Definitions

  • the invention relates to a bottle cell for transporting swing top bottles according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the bottles are preferably guided in meandering movements through the cleaning machine, so that they change their position several times during the cleaning process and transported both upright, as well as overhead.

  • bottle cells are known from the prior art. So shows eg the DE 9205044 a bottle cell for swing top bottles. Also the DE 1909532 and the DE 1878324 show bottle cells for cleaning machines, which have a variety of holes or recesses in the head area to get into the bottle cells or bottles with cleaning agents. These bottle cells have the Disadvantage that although flip top bottles can be treated, the geometry is designed so that temple closures, which are when inserting the bottle in the bottle cell in the insertion direction in front of the bottle, there remain and even centered, so that the clapper of the clip closure before the bottle opening is located and cleaning by entry of a cleaning medium is not possible.
  • the clip closure When inserting a bottle into a bottle cell according to the invention, in which the clip closure is in the insertion direction in front of the bottle mouth, the clip closure is given more space for commuting when reaching the area of the bottle cell with increased inner diameter, resulting in further insertion of the bottle in the bottle cell to a Overtaking the bottle mouth and thus a return of the clip closure in a position in Einschiebecardi behind the bottle mouth.
