Claims (10)
- Poignée de porte, de préférence pour véhicules automobiles, comprenant un boîtier en matériau non électroconducteur, de préférence en matériau synthétique, et une bobine d'antenne (3) aménagée dans le boîtier pour la communication avec un transmetteur d'identifiant,
caractérisée en ce que la poignée de porte porte un revêtement (1) en matériau électroconducteur et en ce que le revêtement (1) présente au moins une interruption (4), qui empêche la formation d'un chemin électroconducteur fermé entourant la bobine d'antenne (3) transversalement à son axe d'enroulement. - Poignée de porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le revêtement (1) est aplati sur les bords de l'interruption (4).
- Poignée de porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'interruption (4) du revêtement (1) est remplie d'un matériau non électroconducteur.
- Poignée de porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'axe d'enroulement de la bobine d'antenne (3) se trouve dans la direction longitudinale de la poignée de porte et en ce que l'interruption (4) du revêtement (1) s'étend dans la direction longitudinale de la poignée de porte.
- Poignée de porte selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'interruption (4) du revêtement (1) s'étend sur la face interne de la poignée de porte.
- Boîtier de poignée de porte en matériau non électroconducteur, de préférence en matériau synthétique, comprenant une cavité (2) destinée à recevoir une bobine d'antenne (3),
caractérisé par un revêtement externe (1) en matériau électroconducteur, lequel revêtement (1) présente une interruption (4) qui empêche la formation d'un chemin électroconducteur fermé entourant la bobine d'antenne (3) transversalement à son axe d'enroulement. - Procédé pour appliquer un revêtement externe (1) en matériau électroconducteur sur un boîtier de poignée de porte en matériau non électroconducteur, de préférence en matériau synthétique, dans lequel le boîtier présente une cavité (2) destinée à recevoir une bobine d'antenne (3),
une couche conductrice étant appliquée sur le boîtier et le revêtement (1) étant appliqué par voie électrolytique sur la couche conductrice,
caractérisé en ce que
le revêtement (1) est doté d'une interruption qui empêche la formation d'un chemin électroconducteur fermé entourant la bobine d'antenne (3) transversalement à son axe d'enroulement. - Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'on élimine la couche conductrice dans la zone de l'interruption avant d'appliquer le revêtement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'on élimine la couche conductrice dans la zone de l'interruption par rayonnement laser.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la couche conductrice est recouverte dans la zone de l'interruption pendant l'application du revêtement et ensuite éliminée.
