Claims (4)
- Procédé de fabrication d'une traverse en béton pour des charges dynamiques élevées dans un moule de traverse (1), avec des régions de moule pour la formation de surfaces d'appui de rail (2), comprenant les étapes suivantes :- introduction d'une première couche de béton (3') constituée d'un matériau résistant à l'usure et à la friction dans le moule de traverse (1) uniquement dans la région des régions de moule pour la formation des surfaces d'appui de rail (2) ;- remplissage subséquent du moule de traverse (1) avec un béton standard (4) hautement résistant recevant des forces de pression élevées ;- la première couche de béton (3') étant liée au béton standard (4) humide sur humide dans le moule de traverse (1) et étant durcie.
- Procédé de fabrication d'une traverse en béton pour des charges dynamiques élevées dans un moule de traverse (1), comprenant les étapes suivantes :- introduction d'une première couche de béton (3'''') constituée d'un matériau résistant à la traction au centre du moule de traverse (1) ;- remplissage subséquent du moule de traverse (1) avec un béton standard (4) hautement résistant recevant des forces de pression élevées ;- introduction d'un béton spécial résistant à la traction (3''') en tant que couche de béton supplémentaire dans le moule de traverse (1) ;- la première couche de béton (3'''') et le béton spécial résistant à l'usure (3''') en tant que couche de béton supplémentaire étant liés au béton standard (4) humide sur humide dans le moule de traverse (1) et étant durcis.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les différents types de béton introduits les uns après les autres dans le moule de traverse (1) sont mélangés dans la région limite par secouage ou vibrations afin de former un corps monolithique.
- Traverse en béton pour des charges dynamiques élevées, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est fabriquée selon un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3.
