Abstract

Claims (7)

  1. Broyeur à cylindres de conception modulaire
    avec des cylindres de broyage (2) qui roulent sur un plateau de broyage rotatif (3) et sont montés pivotants, chacun avec un levier oscillant (4), autour d'un axe (5) de levier oscillant,
    avec une transmission (6) pour le plateau de broyage (3), et
    avec des supports (7) qui sont placés autour du plateau de broyage (3) pour soutenir séparément les cylindres de broyage (2) en formant un espace (21) qui permet le démontage de la transmission (6) et sont conformés pour recevoir les axes (5) de levier oscillant des cylindres de broyage (2),
    caractérisé en ce que les axes (5) de levier oscillant des cylindres de broyage (2) sont placés à l'extérieur du contour des supports (7) et sont placés sur les supports (7) de manière décalée radialement vers l'intérieur en direction du plateau de broyage (3).
  2. Broyeur à cylindres selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé
    en ce que , pour recevoir l'axe (5) de levier oscillant, il est prévu à l'extrémité supérieure des supports (7) un étrier (10) qui comprend une partie de fixation (11) pour une fixation sur le support (7) et une partie formant palier (12) pour l'axe (5) de levier oscillant, et
    en ce que la partie formant palier (12) est placée latéralement sur la partie de fixation (11) et, à l'état monté de l'étrier (10) sur le support (7), en porte-à-faux en direction du plateau de broyage (3).
  3. Broyeur à cylindres selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé
    en ce que l'étrier (10) comprend une partie de fixation (11) qui a une configuration complémentaire de l'extrémité supérieure des supports (7), et
    en ce que la partie formant palier est réalisée sous la forme de deux joues (13) dirigées à l'oblique vers le haut, qui sont espacées l'une de l'autre afin de recevoir le levier oscillant (4).
  4. Broyeur à cylindres selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, pour placer plus de quatre cylindres de broyage (2), et en particulier six cylindres de broyage (2), et les supports (7) associés autour d'un plateau de broyage (3) de taille constante et pour conserver l'espace (21) qui permet le démontage de la transmission (6), seuls les supports (7) sont déplacés radialement vers l'extérieur et, conformément à la distance radiale formée entre les cylindres de broyage (2) conservés avec leurs leviers oscillants (4) et axes (5) de levier oscillant, des pièces-supports (12) de dimensions correspondantes, placées radialement à l'intérieur entre le plateau de broyage (3) et les supports (7), sont prévues avec l'axe (5) de levier oscillant.
  5. Broyeur à cylindres selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des éléments intermédiaires (15) sont placés pour rigidifier entre les supports (7) avec les parties formant palier (12) décalées radialement vers l'intérieur pour les axes (5) de levier oscillant.
  6. Broyeur à cylindres selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les éléments intermédiaires (15) sont placés dans la partie supérieure des supports (7), en particulier de manière latéralement contiguë aux étriers (10), et forment un ensemble rigide en torsion.
  7. Broyeur à cylindres selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les parties formant palier (12) avec l'axe (5) de levier oscillant sont intégrées dans les supports (7).
