Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif pour la fabrication de textiles, non-tissés, spunbonds, matériaux de papier (5) au moyen d'au moins un tambour perforé (1), avec des ouvertures (4) pour l'élimination du liquide (6) sorti d'un injecteur (7) et de nombreuses projectures (3) dirigées vers l'extérieur, situées sur la face extérieure du tambour perforé (1), pour la perforation du non-tissé (5), dont une ou plusieurs zones (8) sur la face extérieure du tambour perforé (1) ne contiennent pas de projectures (3) mais seulement des ouvertures (4), caractérisé en ce que les zones (8) contenant des projectures (3) et utilisées pour la formation d'un motif en surface dans le non-tissé (5), comme des animaux, des plantes ou des formes géométriques, sont disposées dans un arrangement ou un groupe correspondant sur la chemise du tambour perforé (2) et entourent ou limitent le motif en surface à former sur la face extérieure du tambour perforé (1).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les projectures (3) sur la face extérieure du tambour perforé (1) sont, au moins en partie, réparties de manière irrégulière ou disposées les unes à côté des autres à distances qui varient et/ou à distances régulières.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sur la face extérieure du tambour perforé (1) dans les zones (9) contenant des projectures (3) et/ou dans les zones (8) ne contenant pas de projectures, il y a au moins des ouvertures (4) pour le passage du liquide (6) sorti de l'injecteur (7).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les projectures (3) sur la face extérieure du tambour perforé (2) sont en forme d'épines.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les projectures (3) sont coniques ou pointues vers l'extérieur ou en forme de cylindre.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les projectures (3) ont une section circulaire, ovale, polygonale, carrée ou rectangulaire.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les projectures (3) dans la zone (9) d'une chemise de tambour perforé (2) contenant des projectures (3) sont disposées à une distance comprise entre 1,5 mm et 20 mm, et de préférence 3 mm à 10 mm.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les projectures (3) couvrent une zone (9) de la chemise du tambour perforé (2) entre 20% et 50%, de préférence entre 25% et 30%.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les zones (8) sans projectures (3) représentent une face totale de 1 % à 50%, de préférence entre 20% et 50%, ou entre 25% et 30% de la face totale du tambour perforé (2).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les zones (9) contenant des projectures (3) et utilisées pour la formation des motifs en surface dans le non-tissé (5), comme des animaux, des plantes ou des formes géométriques, sont disposées dans un arrangement ou un groupe correspondant sur la chemise du tambour perforé (2).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les zones (8) ne [contenant] pas de projectures (3) et les zones (9) [contenant] des projectures (3) pour la formation d'un motif en surface, comme des animaux, des plantes ou des formes géométriques, sont disposées dans un arrangement ou un groupe correspondant.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les motifs formés dans le non-tissé (5) sont au moins en partie ou en majorité au niveau du non-tissé (5) et que le non-tissé a une épaisseur au moins similaire, tandis que les perforations introduites dans le non-tissé (5) sont distribuées de telle manière qu'elles forment un ou plusieurs motifs en surface identiques ou différents dans le non-tissé (5).
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les zones (8) de la chemise du tambour perforé (2) ne contenant pas de projectures (3) et les zones (9) contenant des projectures (3) forment une face limitée chacune.
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les zones (8) de la chemise du tambour perforé (2) ne contenant pas de projectures (3) sont liées les unes avec les autres ou qu'elles entourent ou contiennent les zones (9) contenant des projectures (3).
  15. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures (4) dans la chemise du tambour perforé (2) sont également et/ou irrégulièrement réparties sur toute la face de la chemise du tambour perforé (2) et qu'elles ont un diamètre compris entre 0,1 mm et 3 mm, de préférence entre 1 mm et 1,5 mm.
