Description

  • La présente invention est relative à des perfectionnements aux gâches électriques.
  • Une gâche est une ouverture pratiquée dans le dormant d'une porte et dans laquelle pénètre le pêne. D'une façon générale, lorsqu'une porte est fermée, elle est maintenue, dans un sens, par la feuillure du dormant et, dans l'autre, par le bord de la gâche opposé à ladite feuillure contre lequel bord le pêne prend appui. Pour ouvrir la porte, il faut escamoter le pêne.
  • L'escamotage du pêne s'effectue soit manuellement, soit électriquement.
  • Il existe aussi des dispositifs selon lesquels le bord de la gâche, contre lequel le pêne prend appui, est escamotable. Dans ce qui va suivre, ce bord escamotable sera dénommé « la gâche ».
  • D'une façon générale, la gâche est portée par une platine fixée dans un montant vertical du dormant et elle peut pivoter selon un axe parallèle à ce montant. La platine comporte aussi, des moyens pour verrouiller et déverrouiller la gâche, l'ensemble formant un tout dénommé « gâche électrique ».
  • Généralement, l'organe permettant de verrouiller la gâche est constituée par, au moins, un organe susceptible de pivoter, selon un axe orthogonal à celui de la gâche sous l'action d'un électroaimant dont l'action est supérieure à celle du ressort de rappel de l'organe de verrouillage.
  • Il ressort de la description ci-dessus que la gâche électrique comporte un nombre relativement important de composants qu'il faut assembler sur la platine et, au moins, deux organes pivotants impliquant la mise en place d'arbres et de moyens pouvant les immobiliser axialement.
  • L'assemblage de l'ensemble de ces éléments est long et donc coûteux.
  • Le document US 2 066 277 divulgue une gâche électrique dont les éléments peuvent être assemblés sur la platine au moyen de tourillons. Cette gâche électrique correspond au préambule de la revendication 1.
  • Le but de l'invention est de réaliser un dispositif permettant un assemblage rapide.
  • Ce but est atteint avec une gâche électrique selon la revendication 1.
  • La présente invention sera mieux comprise par la description qui va suivre faite en se référant aux dessins annexés à titre d'exemple indicatif, seulement, sur lesquels :
    • la figure 1 montre, en vue de face une gâche électrique, la partie supérieure de la platine étant enlevée et la gâche étant dans la position verrouillée ;
    • la figure 2 est une vue analogue à celle 1, la gâche étant dans la position déverrouillée ;
    • la figure 3 est une vue analogue à celle 2, la gâche étant escamotée;
    • la figure 4 est une vue en perspective éclatée montrant, notamment, le boîtier selon l'invention;
    • la figure 5 est une vue analogue à celle 4, mais vue de dessous et de l'arrière ;
    • la figure 6 est une vue, en perspective éclatée et à plus grande échelle, du boîtier.
  • Dans un premier temps, on va décrire une gâche électrique connue pour mieux comprendre les problèmes qu'elle pose.
  • En se reportant aux figures 1 à 3, on voit que 1 est la gâche, pouvant pivoter autour d'un axe XY, à l'encontre de l'action de son ressort de rappel 2.
  • Le pivotement de la gâche est normalement empêché par un organe de verrouillage 3, pouvant pivoter selon un axe Z, disposé orthogonalement à celui XY.
  • L'organe 3 peut pivoter, dans un sens, sous l'action d'un ressort 4 et dans l'autre, sous l'action de la tige 5 d'un électroaimant 6, dont la force est supérieure à celle dudit ressort 4.
  • La gâche électrique est complétée par une borne de connexion 7.
  • Il ressort de la description ci-dessus, qu'une gâche électrique comporte une pluralité d'éléments qu'il faut assembler sur une platine de support, cet assemblage étant d'autant plus long et délicat à effectuer que certains éléments sont mobiles en rotation, ce qui implique l'utilisation d'arbres et de moyens pour l'immobilisation axiale de ceux-ci.
  • Selon l'invention, la gâche électrique est constituée par un boîtier en deux parties 8 et 9, assemblées, dont l'une, au moins, comporte des logements dans chacun desquels on dépose l'élément approprié qui se trouve positionné et partiellement maintenu, ceux-ci étant définitivement maintenus lors du recouvrement de la partie 8 par celle 9.
  • L'assemblage des deux parties 8 et 9 ne pose pas de problème et peut être effectué par tout moyens, à l'aide de vis 10, par exemple.
  • Les organes pivotants 1 et 3, par exemple, sont pourvus de tourillons respectivement 11 et 12.
  • La partie 8 présente des logements, respectivement 13 et 14, de réception des tourillons 11 et de l'un des tourillons 12. Le logement de réception du second tourillon 12 étant situé sur la partie 9.
  • La partie 8 présente des logements 15 et 16 de réception des ressorts 2 et 4 et un logement 17 de réception de la borne 7.
  • Selon une caractéristique préférée, les logements 13 qui forment les paliers des tourillons 11 s'ouvrent selon une direction qui est parallèle au plan de joint P des deux parties du boîtier. La partie 9 présente deux pattes 18, qui s'étendent perpendiculairement au plan de joint_et qui obturent les logements 13 lors du recouvrement.
  • Des moyens sont prévus sur l'une, au moins, des parties pour maintenir l'électroaimant 6. A cet effet, le fond de la partie 8 est pourvu de quatre bossages 19 présentant, chacun, un embrèvement 20 dans lequel s'encastre le coin correspondant de l'électroaimant. Dans l'exemple représenté, des bossages analogues sont prévus sur la partie 9.

Claims (2)

  1. Gâche électrique comportant, notamment, une gâche (1), pouvant pivoter selon un premier axe (XY), au moins, un organe de verrouillage (3) pouvant pivoter selon un deuxième axe (Z) orthogonal au premier axe (XY), un électroaimant (6) et des ressorts (2-4) de rappel des éléments pivotants, telle que la gâche (1) est pourvue de tourillons et que la platine usuelle de supports des éléments constituant la gâche est formée par un boîtier, en deux parties (8-9), dont l'une, au moins, présente des logements (13-14-15-16-17-20) dans lesquels on dépose les éléments précités qui se trouvent positionnés et partiellement maintenus, le maintien définitif étant assuré par la mise en place de la seconde partie, les deux parties étant assemblées l'une à l'autre par tous moyens appropriés et connus, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de verrouillage (3) est pourvu de tourillons et en ce que l'organe de verrouillage (3) peut pivoter dans un sens sous l'action d'un ressort (4) et dans l'autre sous l'action d'une tige (5) de l'électroaimant et l'organe (3) est disposé entre le ressort (4) et la tige (5).
  2. Gâche électrique suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les logements de réception des tourillons de la gâche (1), prévus sur l'une (8) des parties, s'ouvrent selon une direction parallèle au plan de joint (P) des deux parties du boîtier et sont obturés, lors de l'assemblage, par des pattes (18) prévues sur l'autre partie.
