionen bewegt werden können.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beutelzuführvorrichtung (2) mit einer Anzahl von Führungen (7) versehen ist, die sich in Zufuhrrichtung erstrecken, während mindestens ein Träger (8) zwischen den Führungen (7) von einer Ruhestellung, in der er im Wesentlichen vollständig unter den Führungen (7) liegt, in eine Betriebsstellung bewegt werden kann, in der der Träger (8) die Aufnahmeposition bildet.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Seite des Trägers (8) in der Betriebsstellung einen Anschlag für einen Beutel (11) bildet, der in Zufuhrrichtung bewegt wird.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungen (7) drahtähnliche Führungen sind.
  8. Verfahren zum Packen von Beuteln in eine Schachtel, bei dem Beutel (11) mittels einer Beutelzuführvorrichtung (2) in eine Aufnahmeposition gebracht werden, wobei anschließend mindestens ein Beutel (11) mittels einer Transportvorrichtung (3), die mit mindestens einer Vakuumdüse (14) versehen ist, von der Aufnahmeposition in eine Ablageposition bewegt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablageposition auf einer Klappe (4) liegt, die von einer geschlossenen Stellung in eine offene Stellung und umgekehrt bewegt werden kann, wobei unter der Klappe (4) eine Schachtel (19) angeordnet ist und die Klappe (4) derart gegenüber der Aufnahmeposition angeordnet ist, dass zumindest ein Teil der Unterseite des Beutels (11) im Wesentlichen konstant in der Aufnahmeposition oder auf der Klappe (4) gehalten ist, während die Transportvorrichtung (3) den Beutel (11) von der Aufnahmeposition in die Ablageposition auf der Klappe (4) zieht.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Vorderseite des Beutels (11), der nahe der Klappe (4) liegt, in eine Richtung weg von der Aufnahmeposition bewegt wird, wobei die Vorderseite so positioniert wird, dass sie eine Rückseite eines bereits auf der Klappe (4) vorhandenen Beutels (11) überdeckt, nachdem der Beutel (11) in die Ablageposition gezogen wurde.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Beutel (11) gleichzeitig von der Aufnahmeposition in die Ablageposition bewegt werden.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beutel (11) gleichzeitig in sich zumindest teilweise überlappende Positionen bewegt werden.
