Abstract

The invention relates to a refrigerator having two telescopic extensions. A carrier for refrigerated goods is held on each telescopic extension by an adapter that bridges the space between the carrier for refrigerated goods and the telescopic extension, the width of the space being at least equal to the width of the telescopic extension.

Description

The present invention relates to a refrigeration device having a cooling space in which a refrigerated goods carrier with the aid of telescopic extensions is displaceable. The use of telescopic extensions for sliding suspension of refrigerated goods carriers, which may be baskets, plates or the like, in a refrigerator is well known. Such a telescopic extension generally comprises two intermeshing rails, which are displaceable relative to one another in their longitudinal direction, in each case by unrolling a roller fastened to a first rail on the other rail.

To ensure linear guidance of the rails, both must be supported against each other at at least two points spaced apart in their longitudinal direction. The distance between these points is the lower, the farther the rails are pulled apart, so that the stability of the telescopic rail suspension decreases all the more, the farther a refrigerated goods suspended from them is pulled out of the refrigerator of the refrigerator. It is therefore necessary to limit the mobility of the rails against each other so that the bases can not come too close to each other. The freedom of movement of the rails is therefore generally much smaller than their length. Therefore, it is not possible to make the freedom of movement of a refrigerated goods carrier so great that it can be completely pulled out of the refrigerator with a simple, constructed of two rails telescopic extension.

To achieve this goal, telescopic extensions are needed with at least three mutually movable rails. These are significantly more expensive than those with two rails. It is therefore not economical for a manufacturer who wants to offer refrigeration appliances in a wide range of prices and equipment to consistently use telescopic extensions with three rails. However, if the manufacturer's model range includes both two and three or more rails, the problem arises that the different types of telescopic extensions differ in their space requirement. Since the outer dimensions of the refrigerators are given in raster levels and their wall thickness is not very variable, the different space requirements of the different types of telescopic extensions in the Construction of refrigerated goods are taken into account, ie for different models of refrigerators, which differ in the type of extracts used, different refrigerated goods are required. These must therefore be produced in a variety of types in each case comparatively small quantities, which makes the production more expensive.

From document US 2003/0173882 A1 a refrigeration device is known in which the inner wall has a side rail structure, which serves as a guide rail for inside refrigerated goods or on the other as a receptacle for an adapter, by means of which a Gefriergutschublade the refrigerator can be slidably mounted, the front side forms a door of the refrigerator ,

From document DE 299 04 760 U1 a drawer fitting with double-walled drawer is known on both sides of the drawer, wherein in each drawer rail a Ausziehführungsgarnitur is added and each rail has a front and rear support member which project from the rail up into the drawer and on which the drawer is anchored , Each drawer frame has two separate coupling parts, by means of which the drawer frame is held on the support parts.

Object of the present invention is to minimize the number of different parts required for the production of different refrigerator models, both those with a fully removable refrigerated goods carrier as well as those with a partially extractable.

The object is achieved by the features of claim 1. In a refrigerator with a cold room, a first refrigerated goods with the help of two telescopic extensions is displaceable, wherein the first refrigerated goods is held on each telescopic extension using at least one intermediate space between the refrigerated goods and telescopic extension bridging adapter, and wherein the width of the gap at least equal to the width of the Telescope extension is. This makes it possible, with omission of the adapter to mount another telescopic extension with the mentioned telescopic extension in series and the refrigerated goods to this to hold another adapter, without any adaptation in the shape of the refrigerated goods carrier is required.

In order to simplify the mounting of the refrigerated goods carrier in the refrigeration device, the adapters are preferably provided with latching elements for latching to a respective complementary latching element of the refrigerated goods carrier.

Further, it is preferred that the adapters each have a front and a rear locking element, wherein the rear with the complementary locking element of the first refrigerated goods by a movement substantially parallel to the displacement direction of the first Kühlgutträgers and the front with the complementary locking element of the first Kühlgutträgers by a movement can be latched substantially perpendicular to the displacement direction of the first refrigerated goods carrier. Thus, the front locking element prevents a disengagement, if only pulled on the refrigerated goods in the horizontal direction to pull it out of the refrigerator. A mounting of the refrigerated goods carrier is possible in a simple manner by first the rear portion of the first held inclined refrigerated goods carrier is moved horizontally to bring the rear locking elements for locking, and then the front portion is lowered to lock the front.

For this purpose, the rear locking element of the adapter can expediently be designed as an undercut rigid head and the complementary latching element of the refrigerated goods carrier as an open edge in the direction of displacement slot.

By contrast, the front latching element is preferably a head which is flexibly deformable in each case during engagement and disengagement of the complementary latching element.

This head can be provided with a flexible in the direction of displacement flank, which holds in the latched state, the complementary locking element of the refrigerated goods carrier against a stop, so as to keep the refrigerated goods without clearance on the telescopic extension. If the complementary latching element of the refrigerated goods carrier is a hole into which the head engages, the stop may be formed by an edge facing away from said flexible flank of the head.

Preferably, the front and the rear locking element are each formed separately from each other on a front or a rear adapter of each telescopic extension. This bipartite makes it possible to use the same adapter both on a right and on a left telescopic extension or on telescopic extensions of different lengths.

In this case, it is further preferred that front and rear adapters each have a plane of symmetry perpendicular to the direction of displacement of the refrigerated goods carrier, so that the two mounted on the right or left telescopic extension front adapter or the two mounted on right and left telescopic extension rear adapter each other like mirror images lie opposite.

The freedom of movement of two mutually movable rails of each telescopic extension is preferably limited to less than two-thirds of its length. Although a greater freedom of movement would be achievable in principle, but would then occur in the maximum apart state between the rails Torques require a high degree of strength of the rails and thus cause a cost-increasing significant cost of materials. Such a great freedom of movement of the individual telescopic extension is not required in the context of the present invention, because in order to achieve greater freedom of movement, preferably two telescopic extensions connected in series are used.

Refrigerated goods carriers held via individual telescopic extensions and refrigerated goods carriers held in series via telescopic extensions can be combined in one and the same refrigerator.

The shape and arrangement of the complementary locking elements of the two refrigerated goods carriers are preferably the same in such a case. This is z. B. possible to mount at least one of the two refrigerated goods in the place of the other.

To simplify the production, it can be useful to form each refrigerated goods carrier in several parts, from a base body and two support parts attached to the base body, wherein the complementary locking elements are formed on the support parts. This makes it possible in particular to form the base body of sheet metal, while the support parts z. B. may be formed by injection molding.

In order to ensure low-backlash guidance of the refrigerated goods carrier, the two rails of each telescopic extension are preferably guided relative to one another with the aid of linear ball bearings.

Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a refrigerator with a body 1 and a door 2. In a refrigerator 3 inside the device are two refrigerated goods 4, 5 in the form of pull-out boxes exemplified. The pull-out boxes 4, 5 are held displaceable in the figure not visible, suspended on the side walls of the body 1 telescopic extensions. The upper drawer 4 has a smaller depth than the lower 5, to leave room for a door lock 2 attached to the door 2.

In the upper area of the cooling space 3, which is left empty in the figure, further refrigerated goods shelves, as required in the form of further pull-out boxes or in the form of stationary or displaceable plates, can be mounted.

Fig. 2 shows the two pull-out boxes 4, 5 in a perspective view from its rear side. The pull-out boxes 4, 5 each comprise a basket formed of perforated sheet metal, the front side of which facing the door being faced with a plastic shield 7. This shield 7 extends in the upper drawer 4 over its entire height, the lower box 5 only over part of the height, so that between the shield 7 and the overlying box 4, a penetration opening is formed, as in Fig. 1 to recognize.

The side walls of the baskets each have vertical upper and lower wall portions 8 and 9 and between these inclined shoulders 10 which extend towards each other towards the bottom. At the shoulders 10 each injection molded plastic injection-molded part 11 is fixed, which in the Fig. 4 . 8 and 9 can be seen in more detail. The support members 11 in turn are supported via adapters on telescopic extensions 12 and 13 respectively.

The telescopic extensions 13, on which the lower pull-out box 5 is supported, each have a pair of interlocking rails. The freedom of movement of these rails against each other is between 50 and 80% of their length; Here it is equal to the depth of the overlying pull-out box 4, so that the drawer 5 is pulled out in its fully extended position to the stop completely under the overlying box 4 and freely accessible on its entire top.

Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of one of the telescopic extensions 13 of the lower drawer 5, namely the left drawer 13 from the perspective of a viewer in the refrigerator 3 viewer. The drawer comprises two rails bent from sheet steel, an outer rail 14 of approximately C-shaped cross-section and an inner rail 15 engaging the cavity of the outer rail 14. Opposite legs of the rails 14, 15 define two cylindrical channels 16 in which in each case a plurality of balls, not visible in the figure, are accommodated, which guide the rails 14, 15 with little play and are easy to move relative to one another. A bolt 17 projects from the front end of the outer rail 14 into the space between the rails 14, 15. Its contact with a mounted on the inner rail 15, in the figure just visible rubber buffer 18 defines a limit to the freedom of movement of the rails 14, 15 against each other.

A front adapter 19 and a rear plastic adapter 20 are attached to the outer rail 14. The adapters 19, 20 each have an approximately prism-shaped base body 21, to which a horizontal web 22 resting on the upper leg of the rail 14 is integrally formed on its upper side.

From the top of the main body 21 is respectively a locking element 23 and 24 from. The locking element 23 of the front adapter 19 has in section approximately the shape of the letter T, wherein at the ends of the crossbar of the T two down and initially apart, then again towards each other extending elastic leg 25 are formed. The latching element 24 of the rear adapter 20 is a rigid pin which has a forwardly directed nose 26 at its upper end.

Fig. 4 is intended to illustrate the anchoring of the adapters 19, 20 on the rail 14. Shown are each separated from each other a fragment 27 of the rail 14 and a side facing this adapter 19 or 20, wherein the type of anchoring in both adapters 19, 20 is the same. The fragment 27 facing wall 28 of the adapter carries 4 rigid latching hooks 29 and a by a U-shaped or V-shaped slot from the wall 28 cut free elastic tongue 30, from the top of a wedge 31 protrudes. These are a round hole 32 and four square holes 33 of the rail 14 opposite, the latter each in the form of a rectangle, which is extended at its lower edge by a short slot. To anchor the adapter 19 or 20 to the rail 14, the latching hooks 29 are inserted into the angular holes 33, and at the same time, first the tongue 30, the wedge 31 abuts against the closed wall of the rail 14, in the hollow body of the Adapters pushed back into it. When the latch hooks 29 are completely pushed through the holes 33 and the wall 28 of the adapter abuts the rail 14, the adapter can be moved down so that the shanks of the latch hooks 29 engage in the slots of the holes 33 and the web 22 on the upper leg of the rail 14 comes to rest. The wedge 31 hits the round hole 32 and snaps into it. If this is done, the adapter can only be solved by the rail 14 by first with a tool, the wedge 31 pushed out of the hole 32 and then the adapter is raised.

Fig. 5 again shows a perspective view of the telescopic extension 13 Fig. 3 The carrier part 11 comprises an elongate base plate 34 which is supported on the upper sides of the adapters 19, 20. At a front end of the base plate 34, a rectangular hole 35 is formed through which the locking element 23 of the adapter 19 is inserted therethrough. The downward toward each other to running sections of the elastic legs 25 of the locking element 23 press against the front and rear edge of the hole 35 and keep the base plate 34 so against play pressed against the adapter 19. The pin 24 of the rear adapter 20 engages in a rearwardly open slot 36 of the base plate 34 a.

At both ends of the base plate 34, above the hole 35 and the slots 36, an abutment for the basket of the pull-out box 5 is formed in each case. The abutment comprises in each case an inclined plate 37, which is connected at its lower edge with a basket-facing edge of the base plate 34, and which combines at its upper edge with two emanating from the base plate 34 vertical struts 38 to a U-profile section 39 , In the middle of the plate 37 is a shallow recess 40 and in the middle of which in turn a bore 41 is formed, which are flared toward the back of the plate 37 to a hexagonal cross-section.

Fig. 6 shows a section through the telescopic extension and its surroundings in height of the adapter 19. As this section shows, the bore 41 of the plate 37 serves to her by means of a screw 42 and a form-fitting in the hexagonal expansion of the bore nut 43 received the shoulder 10 of the basket to attach. An unlatched from the upper portion 8 of the basket side wall tab 44 is supported on the upper edge of the U-profile section 39 from.

In the section, the already mentioned balls 45 can be seen, which, in each case led to several in a cage 46, are mounted in the channels 16 between the rails 14, 15.

Furthermore, it can be seen that there is a gap 47 between the outer rail 14 and the lower wall section 9 of the basket opposing this, which space is partially filled by the hollow basic body 21 of the adapters 19 and 20. The width of this gap 47 is greater than that of the telescopic extension 13, so that it If necessary, it is possible to accommodate a second telescopic extension, without having to change the dimensions of the pull-out box 5.

In Fig. 2 it can be seen that such an arrangement of two coupled telescopic extensions is provided on each side of the upper pull-out box 4. These coupled telescopic extensions give the drawer 4 a freedom of movement that is greater than its depth, so that it can be pulled out completely under an above, not shown refrigerated goods of the same depth.

A perspective view of two telescopic extensions 48, 49 connected in series on the right side of the pull-out box 4 from the perspective of the user standing in front of the refrigerator compartment 3 is shown in FIG Fig. 7 shown. The construction of the telescopic extensions 48, 49 with an inner rail 50 and 52 and an outer rail 51 and 53, which are guided by means of balls 45 against each other movable, is the same as in the telescopic extension 13 and therefore need not be explained again become. The rails 51, 52 are through in Fig. 10 shown rivets 58 rigidly connected to each other, of which one or the other can serve as a stop for limiting the freedom of movement of the extracts 48, 49 at the same time.

Front and rear adapters 54 and 55 are on the rail 53 in an analogous manner, as above with reference to Fig. 4 described, clamped. Instead of a wide hollow base body as in the adapters 19, 20 here only a narrow, plate-shaped base body is provided, on the visible side of the elastic tongue 30 and the latching hooks 29 opposite recesses 57 can be seen. The latching elements 23, 24 carried by the adapters 54, 55 are the same as in the adapters 19, 20. Therefore, these adapters 54, 55, as in the Fig. 8, 9 See also, the same type of support part 11 can be mounted as already with respect to Fig. 5 explained.

In the view of Fig. 8 showing the side of the body 1 facing side of the telescopic extensions 48, 49 and the support member 11, in particular the hexagonal widening of the holes 41 and the rear, to the rear wall of the body 1 out, open slot 36 in the base plate 34 of the support member 11 to recognize. The slot has edges diverging toward the rearward end of the base plate 34 to facilitate attachment of the slot to the latching element 24 of the rear adapter. As in Fig. 10 can be seen by the additional telescopic extension 49 and the plate-like base body of the adapter 54, 55 of the space 47 side of the wall portion 9 of the basket practically filled. The position of the locking projections 23 and 24 is the same as in FIG. 4 with respect to the side wall of the body or the drawer 48 mounted directly thereon Fig. 6 shown so that identical support members 11 and baskets can be stored at will on a simple statement like 13 or a double extract as 48, 49.
