Description
- L'invention concerne un harnais électrique blindé ou double blindé et à double barrière d'étanchéité pour des zones à environnement sévère en termes de température, de vibrations et de perturbations électromagnétiques, telles par exemple qu'un turboréacteur ou un turbopropulseur.
- Un harnais de ce type comprend un ensemble de fils et de câbles électriques qui assurent par exemple la liaison entre différents équipements électriques tels qu'un système de régulation électronique moteur ou des capteurs.
- Actuellement, deux technologies différentes sont utilisées pour l'assemblage des harnais électriques, en fonction des températures régnant dans leurs zones d'utilisation. Lorsque la température maximale dans ces zones ne dépasse pas 150°C, on utilise en général pour protéger les câbles et fils électriques de liaison, une structure comprenant une tresse textile formant une première couche protectrice des câbles et fils électriques, une tresse tubulaire métallique de blindage électromagnétique entourant la tresse textile, et une gaine externe en polymère thermo-rétractable dont l'extrémité comporte un embout de polymère thermo-rétractable servant à protéger l'extrémité de la tresse de blindage sur une pièce tubulaire de raccordement métallique ou composite et à relier la gaine externe à cette pièce de raccordement. Cette structure a l'avantage d'accepter des rayons de courbure relativement faibles mais sa tenue thermique est limitée à 150°C.
- Dans les zones où la température est plus élevée et peut atteindre 260°C en pointe, on utilise une structure tubulaire de protection des câbles et fils électriques qui comprend une gaine interne en PTFE (polytétrafluoroéthylène), une tresse métallique de blindage électromagnétique qui entoure cette gaine, et une tresse textile qui entoure la tresse de blindage et qui est réalisée en une matière supportant des températures élevées, par exemple en fibres aramides, l'extrémité de cette structure étant fixée par un collier mécanique sur une pièce de raccordement métallique ou composite.
- L'inconvénient de cette structure est qu'elle est plus lourde que la précédente et n'accepte pas les petits rayons de courbure.
- Le document
EP-A1-0693811 décrit un harnais électrique comprenant des conducteurs électriques placés dans une structure tubulaire de protection qui comprend une gaine en caoutchouc ou en matière textile entourant les conducteurs, une tresse en cuivre entourant cette gaine, une gaine isolante entourant la tresse en cuivre, et une gaine métallique annelée qui entoure la gaine isolante. Le nombre de composants de cette structure complique son montage, et augmente son coût et son poids. Ce nombre de composants ne permet pas non plus de donner un faible rayon de courbure à cette structure connue. - La présente invention a pour objet une structure unique de protection et de liaison de câbles et fils électriques du type précité, qui ne présente pas les inconvénients des structures connues, qui puisse être utilisée aussi bien dans les zones à température maximale de 150°C environ que dans les zones où la température atteint 260°C en pointe, et qui accepte des rayons de courbure relativement faibles.
- L'invention propose, à cet effet, un harnais électrique blindé et étanche, en particulier pour moteur d'avion, selon la revendication 1.
- La gaine externe est réalisée en une matière supportant les températures élevées, par exemple en PTFE, et sa structure annelée lui permet d'accepter les faibles rayons de courbure.
- L'embout de matière thermo-rétractable, qui est fixé à l'extrémité de cette gaine externe, permet d'assurer la fixation de la gaine sur un connecteur ou un raccord de dérivation. L'extrémité de la tresse métallique de blindage est serrée sur ce connecteur ou ce raccord, avantageusement par l'intermédiaire d'une virole métallique ou d'un collier électriquement conducteur ou non pour assurer la continuité du blindage électromagnétique.
- Dans un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, l'extrémité de la gaine externe est traitée chimiquement quand elle est réalisée en PTFE, pour pouvoir être fixée par collage sur l'embout de matière thermo-rétractable, par exemple au moyen d'une colle époxy.
- Cet embout thermo-rétractable est en une matière plastique supportant les températures élevées, telle notamment qu'un élastomère fluoré commercialisé sous la marque VITON ou un élastomère silicone. La virole ou le collier de serrage de l'extrémité de la tresse métallique de blindage sur le connecteur ou le raccord est en acier inoxydable ou en alliage cuivre-nickel, la tresse métallique de blindage étant avantageusement en alliage cuivre-nickel.
- De préférence, la pièce métallique du connecteur ou du raccord sur laquelle est serrée l'extrémité de la tresse métallique de blindage est en titane, ce matériau étant choisi pour sa légèreté et ses caractéristiques mécaniques.
- Pour assurer la continuité du blindage électromagnétique, cette pièce en titane peut être traitée superficiellement et recevoir par exemple une couche de nickel déposée par voie chimique.
- La tresse tubulaire de protection textile est quant à elle réalisée de préférence en fibres aramides telles que celles commercialisées sous la marque NOMEX.
- De façon générale, le harnais selon l'invention présente l'avantage d'un gain de poids de l'ordre de 20 % par rapport aux technologies utilisées antérieurement. Il est de plus destiné à être utilisé aussi bien dans les zones à température moyenne que dans les zones à température élevée. Il en résulte une simplification de la fabrication de ces harnais, en termes d'approvisionnement et d'assemblage de leurs composants.
- L'invention sera mieux comprise et d'autres détails, caractéristiques et avantages de celle-ci apparaîtront plus clairement à la lecture de la description qui suit, faite à titre d'exemple en référence aux dessins annexés dans lesquels :

figure 1 comprend un certain nombre d'éléments conducteurs 12 qui sont reliés entre eux par des dérivations 14 et qui comportent aux extrémités du harnais un connecteur 16 de liaison à un système électronique et des connecteurs 18 de liaison à des capteurs installés dans diverses zones d'un moteur d'avion, par exemple dans la zone d'une soufflante montée à l'entrée d'un turboréacteur et dans la zone du compresseur de ce turboréacteur. - Plus précisément, le harnais de la
figure 1 comprend un premier élément conducteur 12 dont une extrémité est équipée du connecteur 16 de liaison au système électronique et dont l'autre extrémité est reliée par une dérivation 14 à deux autres éléments conducteurs 12 dont l'un est équipé à une extrémité d'un connecteur 18 de liaison à un capteur et dont l'autre est relié par une autre dérivation 14 à deux autres éléments conducteurs 12 équipés de connecteurs 18 de liaison à des capteurs. - Chaque élément conducteur 12 comprend, comme on le voit mieux en
figure 2 , un ou plusieurs câbles ou fils électroconducteurs 20 servant à la transmission de signaux électriques entre le système électronique et les capteurs montés sur le moteur, ce ou ces câbles ou fils électroconducteurs étant montés dans une structure tubulaire 22 de protection et d'étanchéité raccordée à ses extrémités à un connecteur 16 ou 18 et à une dérivation 14. - Selon l'invention, la structure 22 comprend une tresse tubulaire textile interne 24, qui entoure le ou les conducteurs 20, une tresse tubulaire métallique 26 de blindage électromagnétique, qui entoure la tresse textile interne 24, et une gaine externe 28 de forme annelée, qui entoure la tresse métallique de blindage 26.
- La tresse textile interne 24 est réalisée en fibres aramides du type de celles commercialisées sous la marque NOMEX.
- La tresse de blindage est en cuivre nickelé et la gaine externe 28 est en PTFE (polytétrafluoroéthylène).
- L'extrémité de la gaine 28 est fixée, avantageusement par collage au moyen d'une colle époxy, sur l'extrémité d'un embout cylindrique 30 de matière plastique thermo-rétractable, telle qu'un élastomère fluoré du type de ceux commercialisés sous la marque VITON ou en variante un élastomère silicone.
- Pour permettre sa fixation par collage sur l'embout 30, l'extrémité de la gaine 28 reçoit un traitement chimique du type sodium ammoniac pour la suppression des atomes de fluor en surface de la gaine.
- L'embout thermo-rétractable 30 entoure une extrémité d'une pièce cylindrique 32 réalisée de préférence en titane, qui se fixe sur un connecteur 16 ou 18 et qui comporte une queue cylindrique 34 sur laquelle l'extrémité de la tresse métallique 26 est serrée au moyen d'une virole ou d'un collier métallique 36 en acier inoxydable, recouvert par l'embout thermo-rétractable 30.
- Pour que la pièce 32 en titane puisse assurer la continuité du blindage électromagnétique, sa surface est revêtue d'une couche de nickel déposée par voie chimique et sur laquelle l'extrémité de la tresse métallique 26 est serrée par la virole ou le collier 36.
- L'extrémité de l'embout 30 opposée à la gaine extérieure 28 comporte un rebord annulaire interne d'accrochage sur un rebord annulaire externe 40 de la queue cylindrique 34 de la pièce 32.
Claims (9)
- Harnais électrique blindé et étanche, en particulier pour moteur d'avion, comprenant un ensemble d'éléments conducteurs (12) équipés à leurs extrémités de connecteurs (16, 18) ou de dérivations (14), chaque élément conducteur (12) comprenant au moins un câble ou fil électriquement conducteur (20) monté dans une structure tubulaire (22) de protection et de blindage qui comporte une tresse tubulaire interne textile (24) et une tresse métallique intermédiaire (26) de blindage électromagnétique, caractérisé en ce que la structure tubulaire (22) comprend également une gaine externe (28) annelée en polymère, entourant la tresse métallique de blindage (26) et dont au moins une extrémité est fixée sur un embout tubulaire (30) de matière thermo-rétractable, cet embout tubulaire (30) permettant de fixer la gaine externe (28) sur un connecteur (16, 18) ou une dérivation, et servant à serrer et fixer une extrémité de la tresse métallique de blindage (26), par l'intermédiaire d'une virole ou d'un collier métallique (36), sur une pièce métallique tubulaire (32) du connecteur (16, 18) ou de la dérivation (14).
- Harnais selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la gaine extérieure (22) est en polytétrafluoroéthylène.
- Harnais selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité de la gaine extérieure (22) est traitée chimiquement pour pouvoir être fixée par collage sur l'embout (30) de matière thermo-rétractable, par exemple au moyen d'une colle époxy.
- Harnais selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'embout thermo-rétractable (30) est en élastomère fluoré du type VITON ou en silicone.

- Harnais selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tresse métallique (26) de blindage est en alliage cuivre-nickel.
- Harnais selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce métallique (32) est en titane.
- Harnais selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la pièce métallique (32) reçoit un revêtement superficiel électroconducteur pour assurer la continuité du blindage électromagnétique.
- Harnais selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tresse interne textile (24) est en fibres aramides.
