Description

The present invention relates to a telescopic extension with at least two mutually movably guided rails in their longitudinal direction and a carrier attached to a first of the rails, such as in the form of a carrier plate or an extension box.

The rails of such a telescopic extension should be smooth, so that the carrier, even if it is heavily loaded, with little effort from a housing in which the extract is installed, can be pulled out. Generally, pull-outs of this type have stops that limit the freedom of movement of the rails with respect to each other so that the rails are not accidentally pulled apart completely. Such a stop is conventionally constituted by a rubber buffer which is accommodated in a space between two mutually movably guided rails and fixedly connected to one of the rails, and a projection connected to the other rail which, when the end of the permissible freedom of movement is reached, pushes on the rubber buffer and thus slows down the carrier.

The publication DE 20 2004 018378 U1 discloses a return and positioning device of a telescopic guide for a drawer (50), wherein the Wiederkehrpositionierungseinrichtung (34) is arranged in the rear region of an inner rail (31) of the telescopic guide, the inner rail (31) on a housing (40) of the drawer ( 50), while attached to the drawer (50) is an outer rail (32) to which a clamping pin (323) is provided.

The publication EP 0 548 706 A1 discloses a locking device for drawers, wherein on each side of the drawer an extractor rail (12) fixed to the drawer and a mounting rail (11) attached to a furniture body are provided. Between the rails (11, 12) bearing load-transmitting rollers. On one side of the drawer, a closing device is provided which comprises a guide housing (2) mounted on the body side with a guide groove (4) for a plate-shaped tilting segment (3) under spring action. The tilting segment (3) can be displaced with guide pins (8) in the guide groove (4) in the pull-out direction of the drawer and can be coupled to a drawer-side driving pin (5).

Das Kippsegment (3) weist zudem eine Rückholsicherung auf.The tilting segment (3) also has a return device.

Since the carrier of such a telescopic extension in operation is often heavily loaded, considerable impact occurs on impact of the pin on the buffer, which significantly loads a connection between the carrier and the movable rail of the drawer and in case of careless use to damage the carrier or the connection can lead. The object of the invention is to provide a telescopic extension, in which the inertia forces acting on a braking of the carrier between the carrier and rail are reduced and thereby a risk of damage to the carrier and rail is reduced.

The object is achieved in that the carrier is resiliently fixed to the first rail in the direction of movement of the rails. So instead of feathering in a conventional manner against each other, so as to reduce the occurring delays in reaching the stop, a suspension between the carrier and the rail is provided according to the invention. This can replace or complement a conventional suspension between the rails.

Preferably, the suspension is realized in that the first rail carries a latching projection with at least one in the direction of movement of the rails elastically yielding edge. This flank can be when the rail is hers Stops achieved by the inertial force of the wearer and the objects carried by it are elastically deformed, so as to reduce the delays occurring upon reaching the stop.

Preferably, the latching projection has an inner trunk projecting from a side surface of the first rail and at least one branch extending from a side of the trunk remote from the side surface back to the side surface, wherein the branch forms the flexible flank. The resilience of the branch is increased when it has a side face facing free tip.

In order to avoid damage to the latching projection or attacking him parts of the carrier even with very vigorous actuation of the telescopic extension of the trunk preferably forms a stop for the branch within its elastic deformability, so that by pressing the branch against the stem no plastic Deformation of the branch can be caused.

On the elastically yielding flank of the latching projection, an undercut is preferably formed, which serves for anchoring the carrier engaging in the undercut.

The latching projection preferably has two mutually opposite elastically yielding flanks. These can be pressed against each other when attaching the carrier to the locking projection, so that when the carrier is plugged in, both flanks press against the carrier and thereby keep this play-free but elastically displaced to a limited extent.

Preferably, the latching projection is formed on an adapter mounted on the first rail. Such an adapter can be manufactured uniformly for right and left rails of a telescopic extension or for extension models with different length rails, which can reduce the manufacturing costs.

Furthermore, it is preferred that the first rail carries a second latching projection which has an undercut on a side facing the first latching projection and allows a plugged-on on the first latching projection Absteller intervene with a game in the direction of movement of the rails in the undercut of the second latching projection. Different coefficients of thermal expansion of the generally made of metal rails and often made of glass or plastic Abstellers can then not in conjunction with temperature fluctuations to strong voltages between the Latch projections and the stand lead, which could cause tearing or premature fatigue of one or the other.

In order to simplify the mounting of the Abstellers on the rail, a Randoffener slot is preferably provided on the Absteller, in which the second locking projection can be introduced by moving in the direction of movement.

A preferred field of application of the invention are telescopic extensions with mutually movably guided by linear ball bearings rails, as in these due to the easy movement of the rails against each other, the risk of violent shocks when reaching a stop is particularly high.

Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a refrigerator with a body 1 and a door 2. In a refrigerator 3 inside the device are two Refrigerated goods 4, 5 exemplified in the form of pull-out boxes. The pull-out boxes 4, 5 are held displaceable in the figure not visible, suspended on the side walls of the body 1 telescopic extensions. The upper drawer 4 has a smaller depth than the lower 5, to leave room for a door lock 2 attached to the door 2.

In the upper area of the cooling space 3, which is left empty in the figure, further refrigerated goods shelves, as required in the form of further pull-out boxes or in the form of stationary or displaceable plates, can be mounted.

Fig. 2 shows the two pull-out boxes 4, 5 in a perspective view from its rear side. The pull-out boxes 4, 5 each comprise a basket formed of perforated sheet metal, the front side of which facing the door being faced with a plastic shield 7. This shield 7 extends in the upper drawer 4 over its entire height, the lower box 5 only over part of the height, so that between the shield 7 and the overlying box 4, a penetration opening is formed, as in Fig. 1 to recognize.

The side walls of the baskets each have vertical upper and lower wall portions 8 and 9 and between these inclined shoulders 10 which extend towards each other towards the bottom. Attached to the shoulders 10 are each a plastic molded or metal formed support member 11 which fits into the Fig. 4 . 7 and 8th can be seen in more detail. The support members 11 in turn are supported via adapters on telescopic extensions 12 and 13, wherein the adapter together with the support members 11, provide the prerequisite that different width telescopic extensions, namely partial and full extension of differently shaped refrigerated goods are mounted.

The telescopic extensions 13, on which the lower pull-out box 5 is supported, each have a pair of interlocking rails. The freedom of movement of these rails against each other is between 50 and 80% of their length; Here it is equal to the depth of the overlying pull-out box 4, so that the drawer 5 is pulled out in its fully extended position to the stop completely under the overlying box 4 and freely accessible on its entire top.

Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of one of the telescopic extensions 13 of the lower drawer 5, namely the left drawer 13 from the perspective of a viewer in the refrigerator 3 viewer. The drawer comprises two rails bent from sheet steel, an outer rail 14 of approximately C-shaped cross-section and an inner rail 15 engaging in the cavity of the outer rail 14. Opposite legs of the rails 14, 15 delimiting two cylindrical channels 16, in each of which a plurality of balls not visible in the figure are accommodated, which guide the rails 14, 15 with little play and are movable relative to one another. A bolt 17 projects from the front end of the outer rail 14 into the space between the rails 14, 15. Its contact with a mounted on the inner rail 15, in the figure just visible rubber buffer 18 defines a limit to the freedom of movement of the rails 14, 15 against each other.

A front adapter 19 and a rear plastic adapter 20 are attached to the outer rail 14. The adapters 19, 20 each have an approximately prism-shaped base body 21, to which a horizontal web 22 resting on the upper leg of the rail 14 is integrally formed on its upper side.

From the top of the main body 21 is in each case a locking element 23 and 24 from whose structure and function at a later point with respect to the 6 and 7 is explained.

Fig. 4 is intended to illustrate the anchoring of the adapters 19, 20 on the rail 14. Shown are each separated from each other a fragment 27 of the rail 14 and a side facing this adapter 19 or 20, wherein the type of anchoring in both adapters 19, 20 is the same. The fragment 27 facing wall 28 of the adapter carries 4 rigid latching hooks 29 and a by a U-shaped or V-shaped slot from the wall 28 cut free elastic tongue 30, from the top of a wedge 31 protrudes. These are a round hole 32 and four square holes 33 of the rail 14 opposite, the latter each in the form of a rectangle, which is extended at its lower edge by a short slot. To anchor the adapter 19 or 20 to the rail 14, the latching hooks 29 are inserted into the angular holes 33, and at the same time, first the tongue 30, the wedge 31 abuts against the closed wall of the rail 14, in the hollow body of the Adapters pushed back into it. When the latch hooks 29 are completely pushed through the holes 33 and the wall 28 of the adapter abuts the rail 14, the adapter can be moved down so that the shanks of the latch hooks 29 engage in the slots of the holes 33 and the web 22 on the upper leg of the rail 14 comes to rest. The wedge 31 hits the round hole 32 and snaps into it. If this is done, the adapter can only be solved by the rail 14 by first with a tool, the wedge 31 pushed out of the hole 32 and then the adapter is raised.

Fig. 5 again shows a perspective view of the telescopic extension 13 Fig. 3 The carrier part 11 comprises an elongate base plate 34 which is supported on the upper sides of the adapters 19, 20. At a front end of the base plate 34, a rectangular opening executed receiving 35 is formed through which the locking element 23 of the adapter 19 is inserted therethrough. The pin 24 of the rear adapter 20 engages in a rearwardly open slot 36 of the base plate 34 a.

At both ends of the base plate 34, above the hole 35 and the slots 36, an abutment for the basket of the pull-out box 5 is formed in each case. The abutment comprises in each case an inclined plate 37, which is connected at its lower edge to a basket-facing edge of the base plate 34, and which combines at its upper edge with two emanating from the base plate 34 vertical struts 38 to a U-profile section 39 , In the middle of the plate 37 is a shallow recess 40 and in the middle of which in turn a bore 41 is formed, which are flared toward the back of the plate 37 to a hexagonal cross-section.

Fig. 6 shows a section through the telescopic extension and its surroundings in height of the adapter 19. As this section shows, the bore 41 of the plate 37 serves to her by means of a screw 42 and a form-fitting in the hexagonal expansion of the bore nut 43 received the shoulder 10 of the basket to attach. An unlatched from the upper portion 8 of the basket side wall tab 44 is supported on the upper edge of the U-profile section 39 from.

In the section, the already mentioned balls 45 can be seen, which, in each case led to several in a cage 46, are mounted in the channels 16 between the rails 14, 15.

Fig. 7 shows a side view of the telescopic extension 13 with mounted on the outer rail 14 adapters 19, 20 cutting planes, the in Fig. 6 shown section are indicated in the figure by dash-dotted lines VI-VI.

The locking element 23 of the front adapter 19 has in section approximately the shape of the letter T, wherein at the ends of the crossbar 56 of the T two down and initially apart, then again towards each other extending elastic leg 25 are formed. The lower, successive to each other running portions of the legs 25 each form an undercut at the foot of the locking element 23. From the stem 57 of the T are to the right to the left of Fig. Two narrow webs 58 from which together with the stem 57 a cross-shaped Floor plan form. The distance between the webs 58 and the legs 25 is chosen to be small enough so that the legs 25 can be pressed against the webs 58 by a force acting in the lateral direction, without the legs 25 being plastically deformed or otherwise materially fatigued.

The latching element 24 of the rear adapter 20 is a rigid pin which has a forwardly directed nose 26 at its upper end.

Fig. 8 again shows the rail 14 with the mounted thereon adapters 19, 20 in a side view, but this time with attached to the locking elements 23, 24 of the adapter 19, 20 support member 11. The support member is shown cut in a plane passing through the locking elements 23, 24 level , The legs 25 of the locking element 23 are elastically deformed, as shown by a comparison with the dashed outline of the locking element 23 in his in Fig. 7 shown relaxed configuration and their downwardly converging sections press against the front and rear edge of the hole 35 of the latching element 23 plugged base plate 34. The latter is characterized in the undercut formed by these lower portions in the direction of movement of the rail fourteenth held free of play on the locking element 23. In addition, since the downwardly converging lower portions of the elastic legs 25 press against the edges of the hole 35, the legs 25 also exert a downward force on the base plate 34 holding it pressed against the base 21 of the adapter 19 and the support member 11 thus keeps play in the vertical direction.

Whenever the rail abuts against a Wegbegrenzungsanschlag and thus the pull-out box 4 is braked abruptly, the base plate 34 exerts on one of the elastic legs 25, a force that drives them on the stem 57 and one of the latter projecting webs 58. The drawer 5 can therefore slip on the rail 14 in the direction of movement until contact with one of the webs 58 prevents further deformation of the elastic legs. The inertial forces that occur when the rail 14 abuts a stop and the drawer 4 is abruptly decelerated are therefore significantly smaller than in a rigid connection between drawer and rail so that a lighter, thin-walled and the correspondingly inexpensive adapter 19 is sufficient to ensure a secure anchoring of the pull-out box 4 on the telescopic extension 13.

Between the front (in the Fig. Left) side of the pin 24 of the rear adapter and the base plate 34 is a game 59, which is at least as large as the distance between the lower end of one of the legs 25 and facing the web 58, so that, if by inertia effect, the holding member 11 relative to the rail 14 to the rear (to the right in FIG.) Slips, a hard collision between the pin 24 and the base plate 34 is excluded.

In the section of the Fig. 6 one recognizes that between the outer rail 14 and this opposite the lower wall portion 9 of the basket, there is a gap 47, which is partially filled by the hollow base body 21 of the adapter 19 and 20. The width of this gap 47 is greater than that of the telescopic extension 13, so that it is possible, if necessary, to accommodate a second telescopic extension, without having to change the dimensions of the pull-out box 5.

In Fig. 2 it can be seen that such an arrangement of two coupled telescopic extensions is provided on each side of the upper pull-out box 4. These coupled telescopic extensions give the drawer 4 a freedom of movement that is greater than its depth, so that it can be pulled out completely under an above, not shown refrigerated goods of the same depth.

A perspective view of two telescopic extensions 48, 49 connected in series on the right side of the pull-out box 4 from the perspective of the user standing in front of the refrigerator compartment 3 is shown in FIG Fig. 9 shown. The construction of the telescopic extensions 48, 49 with an inner rail 50 and 52 and an outer rail 51 and 53, which are guided by means of balls 45 against each other movable, is the same as in the telescopic extension 13 and therefore need not be explained again become. The rails 51, 52 are through in Fig. 10 shown rivets 58 rigidly connected to each other, of which one or the other can serve as a stop for limiting the freedom of movement of the extracts 48, 49 at the same time.

Front and rear adapters 54 and 55 are on the rail 53 in an analogous manner, as above with reference to Fig. 4 described, clamped. Instead of a wide hollow base body as in the adapters 19, 20 here only a narrow, plate-shaped base body is provided, on the visible side of the elastic tongue 30 and the latching hooks 29 opposite recesses 57 can be seen. The bearing of the adapters 54, 55 locking elements 23, 24 are the same as in the adapters 19, 20. Therefore, can these adapters 54, 55, as in the Fig. 8, 9 See also, the same type of support part 11 can be mounted as already with respect to Fig. 5 explained.

In the view of Fig. 10 showing the side of the body 1 facing side of the telescopic extensions 48, 49 and the support member 11, in particular the hexagonal widening of the holes 41 and the rear, to the rear wall of the body 1 out, open slot 36 in the base plate 34 of the support member 11 to recognize. The slot has edges diverging toward the rearward end of the base plate 34 to facilitate attachment of the slot to the latching element 24 of the rear adapter.

As in Fig. 12 can be seen by the additional telescopic extension 49 and the plate-like base body of the adapter 54, 55 of the space 47 side of the wall portion 9 of the basket practically filled.
