Claims (8)
- Ponceuse électrique portative, notamment ponceuse excentrique ou ponceuse vibrante, comprenant un carter de machine (12) ainsi qu'un logement de palier (14) en forme de pot, qui est assemblé au carter de machine (12) dans lequel est disposé un moteur (18) destiné à l'entraînement électrique d'un outil rotatif (16) qui lui est couplé par l'intermédiaire d'un arbre axial (10), sachant qu'un ventilateur (24) pour l'aspiration ou extraction des poussières est monté dans le logement de palier (14), ventilateur qui peut être relié à un dépoussiéreur externe par l'intermédiaire d'une ouverture d'évacuation (46) prévue dans le logement de palier (14), sachant que le ventilateur (24), en tant que ventilateur double, présente des pales de ventilateur (28, 30) de part et d'autre d'une surface de séparation (26), sachant qu'un groupe (30) de pales de ventilateur sert à l'aspiration ou extraction des poussières et l'autre groupe (28) au refroidissement du moteur, et que le logement de palier (14) est divisé par la surface de séparation (26) en deux chambres de ventilateur (32, 34), sachant qu'au moins une ouverture (40) destinée à évacuer l'air de refroidissement est prévue dans le logement de palier (14) dans la région de la chambre de ventilateur (34) pour le refroidissement du moteur, caractérisée en ce que le logement de palier est un logement métallique constitué d'une pièce moulée en aluminium.

- Ponceuse électrique portative selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les chambres de ventilateur (32, 34) sont étanchées l'une par rapport à l'autre.
- Ponceuse électrique portative selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la chambre de ventilateur (32) pour l'aspiration ou extraction des poussières se trouve en liaison fluidique avec des ouvertures (42) d'aspiration de poussières dans l'outil (16) à entraînement électrique.
- Ponceuse électrique portative selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la chambre de ventilateur (34) pour le refroidissement du moteur se trouve en liaison fluidique avec des ouvertures (20) d'aspiration d'air qui sont disposées en direction axiale sur le côté opposé du moteur (18).
- Ponceuse électrique portative selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture (46) d'évacuation des poussières se trouve en liaison fluidique avec la chambre de ventilateur (32) pour l'aspiration ou extraction des poussières.
- Ponceuse électrique portative selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le ventilateur (24) peut être entraîné au moyen de l'arbre d'entraînement (10).
