Claims (17)

  1. Dispositif d'actionnement pour une chasse d'eau encastrée d'urinoir ou pour un réservoir de chasse d'eau encastrée de WC, comprenant un cache (1) configuré en forme de cadre et associé à une ouverture de regard de la chasse d'eau encastrée ou du réservoir de chasse d'eau encastrée, ledit cache comprenant des éléments de fixation (1.4) et une partie de cadre (1.1) qui définit une ouverture (1.2) en forme de fenêtre, comprenant un élément de commande (2, 2') maintenu de façon mobile sur le cache et un cadre de parement (4, 4') pouvant être assemblé de façon amovible avec le cache (1), où le cache (1) peut être fixé, par ses éléments de fixation (1.4), directement sur un ensemble encastré,

  2. Dispositif d'actionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments clipsés (5) sont conçus comme des éléments d'assemblage modulaires, de sorte qu'ils peuvent être assemblés de façon amovible avec le cadre de parement (4, 4').
  3. Dispositif d'actionnement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de fixation (1.4) du cache (1) se composent de trous de fixation.
  4. Dispositif d'actionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le cadre de parement (4, 4') présente une collerette (4.3) entourant l'élément de commande (2, 2') et faisant saillie sur la face arrière dudit cadre de parement.

Dispositif d'actionnement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la collerette (4.3) présente un bord s'étendant de façon inclinée par rapport à la face arrière du cadre de parement (4, 4'), bord qui présente sa plus grande distance par rapport à la face arrière du cadre de parement (4, 4'), au niveau de l'extrémité de l'élément de commande, placée à l'opposé de l'axe de pivotement de l'élément de commande (2, 2').
  6. Dispositif d'actionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le capuchon en forme de touche (7, 7') est relié de façon amovible à l'élément de commande (2, 2'), par au moins un accouplement par serrage.
  7. Dispositif d'actionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le capuchon en forme de touche (7') présente des éléments de centrage (7.2), et l'élément de commande (2') présente des creux (2.8) servant au logement des éléments de centrage (7.2).
  8. Dispositif d'actionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le cache (1) est doté d'un élément de butée (1.6) qui délimite le mouvement pivotant de l'élément de commande (2, 2'), dirigé en direction de la chasse d'eau encastrée ou du réservoir de chasse d'eau encastrée.
  9. Dispositif d'actionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément élastique (6) est associé à l'élément de commande (2, 2'), élément élastique qui déclenche un pivotement en retour, automatique, de l'élément de commande (2, 2') revenant à une position initiale à partir d'une position d'actionnement.
  10. Dispositif d'actionnement selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de commande (2, 2') est doté d'au moins un élément de butée (2.4) qui, sous l'effet de l'élément élastique (6), définit la position initiale de l'élément de commande (2, 2').
  11. Dispositif d'actionnement selon les revendications 5 et 10, caractérisé en ce que, dans la position initiale de l'élément de commande (2, 2'), son élément de butée (2.4) est en appui sur la collerette (4.3) du cadre de parement (4).
  12. Dispositif d'actionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les éléments clipsés (5) présentent des éléments enfichables (5.2) en forme de goujons, et le cache (1) présente des creux cylindriques (1.8) servant au logement des éléments enfichables (5.2) en forme de goujons.
  13. Dispositif d'actionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les éléments clipsés (5) présentent des languettes d'encliquetage (5.1), et le cache (1) présente des creux (1.7) servant au logement des languettes d'encliquetage (5.1).
  14. Dispositif d'actionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le cadre de parement (4, 4') présente des languettes d'encliquetage (4.5), et les éléments clipsés (5) présentent des creux (5.4) servant au logement des languettes d'encliquetage (4.5).
