Claims (17)

  1. Meules pour un outil à rectifier, les meules étant formées de grains abrasifs reliés étroitement les uns aux autres par un liant et présentant au moins pratiquement un contour externe sphérique, caractérisées en ce que les grains abrasifs sont reliés par une résine synthétique telle qu'une résine phénolique, un polyuréthane, une résine époxyde, une résine uréique ou un polyvinylbutyral (PVB) comme liants, et en en que les meules présentent une porosité d'au moins 35 %.
  2. Meules selon la revendication 1, caractérisées en ce qu'elles sont formées de grains abrasifs présentant une taille de particules dans une plage entre 0,05 et 10 µm.
  3. Meules selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisées en ce qu'elles sont formées de grains abrasifs présentant une taille de particules entre 0,1 et 3 µm.
  4. Meules selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisées en ce que le diamètre externe des meules se situe dans une plage entre 10 et 150 µm.
  5. Meules selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisées en ce que le diamètre externe des meules se situe dans une plage entre 25 et 80 µm.
  6. Meules selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisées en ce que, pour des grains abrasifs d'une meule, une divergence maximale de la taille des particules de 20 % est respectée.
  7. Meules selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisées en ce que la porosité de > 35 % est répartie de façon homogène dans les meules.
  8. Meules selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisées en ce que les meules sont creuses à l'intérieur.
  9. Meules selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisées en ce que la proportion de liant d'une meule est ≤ 5 % en masse.
  10. Meules selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisées en ce que les grains abrasifs sont choisis parmi SiC, le corindon , Al2O3, BN, WC/Co, WC, le diamant, le zirconium aluminium, les grains de SG, c'est-à-dire des grains abrasifs du procédé sol-gel ou du procédé de frittage.
  11. Meules selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisées en ce que les liants durcissent aux UV, à la température ou au froid.
  12. Meules selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisées en ce que de multiples grains abrasifs sont fixés étroitement sur un support.
  13. Meules selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisées en ce que les meules sont fixées sur un support en une ou plusieurs couches, ou en une masse homogène ou hétérogène.
  14. Procédé de production de meules selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que de petites gouttes sont formées à partir d'une suspension contenant un liant, un solvant et des grains abrasifs, ensuite, le solvant est éliminé des gouttes et par le biais d'au moins un traitement thermique, le liant est activé pour la formation de liaisons étroites de grains abrasifs voisins des meules individuelles obtenues à partir d'une goutte unique, le liant étant constitué de résine synthétique telle qu'une résine phénolique, de polyuréthane, de résine époxyde, de résine uréique ou de polyvinylbutyral (PVB).
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que des gouttes sont formées à partir de la suspension dans une atmosphère gazeuse.
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que les meules sont produites par séchage par pulvérisation.
  17. Procédé selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que les meules sont produites par lyophilisation ou par lyophilisation par pulvérisation.
