Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif d'usinage (1) pour l'usinage de pièces en forme de panneaux qui sont constituées de préférence au moins en partie de bois, de matériaux dérivés du bois, d'autres matériaux composites ou d'autres matériaux analogues, avec :
    - un dispositif de transport (2) pour transporter les pièces en forme de panneaux à usiner,
    - un dispositif de pression (4) avec une barre de pression (6) pour pousser les pièces en forme de panneaux à usiner contre le dispositif de transport (2),
    - un dispositif de maintien (8) qui relie la barre de pression (6) au dispositif de transport (2) par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de guidage, et
    - au moins un outil ou groupe d'usinage agencé le long du dispositif de transport (2),
    caractérisé par le fait que
    le dispositif de guidage comporte au moins un élément de guidage oblique (10, 12) qui est agencé déplaçable par rapport à la barre de pression (6) et qui a une surface de guidage oblique (10', 12') qui s'étend obliquement par rapport à la direction de transport du dispositif de transport (2).
  2. Dispositif d'usinage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de guidage comporte en plus au moins un élément de glissement (10'', 12'') qui est agencé pour glisser le long de la surface de guidage oblique (10', 12') de l'élément de guidage oblique (10, 12).
  3. Dispositif d'usinage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le ou les éléments de glissement (10'', 12'') sont reliés de manière fixe au dispositif de maintien (8).
  4. Dispositif d'usinage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le ou les éléments de guidage oblique (10, 12) sont reliés de manière déplaçable à la barre de pression (6), de préférence déplaçable globalement dans le sens de la longueur de la barre de pression (6).
  5. Dispositif d'usinage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le ou les éléments de guidage oblique (10, 12) sont agencés sur celui des côtés de la barre de pression (6) qui est à l'opposé du dispositif de maintien (8).
  6. Dispositif d'usinage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la barre de pression (6) comporte au moins une ouverture de passage (6') qui s'étend perpendiculairement à la direction de transport du dispositif de transport et par laquelle le ou les éléments de glissement (10'', 12'') passent de préférence de telle sorte que la barre de pression (6) est déplaçable par rapport à l'élément de glissement ou aux éléments de glissement (10'', 12'') dans la direction d'extension de l'ouverture de passage (6').
  7. Dispositif d'usinage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de guidage comporte au moins deux éléments de guidage oblique (10, 12) qui sont reliés entre eux de préférence par au moins un élément de liaison (7).
  8. Dispositif d'usinage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la surface de guidage oblique (10', 12') de l'élément de guidage oblique ou des éléments de guidage oblique (10, 12) présente par rapport à la direction de transport du dispositif de transport (2) un angle compris entre 10° et 80°, de préférence entre 20° et 70°, encore de préférence entre 30° et 60°.
  9. Dispositif d'usinage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte en plus un dispositif de réglage (14) au moyen duquel le ou les éléments de guidage oblique (10, 12) peuvent être déplacés ou fixés par rapport à la barre de pression (6).
  10. Dispositif d'usinage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de réglage (14) comporte une broche.
  11. Dispositif d'usinage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de pression (4) comporte une multiplicité de galets de pression (16) placés sur la barre de pression (6) ou un élément de pression tournant sans fin autour de la barre de pression.
