Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Steuerung und Regelung einer Getriebebremse in einem Schaltgetriebe, welches zur Synchronisation ausgehend von einer Ist-Drehzahl einer Getriebewelle eine Soll-Drehzahl einer zu synchronisierenden Welle ermittelt und eine Getriebebremse derart steuert und/oder regelt, dass sich die ermittelte Soll-Drehzahl an der zu synchronisierenden Welle einstellt. Dieses Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung und Regelung der Getriebebremse über die reine Getriebesynchronisation hinausgehend dazu verwendet wird, um zusätzliche antriebsstrangrelevante Funktionen durchzuführen. Diesen antriebsstrangretevanten Funktionen ist gemeinsam, dass sie ohne oder nur mit minimalem zusätzlichen Hardwareaufwand auskommen und daher nahezu kostenneutral zu imptententieren sind, den Funktionsumfang und damit den praktischen Wert der Getriebebremse jedoch beträchtlich erhöhen. Insbesondere wird der Komfort und die Geschwindigkeit der Schaltvorgänge, der Schutz vor bzw. die Erkennung von Fehlerzuständen in Sensoren, Kupplung, Fahrkupplung und Motorsteuerung sowie die Vermeidung unerwünschter Zustände des Getriebes erheblich verbessert Zudem ist die Berücksichtigung und die nutzbringende Beeinflussung von bisher nicht berücksichtigten Nebenbedingungen, wie etwa bei dem Betrieb von Nebenaggregaten möglich.
