Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif pour le revêtement par pulvérisation de pièces (14), en particulier d'éléments métalliques, tels que tôles, qui sont transportées sur une voie de transport et qui, lors de cela, sont revêtues à l'aide de buses de pulvérisation (15, 16) qui sont déplacées transversalement à cette voie de transport et sont disposées sur deux ou plusieurs unités de pulvérisation (10 à 13) séparées, équipées chacune d'au moins une buse de pulvérisation et aptes à être actionnées d'un mouvement de va-et-vient, caractérisé par le fait que, d'un côté de revêtement de la pièce (14), deux unités de pulvérisation (10, 11 ; 12, 13) sont guidées simultanément dans un même plan unique de mouvement de manière à parcourir une trajectoire fermée, des revêtements par pulvérisation pouvant être réalisés dans une direction de mouvement et, sur le chemin de retour, les unités de pulvérisation pouvant défiler, de préférence à une vitesse plus importante, devant l'autre unité de pulvérisation, ledit plan commun de mouvement étant situé verticalement à la direction de transport.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par respectivement deux unités de pulvérisation de côtés opposés de la voie de transport.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que lesdites unités de pulvérisation (10 à 13) peuvent être déplacées à des vitesses de 1,4 m/s au maximum, de préférence de ≤ 1 m/s pour le revêtement par pulvérisation et de ≥ 1,5 m/s, de préférence de ≥ 2 m/s sur le chemin de retour.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que lesdites unités de pulvérisation (10 à 13) peuvent être entraînées par deux moteurs.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que les buses (15, 16) fixées sur l'unité de pulvérisation sont inclinées à un angle compris entre 30° et 60°, de préférence de 45° par rapport à la direction de mouvement.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que les dispositifs de pulvérisation sont disposés dans une cabine qui est pourvue d'ouvertures pour amener et évacuer les pièces.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que les pièces sont amenées en les transportant sur des tabliers à rouleaux et sont évacuées en les transportant sur une bande transporteuse sans fin.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que la position relative des unités de pulvérisation par rapport aux éléments à revêtir peut être détectée par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de mesure et que la distance séparant celles-ci des éléments à revêtir peut être commandée ou réglée.
