Claims (13)

  1. Appuie-bras pour positionner le bras d'un patient par rapport à une table d'examen, notamment pendant une fluoroscopie tomographique ou une opération, comprenant une plaque de base (1) sensiblement plate qui peut être glissée sous le corps du patient ou le matelas de la table d'examen; une plaque de support (2) inclinée ou arrangée à un certain angle par rapport à ladite plaque de base (1); et une pièce de support (3) longitudinale, arrangée à un bout de la plaque de support (2) qui est plus éloigné de la plaque de base (1), sur laquelle le bras peut être appuyé, ayant une dimension longitudinale (9) plus grande et une dimension de largeur (8) plus courte, la dimension longitudinale (9) de ladite pièce de support (3) étant inclinée par rapport la plaque de base (1), caractérisé en ce que la plaque de support (2) est inclinée par rapport à la plaque de base (1) à un angle obtus (β) de plus de 90°.
  2. Appuie-bras selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la dimension longitudinale (9) de la pièce de support (3), qui s'étend dans une direction longitudinal d'un bras appuyé là-dessus en cas d'utilisation, est inclinée par rapport à la plaque de base (1) à un angle (α), mesuré dans ou le long du plan de la plaque de support (2), ledit angle (α) étant de 10° à 30°, notamment de 15° à 25° et de préférence de 20° à 24°.
  3. Appuie-bras selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'angle (β) va de plus de 90° à 120°, de préférence de 104° à 113°.
  4. Appuie-bras selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de support (3) est en forme d'un segment de la surface de l'enveloppe d'un cône ou d'un cylindre ou d'un bol cylindrique ou d'un berceau longitudinal ou d'un bol arqué ou est en forme de gouttière avec une section en forme d'un segment de cercle ou elliptique et est dimensionnée pour qu'un bras moyen puisse être appuyé là-dessus.
  5. Appuie-bras selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de support (2) définit un plan ou est arrangé dans un plan et en ce que la pièce de support (3) est arrangée ou formée de manière symétrique par rapport à l'axe dudit plan, définit par la plaque de support (2).
  6. Appuie-bras selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'arête terminale (6) de la pièce de support (3) qui est plus proche de l'angle (α) et, selon le cas, l'arête terminale (7) qui est plus éloignée de l'angle (α) est/sont retirée(s) vers le centre de la pièce de support (3) ou décalée(s) vers l'intérieur ou arrondie(s).
  7. Appuie-bras selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit appuie-bras est fait en une seule pièce.
  8. Appuie-bras selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que des creux (5), de préférence longitudinaux, pour guider des sangles de fixation pour fixer le bras sur la pièce de support (3) sont formés de préférence dans cette section de la plaque de support (2) qui est éloignée de la plaque de base (1).
  9. Appuie-bras selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit appuie-bras consiste en une matière radiotransparente, notamment transparente en rayonnement X, de préférence en une matière plastique, notamment en résine époxy ou polyamide, ladite matière étant, le cas échéant, renforcée par des fibres de carbone, des fibres de verre et/ou des aramides.
  10. Appuie-bras selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la surface de la plaque de base (1) est dimensionnée ainsi que le poids du patient fixe ledit appuie-bras d'une manière suffisamment stable pour que ledit appuie-bras puisse supporter le bras du patient, et notamment a une surface d'environ 200 à 400 cm2.
  11. Appuie-bras selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les contours extérieurs et les sections terminales de l'appuie-bras et de la plaque de base (1) et/ou de la pièce de support (3) sont arrondis.
  12. Appuie-bras selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un creux est formé dans la plaque de base (1) et/ou dans la plaque de support (2) et/ou dans la pièce de support (3).
  13. Table d'examen pour être poussée dans un tomographe, au moins un appuie-bras selon la revendication 1 étant fixé à ladite table.
