技术领域
本发明涉及一种屏蔽或双屏蔽的电气配线,在例如涡轮喷气发动机或涡轮螺旋桨发动机内部等温度、振动和电磁干扰严重的区域中带有两个密封板。
此种类型的电气配线包括一组电缆和电线,用于提供例如用于电调节发动机的系统或传感器等各种电气设备之间的连接等等。
背景技术
目前,根据使用区域存在的温度使用两种不同的技术来装配电器配线。在所述区域的最高温度不超过150℃时,通常使用这种结构来保护电气连接线和电缆,该结构包括纱包编织层,形成保护电线和电缆的第一层;管状编织层,围绕纱包编织层并提供电磁屏蔽;和外护套,由热收缩聚合物制成并且其端部上具有由热收缩聚合物制成的末端,用来保护管状金属上的屏蔽编织层或合成连接部件的端部,还连接着连接部件的外护套。该结构具有可以适应相对小的曲率半径的优点,然而其耐高温的能力限制在150℃内。
在温度较高且可能达到峰值260℃的区域内,电线和电缆由管状结构来保护,该管状结构包括聚四氟乙烯(Polytetrafluoroethylene,PTFE)的内护套;用于电磁屏蔽围绕所述护套的金属编织层;和纱包编织层,围绕屏蔽编织层并由芳族聚酰胺纤维等耐高温的材料制成,所述结构的端部由金属或合成连接部件的机械凸边来保持。
该结构的缺点在于其比前面的结构更重,并且不能接受小的曲率半径。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种保护和连接上述类型的电线和电缆的单个结构,其不具有上述已知结构的缺点,并且可以在最大温度为大约150℃的区域内和峰值温度可达260℃的区域内同样很好地使用,并且可以接受相对较小的曲率半径。
为此,本发明提供一种特别用于飞机发动机上的屏蔽且密封的电气配线,其包括一组端部装配有连接器或分线接头的导体元件,每个导体元件包括至少一种安装在管状的保护和屏蔽结构中的导电线或电缆,该管状保护和屏蔽结构包括管状内纱包编织层和用于电磁屏蔽的中间金属编织层,其中管状结构还包括由聚合物制成的波纹形外护套,其围绕中间金属编织层并且具有固定在热收缩材料的管状终端部件上的至少一端,该管状终端使外护套紧固到连接器或分线接头上,用于通过金属凸边或套圈将中间金属编织层的一端夹紧并固定在连接器或分线接头的管状金属部件上。
外护套由例如聚四氟乙烯等耐高温的材料制成,并且其波纹形结构使其可以接受较小的曲率半径。
紧固到所述外护套端部上的热收缩材料的终端部件用于将护套固定在连接器或分线联接器上。屏蔽金属编织层的端部由连接器或联接器夹住,优选地利用套圈或可选的导电凸边以提供连续的电磁屏蔽。
在本发明的一个优选实施方式中,对由聚四氟乙烯制成的外护套进行化学处理以使其能够粘合固定在由利用环氧粘结剂等热收缩材料制成的终端部件上。
热收缩终端部件由特别地像Viton商标销售的氟橡胶或硅酮弹性体等耐高温的塑料材料制成。用来将屏蔽金属部件的端部夹紧在连接器或联接器上的套圈或凸边由不锈钢或铜镍合金制成,屏蔽金属编织层优选地由铜镍合金制成。
被屏蔽金属编织层的端部夹住的连接器或联接器的金属部件本身优选地由钛制成,选择该材料是因为其较轻的质量以及其机械性能。
为确保连续的电磁屏蔽,可以对钛部件进行表面处理,例如利用化学技术沉积的镍层等。
管状的纱包保护编织层优选地由例如诺梅克斯商标所售的芳族聚酰胺纤维等制成。
总之,本发明的电气配线具有相对于在先使用的技术节约20%质量的优势。而且,本发明在介质温度区域内和高温区域内同样很好使用。这样就可以使供应和组装其组件的这种电气配线的制造得到简化。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的电气配线10包含某一数量的导体元件12,其由分线接头14互相连接并且在电气配线的一端带有连接到电子系统上的连接器16,和连接到设置在例如涡轮喷气发动机入口处的风扇区域和所述涡轮喷气发动机压缩机等区域的飞机发动机各个区域中的传感器上的连接器18。
更确切地,图1中的电气配线包括第一导体元件12,其一端装配有连接到电子系统上的连接器16,其另一端通过分线接头14连接到另外两个导体元件12上,其中一个导体元件12的一端装配有连接到传感器上的连接器18,而另一个导体元件12通过另一个分线接头14连接到另外两个导体元件12上,而这两个导体元件12配备有连接到传感器上的连接器18。
图2中更清楚地示出,每个导体元件12包括一条或多条导电线或电缆20,用于在电子系统和发动机上安装的传感器之间进行电信号传输,这个或这些导电线或电缆安装在管状保护结构22中,该结构还提供密封并且其一端连接到连接器16或18上并连接到分线接头14上。
根据本发明,结构22包括围绕导体20的管状内纱包编织层24,提供电磁屏蔽的金属管状编织层26,该编织层缠绕内纱包编织层24,和围绕屏蔽的金属编织层26的波纹形的外护套28。
内纱包编织层24由诺梅克斯(Nomex)商标销售的那种芳族聚酰胺纤维制成。屏蔽编织层由镀镍的铜制成,外护套28由PTFE制成。
外护套28的端部优选地通过环氧粘结剂紧固到例如威顿(Viton)商标所售的那种氟橡胶或者变形的硅酮弹性体等热收缩塑料材料的圆柱形终端部件30的端部上。
为了使其粘合固定在终端部件30上,对外护套28的端部进行钠氨化学处理,以从护套去除结构氟原子。
热收缩终端部件30围绕优选地由钛制成并且固定在连接器16或18上的圆柱形部件32的端部上,该圆柱形部件32包括圆柱形末端34,在其上利用金属凸边或不锈钢套圈36夹住金属编织层26的端部,而其反过来由热收缩终端部件30覆盖。
为了使钛部件32提供持续的电磁屏蔽,在其表面上覆盖一层化学沉积的镍,金属编织层26的端部相反地由金属凸边或不锈钢套圈36夹紧。
终端部件30远离外护套28的一端包括内环形缘,用来夹住部件32的圆柱形末端34上的外环形缘40。

Claims (9)

1.一种屏蔽且密封的电气配线,包括一组其端部装配有连接器或分线接头的导体元件,每个所述导体元件包括至少一种安装在管状的保护和屏蔽结构中的导电线或电缆,包括管状内纱包编织层和用于电磁屏蔽的中间金属编织层,其中所述管状结构还包括由聚合物制成的波纹形外护套,围绕中间金属编织层并且具有固定在热收缩材料的管状终端部件上的至少一端,所述管状终端部件使所述外护套紧固到连接器或分线接头,并用于利用金属凸边或套圈将中间金属编织层的一端夹紧并固定在连接器或分线接头的管状金属部件上。
2.如权利要求1所述的电气配线,其中所述外护套由聚四氟乙烯制成。
3.如权利要求2所述的电气配线,其中对所述外护套的端部进行化学处理以使其粘合固定在热收缩材料的终端部件上。
4.如权利要求1所述的电气配线,其中所述热收缩终端部件由威顿型或硅酮的氟橡胶制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的电气配线,其中用来夹紧和固定金属部件上的金属编织层端部的凸边或套圈由不锈钢或铜镍合金制成。
6.如权利要求1所述的电气配线,其中所述中间金属编织层由铜镍合金制成。
7.如权利要求1所述的电气配线,其中所述金属部件由钛制成。
8.如权利要求7所述的电气配线,其中所述金属部件容纳导电表面层以提供连续的电磁屏蔽。
9.如权利要求1所述的电气配线,其中所述内纱包编织层由芳族聚酰胺纤维制成。
