Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif d'examen des alésages d'une bande d'injecteur dans une ligne d'hydroliage pour de nontissés, composé d'une unité pour le nettoyage simple ou répété à jets d'eau de la bande d'injecteur et d'une unité associée pourvue de moyens optiques pour la détection automatique constante de la condition des alésages de buse, dans lequel la bande d'injecteur est soumise à un processus complet ou partiel de nettoyage après l'examen quand du blocage ou de l'encrassement est détecté.
  2. Dispositif conforme à la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de nettoyage consiste en un récipient pour tremper la bande d'injecteur dans un liquide, duquel la bande d'injecteur est sortie et passée à une unité de nettoyage par jets d'eau et par ultrasons moyennant des rouleaux de transport.
  3. Dispositif en conformité avec les revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de détection automatique de la condition des alésages de buse permet de détecter aussi bien l'encrassement éventuel que l'usure éventuelle des bords d'alésage.
  4. Processus d'examen de la condition des alésages d'une bande d'injecteur dans une ligne d'hydroliage de non-tissés, dans lequel la bande d'injecteur est soumise d'abord au nettoyage simple ou répété à jets d'eau et les alésages sont ensuite examinés automatiquement au moyen de méthodes optiques pour des signes d'encrassement et / ou d'usure et sont ensuite soumis à un processus de nettoyage complet ou partiel lorsque de l'encrassement ou du blocage est détecté.
