Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Schuhsohle, die eine Laufsohle und eine Zwischensohle umfasst, wobei die Schuhsohle eine Abstützungswulst aufweist.
  • Es ist bekannt, Schuhsohlen mit Fersenbereichen herzustellen, die mit einem Stoßdämpfer ausgestattet sind. Solche Stoßdämpfer können auf viele verschiedene Weisen vorgesehen werden, z. B. mit Hilfe von Federn oder Luftpolstern. Es ist auch bekannt, in einer solchen Schuhsohle eine im wesentlichen U-förmige seitliche Abstützungswulst vorzusehen, wobei die Abstützungswulst hinter der Ferse des Schuhträgers angeordnet ist und an dieser anliegt, um eine Abstützung bereitzustellen, wobei die Abstützungswulst hinter der Ferse des Schuhträgers angeordnet ist.
  • Aus der DE 601 10 915 T2 ist eine Zwischensohle für einen Schuh bekannt, die mit einem Stoßdämpfer in ihrem Fersenbereich und mindestens einer Wulst hinter dem Fersenbereich und benachbart zu diesem ausgestattet ist, wobei die Wulst vollständig oder teilweise einer U-Form folgt und eine seitliche Abstützung für die Ferse des Trägers bildet.
  • Aus der US 2003/0172548 A1 ist eine Schuhsohle bekannt, welche die Grundlage für den Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 bildet.
  • Es ist die Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Schuhsohle zu schaffen, die ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität während der Bewegung bereitstellt und Bequemlichkeit während des Gehens gewährleistet und dabei eine Stützfunktion hat.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe bei einer Schuhsohle der eingangs genannten Art dadurch gelöst, dass die Abstützungswulst als Fersenschale im Bereich der Zwischensohle ausgebildet ist und den Fuß wenigstens auf der Fußaußenseite umgibt, dass die Zwischensohle aus einem ersten elastischen Material und die Abstützungswulst aus einem zweiten, eine höhere Steifigkeit aufweisenden, ebenfalls elastischen Material besteht.
  • Im Ergebnis wird dadurch ein besonders bequemer Schuh geschaffen, der eine Verbundsohle mit einer Fersen- und Gelenkschale zur Abstützung und Führung des Fußes bei gleichzeitigem Erhalt der weichen oder Dämpfungszonen aufweist. Die Schuhsohle umfasst eine gesicherte und wenigstens im wesentlichen unnachgiebige Gelenkstütze, die das Fußgelenk umgibt und die vorgegebene Gelenkform abstützt. Dadurch wird eine dauerhafte stabile Formfestigung des Schuhs im Bereich der Ferse bis in den Bereich der Bodenauftrittszone des Schuhs geschaffen, ohne dass der Abrollvorgang beim Gehen gestört wird. Besonders im Trekking-Bereich erweist sich die Sohle daher vorteilhaft.
  • Die Fersenschale hat dadurch auch eine unterstützende Wirkung bei Beinfehlstellungen, d. h. bei U- oder X-Bein-Fehlstellungen.
  • Es wird eine gesicherte Montage der Sohle am Schuh in der vorteilhaften 2,5°-Winkelstellung zur Außenseite ermöglicht. Dies stellt eine besonders gute Unterstützung des Fußes dar.
  • Durch den schalenförmigen Aufbau der Fersenschale wird die Abrollfunktion der Zwischensohle und der Laufsohle im höchsten Maße gewährleistet. Ein Ausscheren des Fußes aus der stabilen Lage innerhalb der Fersenschale wird wirksam verhindert.
  • Durch den U-förmigen Aufbau der Fersenschale, die gleichzeitig die Funktion eines Gelenkteils ausübt, werden beim Auftreten die Pronations- und die Supinationswirkung, d. h. die Neigung des Fußes zum Abknicken nach innen oder außen, vermieden; vielmehr wird der Fuß in einem für den Fuß optimalen Winkel gehalten.
  • Die Brandsohle muss daher nicht wie bei herkömmlichen Schuhen von hoher Stabilität und Torsionsfestigkeit sein; durch eine weichere Brandsohle wird der Schuh insbesondere im mittleren Schuhbereich flexibler.
  • Die Fersenschale ist vorzugsweise eine Hartkunststoffschale mit geringer Biegsamkeit.
  • Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen, der Beschreibung und den Zeichnungen.
  • Von Vorteil ist es insbesondere, wenn die Fersenschale innerhalb der Zwischensohle, auf der Oberseite der Zwischensohle oder auf der Unterseite der Zwischensohle ausgebildet ist.
  • Insbesondere vorteilhaft ist eine Schuhsohle, bei der sich die Fersenschale von der Ferse aus erstreckt, U-förmig ausgebildet ist und auf der Zwischensohle aufliegt.
  • Von Vorteil ist insbesondere eine Ausgestaltung der Schuhsohle, bei der die Fersenschale die Zwischensohle formschlüssig überdeckt.
  • In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Schuhsohle ist vorgesehen, dass die Fersenschale an ihrem der Schuhmitte zugewandten Ende einen ihre beiden U-Schenkel verbindenden Steg aufweist. Dadurch lässt sich die Stabilität der Zwischensohle und damit der gesamten Schuhsohle noch weiter erhöhen.
  • Ebenfalls vorteilhaft, ist eine Schuhsohle, deren Zwischensohle von der Fersenschale wenigstens im mittleren Sohlenbereich seitlich überdeckt wird.
  • Vorteilhaft ist es ebenso, wenn die Fersenschale im mittleren Sohlenbereich formschlüssig seitlich an der Zwischensohle anliegt.
  • In einer anderen vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Schuhsohle ist vorgesehen, dass die Fersenschale im Fersenbereich wenigstens an ihrem äußeren Rand in einer die Zwischensohle absatzförmig umgebenden Ausnehmung eingebettet ist.
  • Vorteilhaft ist eine Schuhsohle, in der sich die Fersenschale am vorderen Abschluss des Fersenbereichs der Zwischensohle stärker nach unten erstreckt als im hinteren Bereich der Ferse.
  • Ebenfalls vorteilhaft ist eine Schuhsohle, in der sich die Fersenschale mit ihrem vorderen Ende bis zum hinteren Ansatz des Fußballens erstreckt.
  • Zusätzlich lässt sich mit Vorteil vorsehen, dass die Fersenschale an ihrem vorderen Ende an ihren beiden U-Schenkeln jeweils einen nach unten weisenden Vorsprung aufweist.
  • Vorteilhaft ist eine Schuhsohle, in der die Vorsprünge die Zwischensohle seitlich überdecken und formschlüssig an der Zwischensohle anliegen.
  • Zusätzlich erweist es sich als vorteilhaft, wenn die Fersenschale zwischen den vorderen Vorsprüngen und dem Vorsprung am vorderen Rand der Ferse einen nach unten weisenden konkaven Verlauf hat. Dadurch wird eine gute Durchbiegung der Schuhsohle gewährleistet.
  • In vorteilhafter Weise bestehen wenigstens die Laufsohle und die Zwischensohle aus einem elastischen und dämpfenden Material.
  • Vorzugsweise besteht die Schuhsohle wenigstens teilweise aus einem Polyurethan, insbesondere einem thermoplastischen Polyurethan. In jedem Fall muss sichergestellt werden, dass die Fersenschale stets aus einem härteren Material als die übrigen Bestandteile der Schuhsohle aufgebaut ist. Insbesondere bedeutet dies, dass die Zwischensohle und die Laufsohle aus einem im Vergleich zu der Fersenschale aus einem weicheren Material bestehen.
  • Nachstehend wird die Erfindung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Eine Schuhsohle umfasst eine Laufsohle 1 (Fig. 1) und eine Zwischensohle 2 (Fig. 2, 3), die sich oberhalb der Laufsohle 1 erstreckt und mit dieser durch einen Klebvorgang oder auf sonstige Weise verbunden wird. Sowohl die Laufsohle 1 als auch die Zwischensohle 2 bestehen aus einem in gleicher Weise elastischen und dämpfenden Material, das dem Fuß ein angenehmes Gehgefühl vermittelt.
  • Oberhalb der Zwischensohle 2 wird (nicht dargestellt) zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt des Fertigungsvorgangs eine Brandsohle aufgebracht, auf die dann das den Fuß umgebende Oberleder oder ein sonstiges Material aufgebracht, insbesondere aufgenäht, wird.
  • Die Zwischensohle 2 weist einen vorderen Bereich 3, einen mittleren Bereich 4 und einen Fersenbereich 5 auf. Die Zwischensohle 2 ist in ihrem mittleren Bereich 4 und in dem Fersenbereich 5 so geformt, dass sie eine Fersenschale 6 (Fig. 4, 5) formschlüssig aufnimmt.
  • Dies bedeutet, dass die Zwischensohle 2 auf ihrer Oberseite eine in Querrichtung verlaufende Nut 7 aufweist, die in einen seitlichen, U-förmig um den Fersenbereich 5 herumlaufenden Absatz 8 übergeht. Von dem Absatz 8 erstrecken sich auf der Innen- wie auf der Außenseite der Zwischensohle 2 Ansätze 9, 10, 11, 12 in Richtung zu dem mittleren Bereich 4.
  • Im vorderen Bereich der Zwischensohle 2 kann die Spitze 13 zugunsten einer entsprechenden Erhöhung der Laufsohle 1 fehlen.
  • Die Zwischensohle 2 ist in jedem Fall so geformt, dass sie sich wenigstens im wesentlichen formschlüssig an die Laufsohle 1 anschließen lässt.
  • In entsprechender Weise ist auch die Fersenschale 6 geformt. Dies bedeutet, dass die Fersenschale 6 an ihrem unteren vorderen Ende einen in Querrichtung verlaufenden Vorsprung 13 aufweist, der genau in die Nut 7 hineinpasst. Ebenso weist die Fersenschale 6 Vorsprünge 14, 15, 16 und 17 auf, die jeweils auf den Ansätzen 9 bis 12 auf der Zwischensohle 2 aufliegen. Ein U-förmig umlaufender Bund 18 der Fersenschale 6 liegt auf dem Absatz 8 auf. Zwischen den Vorsprüngen 14 und 15 bzw. 16 und 17 weist die Fersenschale 6 einen nach unten weisenden konkaven Verlauf auf.
  • Auf seiner oberen Innenseite ist der Bund 18 so geformt, dass er eine Passform für den Fersenbereich des Fußes bildet, während der vordere Bereich der Fersenschale 6 in etwa am hinteren Ende des Fußballens liegt. Auch an diesem Ende ist die Fersenschale 6 an die Form des Fußes angepasst.
  • Insgesamt wird der Fuß somit im wesentlichen durch die Fersenschale 6 abgestützt. Dies schließt aber nicht aus, dass auch andere den Fuß in bestimmten Bereichen abstützende Elemente vorhanden sein können.
  • Außerdem kann die Fersenschale in einer anderen Ausführungsform der Erfindung in die Zwischensohle eingegossen sein. Es versteht sich, dass auch die Zwischensohle und die Laufsohle eine feste Einheit bilden können; auch in diesem Fall kann die Fersenschale entweder auf die Zwischensohle aufgesetzt sein oder auch, wenigstens teilweise, von einer Schicht der Zwischensohle abgedeckt sein.
  • Die Fersenschale kann auch aus einer Mischung verschiedener Materialien unterschiedlicher Festigkeit und Elastizität aufgebaut sein.

Claims (13)

  1. Schuhsohle, umfassend eine Laufsohle (1) und eine Zwischensohle (2), wobei die Schuhsohle im Fersenbereich eine Abstützungswulst aufweist, wobei die Abstützungswulst als Fersenschale (6) im Bereich der Zwischensohle (2) ausgebildet ist und den Fuß wenigstens auf der Fußaußenseite umgibt, wobei die Zwischensohle (2) aus einem ersten elastischen Material und die Abstützungswulst aus einem zweiten, eine höhere Steifigkeit aufweisenden, ebenfalls elastischen Material besteht, wobei sich die Fersenschale (6) von der Ferse aus erstreckt, U-förmig ausgebildet ist und auf der Zwischensohle (2) aufliegt
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Fersenschale (6) im Fersenbereich (5) wenigstens an ihrem äusseren Rand in einer die Zwischensohle (2) absatzförmig umgebenden Ausnehmung (8) eingebettet ist.
  2. Schuhsohle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fersenschale (6) die Zwischensohle (2) formschlüssig überdeckt.
  3. Schuhsohle nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fersenschale (6) an ihrem der Schuhmitte zugewandten Ende einen ihre beiden U-Schenkel verbindenden Steg (13) aufweist.
  4. Schuhsohle nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fersenschale (6) die Zwischensohle (2) wenigstens im mittleren Sohlenbereich (4) der Zwischensohle (2) diese seitlich überdeckt.
  5. Schuhsohle nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fersenschale (6) im mittleren Sohlenbereich (4) formschlüssig seitlich an der Zwischensohle (2) anliegt.
  6. Schuhsohle nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Fersenschale (6) am vorderen Abschluss des Fersenbereichs (5) der Zwischensohle (2) stärker nach unten erstreckt als im hinteren Bereich (5) der Ferse.
  7. Schuhsohle nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprühe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Fersenschale (6) mit ihrem vorderen Ende bis zum hinteren Ansatz des Fußballens erstreckt.
  8. Schuhsohle nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fersenschale (6) an ihrem vorderen Ende an ihren beiden U-Schenkeln jeweils einen nach unten weisenden Vorsprung (14, 16) aufweist.
  9. Schuhsohle nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorsprünge (14, 16) die Zwischensohle (2) seitlich überdecken und formschlüssig an der Zwischensohle (2) anliegen.
  10. Schuhsohle nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fersenschale (6) zwischen den vorderen Vorsprüngen (14, 16) und Vorsprüngen (15, 17) am vorderen Rand der Ferse einen nach unten weisenden konkaven Verlauf hat.
  11. Schuhsohle nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens die Laufsohle (1) und die Zwischensohle (2) aus einem elastischen und dämpfenden Material bestehen.
  12. Schuhsohle nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens teilweise aus einem Polyurethan, insbesondere einem thermoplastischen Polyurethan, besteht.
