Abstract

Ein Verbrennungsmotor (15) mit einem Turbolader (1), mit einem Kühlmittelkreislauf und mit einem Ausgleichsbehälter (9) hat eine Wasserpumpe (18) zur Umwälzung des Kühlmittels. Ein Radiator (26) ist zur Abkühlung des Kühlmittels in den Kühlmittelkreislauf eingeschlossen und der Turbolader (1) ist an den Kühlmittelkreislauf angeschlossen. Dabei zweigt ein Turbolader-Vorlauf (2) zwischen einem Wasserpumpen-Ausgangsanschluss (21; 22) und einem Radiator-Vorlauf (25) vom Kühlmittelkreislauf ab. Ein Turbolader-Rücklauf (3) mündet in einem Bereich des Kühlmittelkreislaufs zwischen einem Radiator-Rücklauf (27) und einem Wasserpumpen-Eingangsanschluss (20). Der Turbolader-Rücklauf (3) steht über eine Entgasungsleitung (8) mit dem Ausgleichsbehälter (9) in Verbindung. Dabei liegt der Wasserstand (10) des Ausgleichsbehälters (9) höher als der Turbolader-Rücklauf (3).
