Claims (5)

  1. Suiveur de came de type à levier (4) d'une commande de soupape (1) d'un moteur à combustion interne (2) pour l'actionnement d'une soupape en champignon (17) commandant son changement de charge, comprenant un corps de levier allongé (5, 25), sur lequel s'étend une surface de contact (15, 15a, 15b) pour la surface d'extrémité de tige (16) de la soupape en champignon (17), de chaque côté du plan médian longitudinal (19) dudit corps de levier, et lequel suiveur de came est supporté par une articulation sphérique avec un évidement (13) en forme de calotte sur un palier pivotant (14) monté en appui dans le moteur à combustion interne, et comprenant une surface de prise (8) orientant angulairement le plan médian longitudinal (19) du corps de levier (5, 25), pour une came (9) d'un arbre à cames (10) ou pour une surface d'actionnement de même effet, la surface de contact (15, 15a, 15b) venant en contact de manière excentrée avec la surface d'extrémité de tige (16), caractérisé en ce que le suiveur de came (4) présente l'une des combinaisons de caractéristiques a) à b) suivantes :
    a) on prévoit en tant que surface de prise (8) un galet (6a) de forme tronconique, qui est disposé de manière supportée sur palier lisse ou palier à roulement sur un goujon (7) fixé rigidement sur le corps de levier (5a) et orienté perpendiculairement à son plan médian longitudinal (19), la surface de contact (15a) étant réalisée avec une symétrie spéculaire par rapport au plan médian longitudinal (19) ;
    b) on prévoit en tant que surface de prise (8) un galet (6b) essentiellement cylindrique qui est disposé de manière supportée sur palier lisse ou palier à roulement sur un goujon (7) fixé rigidement sur le corps de levier (5b) et orienté non perpendiculairement à son plan médian longitudinal (19), la surface de contact (15b) étant réalisée avec une symétrie spéculaire par rapport au plan médian longitudinal (19).
  2. Suiveur de came de type à levier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface de contact (15, 15a, 15b) est réalisée avec une courbure convexe à la fois dans la direction longitudinale du corps de levier (5, 5a, 5b, 25) et perpendiculairement à sa direction longitudinale.
  3. Suiveur de came de type à levier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps de levier (5, 25) est fabriqué par un procédé de façonnage sans enlèvement de copeaux en un matériau en tôle.
  4. Suiveur de came de type à levier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le suiveur de came (4) est réalisé sous forme de culbuteur (3), l'évidement en forme de calotte (13) et la surface de contact (15) étant disposés à l'opposé au niveau des portions d'extrémité (11, 12) du corps de levier (5) et la surface de prise (8) étant disposée dans une portion centrale (26) du corps de levier (5).
  5. Suiveur de came de type à levier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le suiveur de came (4) est réalisé sous forme de levier oscillant (24), la surface de prise (8) et la surface de contact (15) étant disposées à l'opposé au niveau des portions d'extrémité (11, 12) du corps de levier (25) et l'évidement en forme de calotte (13) étant disposé dans une portion centrale (26) du corps de levier (25).
