  • Fuel injectors as are preferably used for direct injection and auto-ignition internal combustion engines are exposed at its injection-side end, which projects into the combustion chamber, high temperatures, such as those resulting from combustion. Claims (7)

  1. Soupape d'injection de carburant pour moteurs à combustion interne, comprenant un boîtier (1) dans lequel est réalisée au moins une ouverture d'injection (15) présentant une ouverture d'entrée et une ouverture de sortie, à travers laquelle du carburant peut être injecté dans une chambre de combustion du moteur à combustion interne, l'ouverture de sortie étant disposée au niveau du côté extérieur du boîtier (1 ; 3), caractérisée en ce que le côté intérieur de l'au moins une ouverture d'injection (15) est pourvu de boursouflures (20).
  2. Soupape d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture d'injection (15) est réalisée sous forme d'alésage dans le boîtier (1 ; 3).
  3. Soupape d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les boursouflures (20) présentent une forme essentiellement conique.
  4. Soupape d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les boursouflures (20) présentent des diamètres (d) différents.
  5. Soupape d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les boursouflures (20) présentent des hauteurs (h1 ; h2) différentes.
  6. Soupape d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1, 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que les boursouflures (20) sont réparties de manière non uniforme sur la paroi de l'ouverture d'injection (15).
  7. Soupape d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que les boursouflures (20) présentent un diamètre (d) de 1 à 10 µm.
