Claims (17)

  1. Système de cisaille pour une tondeuse électrique (1), comprenant une lame de tondeuse (8) pour sectionner les poils et un élément de machine (14) auquel la lame de tondeuse (8) est reliée de manière fixe, la lame de tondeuse (8) et l'élément de machine (14) étant reliés l'un à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une soudure métallique (18) et au moins une patte de fixation (13) étant formée au niveau de la lame de tondeuse (8) et la soudure (18) étant disposée dans le secteur de la patte de fixation (13), caractérisé en ce que la fixation (13) présente localement une section réduite de matériau entre la soudure (18) et la lame de tondeuse (8).
  2. Système de cisaille selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la patte de fixation (13) est plus facilement déformable que la lame de tondeuse (13).
  3. Système de cisaille selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs soudures (18) par patte de fixation (13) sont formées.
  4. Système de cisaille selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les soudures (18) sont disposées de sorte que des tensions provoquées par les soudures (18) se compensent au moins partiellement.
  5. Système de cisaille selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les soudures (18) sont formées au niveau d'emplacements de la patte de fixation (13) symétriques les uns par rapport aux autres.
  6. Système de cisaille selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la patte de fixation (13) est formée d'une seule pièce avec la lame de tondeuse (8).
  7. Système de cisaille selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la fixation (13) est reliée à la lame de tondeuse (8) par l'intermédiaire d'un talon (16).
  8. Système de cisaille selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la patte de fixation (13) entoure localement l'élément de machine (14).
  9. Système de cisaille selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la surface (17), tournée vers l'élément de machine (14), de la patte de fixation (13) suit le modèle de l'élément de machine (14) sur l'ensemble du secteur entourant.
  10. Système de cisaille selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la surface (17), tournée vers l'élément de machine (14), de la patte de fixation (13) s'écarte localement du modèle de l'élément de machine (14), en particulier dans un secteur adjacent à la soudure (18), de sorte que l'écart entre la patte de fixation (13) et l'élément de machine (14) est augmenté dans ce secteur.

  13. Système de cisaille selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la lame de tondeuse (8) est formée en tant que lame inférieure pouvant être entraînée en particulier de manière oscillante par l'intermédiaire de l'élément de machine (14).
  14. Système de cisaille selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la lame de tondeuse (8) présente une section en forme de U.
  15. Système de cisaille selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la lame de tondeuse (8) présente une épaisseur de matériau inférieure à 1 mm, de préférence inférieure à 0,5 mm et en particulier d'environ 0,3 mm.
  16. Système de cisaille selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une autre lame de tondeuse (7) est prévue, avec laquelle collabore la lame de tondeuse (8).
  17. Tondeuse électrique comprenant au moins un système de cisaille (5), caractérisée en ce que le système de cisaille (5) est formé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
