Definitions

  • the invention relates to a lock fitting and a gauge for mounting the lock fitting for a sliding door panel, a window or the like, wherein the lock fitting has a locking fitting with a latch and a locking piece cooperating with the latch in the locked state.
  • the locking fitting on the sliding sash first for mounting a locking fitting set, which has a locking fitting with a bolt and a locking piece cooperating with the bolt in the locking state.
  • the position of the striker is usually determined by a meter bar, that is, the fitter first measures the locking fitting from the position of the bolt and applies the measurement results during assembly of the striker by by tearing the vertical position and possibly also the horizontal position of the closing piece with the aid of the meter bar and then mounted the closing piece accordingly, in particular festschraubt. Often several adjustments and adjustment steps are required until a satisfactory result is obtained, in which the bolt snaps into the locking piece properly.
  • a locking fitting set is disclosed with a hook bolt, wherein the hook bolt mounted in the Condition in a vent position of the lock fitting can also be used as a teaching.
  • JP-A-10 23 8178 For example, there is disclosed a lock fitting and a gauge for mounting the lock fitting of a door sash according to the preamble of claim 1 and a method of mounting a door sash lock fitting of a door according to the preamble of claim 12.
  • the invention has for its object to simplify the assembly of locking fittings and accelerate.
  • the latch When mounting the locking fitting, the latch is removed in order to be able to insert the fitting into an opening located in the sliding leaf level.
  • the sliding leaf has a fold-side opening, from which, when fully assembled, the latch protrudes. Since, as mentioned, the assembly of the locking fitting initially takes place without a bolt, the bolt receptacle of a locking carrier of the locking fitting is accessible from the rebate side of the sliding leaf through the opening.
  • the bolt receptacle is preferably a slot in the bolt carrier into which the bolt is inserted with a fastening end and then acted on laterally by means of at least one grub screw or the like for fixing.
  • the first end of the jig is inserted into the aforementioned bolt receptacle, whereby it is fixed in the correct position and position according to the later position of the bolt.
  • the closing piece can be assigned to the second end of the teaching such that it has its installation position.
  • This installation position can tear the fitter on the frame or use to fit the closing piece fit and exact position, in particular to screw.
  • the scribing or screwing can easily be done by an assembly distance exists between the two ends of the doctrine due to their length. Between the two ends, therefore, the teaching on a Lehren arrangement Fantasy, which is in particular formed integrally with the other parts of the teaching.
  • the teaching of the invention forms with the first end a mounting end for attachment to the locking fitting, wherein the mounting end corresponds to the mounting end of the actual bolt.
  • the second end of the jig forms a locking end, which locking end of the jig corresponds to the actual locking end of the bolt.
  • the first end is a first fixing end.
  • the bolt is fixable with its first end on the locking fitting, that it can be there preferably (but not necessarily) arrange self-holding.
  • the second end is a second fixing end.
  • the closing piece can preferably (but not necessarily) be arranged in a self-holding manner.
  • the first end is a bolt-fastening end, in particular a hook-bolt fastening end.
  • the first end of the teaching is designed such that it corresponds to a corresponding configuration of the bolt, so that, as well as the bolt with its attachment end, the doctrine with its latch attachment end on the fitting, in particular in the bolt receptacle of the bolt carrier can be attached. For attaching a simple plugging is sufficient.
  • the second end is a latch locking end, in particular a hook latch locking end.
  • the second end of the teaching is designed as or as well as the quasi replaced end of the bolt.
  • the hook latch on a mounting end which is realized in a corresponding manner in the teaching.
  • the second end of the doctrine is also hook-shaped in a hook bolt and thus represents a hook bolt locking element.
  • the second end has at least two molding ends for the optional interaction with at least two different closing pieces. Since different profile shapes are often available for the frame of a sliding sash, it is necessary to use corresponding closing pieces. Consequently, it may be necessary to use different strikers, depending on the application. In order to be able to assign different closing pieces to the second end of the jig, this has corresponding, shape-adapted formations for the different closing pieces.
  • a doctrine may have at least two mold ends at its second end, one mold end being suitable for a first closing piece and another forming end for another, differently designed closing piece.
  • the two mold ends are diametrically opposite each other, so that by a 180 ° rotation of the teaching, in particular about the longitudinal axis of the doctrine, the selection of one or the other molding end, depending on the application allows.
  • the gauge has a T-shaped configuration, wherein the cross-section of the T forms the first end at one end and the second end at the other end, and wherein the swab of the T forms the transverse limb which can be used as a tool.
  • the transverse leg forms with its end a pressurizing end with which the locking fitting scratch-free and safe, especially slip-proof, can be pressurized to remove it in the event of disassembly from the opening of the sliding sash can.
  • the locking fitting is held by spring force, locking seat, etc., so that it is necessary for the disassembly, first make a slight shift of the locking fitting by means of the removal tool and then remove the fitting.
  • the tool is designed as a screwdriver (in particular slot or Phillips screwdriver) or internal polygonal key (in particular Allen key).
  • the tool has an exchange receptacle, in particular a bit receptacle, so that corresponding bits or the like can be fastened to the transverse limb.
  • the invention relates to a method for mounting a sliding door fitting fitting, a window, or the like, by means of a jig, which is constructed as described above and has at least two spaced-apart ends, wherein the lock fitting a lock fitting with a latch and a locking piece cooperating with the latch in the locking state, comprising the steps of: installation of the locking fitting with the latch removed, inserting a first end of the gauge in the locking fitting instead of the bolt, closing the sliding leaf so far that the mounting of the Locking piece remains accessible, with the aid of a second, the closing piece associated end of the teaching, the mounting position of the closing piece is determined, mounting the striker in the determined mounting position, removing the gauge and installation of the bolt in the locking fitting.
  • the FIG. 1 shows a schematic representation of a locking fitting set 1, a lock fitting 2 and a Has closing piece 3.
  • the locking fitting 2 has a latch 4, which, in one of the FIG. 1 non-emergent locking state, interacts with the locking part 3 interlocking.
  • the lock fitting 2 is installed in an opening of a sliding sash of a door (sliding door), wherein the sliding sash for simplicity in the FIG. 1 not shown.
  • the closing part 3 is installed in a frame of the door, wherein the frame also in the FIG. 1 not shown.
  • the bolt 4 has a fastening end 5 and a locking end 6, wherein the fastening end 5 is fastened in a slot-shaped bolt receptacle 7 of a bolt carrier 8.
  • the fastening end 5 is inserted into the bolt receptacle 7 and applied laterally by means of at least one grub screw, not shown. It is also possible that instead of a grub screw a through-bolt is used, which passes through a through hole of the fastening end 5.
  • the locking end 6 is formed as a hook end 9, wherein a present at the hook end 9 retaining edge 10 in from FIG. 1 can not occur behind a counter-retaining edge 11 of the locking piece 3.
  • latch 4 and 3 closing piece run with chamfers 12, 13 to each other, whereby the displaceable against spring force on the locking fitting 2 bolt carrier 8 is displaced in the direction of the arrow 14 and thereby the rear grip between the retaining edge 10 and counter-retaining edge 11 is created. From all this it is clear that the mounting positions of locking fitting 2 and 3 closing piece must be coordinated with each other so that a perfect rear grip position between latch 4 and 3 closing piece can be realized. Also when unlocking, by manual displacement of the Bar carrier 8 takes place in the direction of arrow 14, the rear handle without a heavy duty kit or the like must be kept clean so that the sliding sash can be opened easily. The manual displacement of the bolt carrier 8 takes place by means of an externally accessible actuating handle.
  • the arrangement is preferably made such that the actuating fitting 2 has on its housing 15 a first rearward projection 16 and a second rearward projection 17, so that during assembly the housing 15 can be clipped into an opening located in the plane of the sliding leaf.
  • This is possible because the first Schugriffsvorsprung 17 is deflected spring-loaded, so that it engages behind the opening edge after insertion.
  • the installed state of the locking fitting 2 goes out of the FIG. 2 with a cover 18 covering the opening in the sliding panel 19.
  • FIGS. 1 and 2 shows that, for clarity, the locking fitting 2 in the FIG. 1 not in installation position according to FIG. 2 is shown, but rotated about its longitudinal axis by 90 °. From the FIG. 1 the already mentioned actuating handle 20 is clear, with the bolt carrier 8 can be displaced against the force of a spring, not shown.
  • FIG. 2 shows the in the FIG. 1 not shown frame 21 of the door, which is provided with a recess for receiving the closing piece 3, wherein below the locking piece 3 on the frame 21, a receptacle 22 is formed, in which the hook end 3 can enter so far that the retaining edge 10 behind the counter-retaining edge 11 can occur.
  • this has a mounting hole 23, in a fastening screw is used, the head of which can eino in a head receptacle 24 of the mounting hole 23, that is, the head is accessible from the outside, unless the door is in the locked state.
  • a gauge 25 is shown, which is used in the assembly of the locking fitting set 1 in order to determine the correct position of locking fitting 2 and closing piece 3 relative to each other in a simple manner.
  • the fitter can determine the relative position and set the locking fitting 2 and / or the shooting piece 3 on the sliding panel 19 and the frame 21.
  • the procedure is such that first the locking fitting 2 is installed and that during installation of the closing piece 3, the latter is aligned in its position relative to the locking fitting 2 by means of the teaching 25.
  • the closing piece 3 must receive such a position that the bolt 4 can interact properly with the closing piece 3, ie can assume a secure locking position and also unlocks properly.
  • the jig 25 has an elongate, strip-shaped body 26 having a first end 27 and a second end 28. Between the first end 27 and the second end 28, a gauge intermediate piece 29 is formed, so that the two ends 27 and 28 have a mounting distance M from each other.
  • the first end 27 is formed as a first fixing end 30, in particular as a bolt-fastening end 31.
  • bolt-attaching end does not mean that the bolt is attached thereto, but rather that the first end 27 is formed to be the same corresponds to the attachment end of the bolt 4, so that instead of the bolt 4, the first end of the jig 25 on the bolt carrier 8 of the locking fitting 2 can be fixed.
  • the fixing can be done in particular by simply plugging into the latch receptacle 7. If desired, a clamping by means of the already mentioned grub screw or a passing through a through hole 41 of the first end 27 of the teaching 25 (FIG. FIG. 4 ) by means of a bolt provided on the bolt 8, which normally holds the bolt 4, but in the case of using the teaching 25, the function of holding the jig 25 takes over.
  • the second end 28 of the jig 25 is formed as a second fixing end 32, in particular latch locking end 33.
  • latch-locking end does not mean that a bolt is locked thereto, but that the second end 28 is formed corresponding to the locking end of the bolt 4, so that the second end 28 of the jig 25 can exert a corresponding function on the striker 3 how the tie 4 would do it.
  • the jig 25 has a forming end 34, which, according to the hook-shaped locking end 6 of the bolt 4, can engage with a retaining edge 35 behind the counter-retaining edge 11 of the locking piece 3 and consequently the closing piece 3 is positioned accordingly.
  • the gauge 25 acts as a kind of bar 4, but due to the mounting distance M between the first end 27 and the second end 28 of the jig 25 during assembly of the sliding sash 19 (as in particular from Figures 2 and 3 visible) in partial open position remains, which ensures access to both the locking fitting 2 and the closing piece 3.
  • This situation would not exist if instead of the jig 25 of the bolt 4 is used, since the latch 4 is substantially shorter than the length of the body 26 and consequently the folded side of the sliding leaf 19 directly on the folding side of the frame 21 and none of the mentioned parts the lock fitting set 1 is accessible.
  • the procedure is such that first the locking fitting 2 is installed in the sliding leaf 19. This is done without a bar 4, that is, this is previously removed from the bar carrier 8. Subsequently, the jig 25 is inserted instead of the bolt 4 with its first end 27 in the bolt receptacle 7 of the bolt carrier 8 and optionally attached there. Now protrudes the doctrine 25 with the second end 28 first out of the rebate area of the sliding leaf 19. The fitter now closes the sliding leaf 19 so far that the situation according to the Figures 2 and 3 is present, wherein it brings the second end 28 of the teaching 25 with the closing piece 3 into engagement.
  • the closing piece 3 is located within its seat on the frame 21, but is not fixed there, but can be changed within a certain range in position.
  • the closing piece 3 Due to the teaching 25, the closing piece 3, however, the position is given, which is necessary in order to work properly with the bolt 4 used later can. Since accessibility to the closing piece 3 is due to the mounting distance M of the teaching 25, the installer can now set the locking piece 3 by screwing a fixing screw into the mounting hole 23 positionally accurate. Subsequently, the fitter opens the sliding sash 19 again and removes the jig 25 both from the closing piece 3 and also from the bolt receptacle 7 of the bolt carrier 8. Subsequently, the bolt 4 is mounted.
  • FIGS. 1 to 4 show that the teaching 25 is T-shaped, wherein the transverse line of the T's from the body 26 with its two ends 27 and 28 is formed.
  • the transverse leg 37 serves as a dismantling tool 38, since its free end 39 is designed rounded as a pressurizing end 40, so that on the locking fitting 2 for disassembly a corresponding, non-scratching pressure can be exerted to cancel the latching connection and to allow removal from the opening of the sliding panel 19.
  • a tool in the form of a screwdriver or Allen key is formed, or that there is a tool change recording, for example, to receive bits. Due to the T-shape can easily apply a torque during handling by the fitter.
  • the jig 25 is preferably made of plastic, in particular as a plastic injection molded part. Additionally or alternatively, it is also possible to produce the gauge 25 made of glass fiber reinforced plastic. Due to the multiple uses of the teaching 25 this forms a combination tool, especially because of their T-shape.
  • the first end 27 of the jig 25 not only acts in place of the bolt 4, but is additionally designed there as a tool, for example in the form of a slot screwdriver.
