Claims (14)
- Compresseur à capot hermétique pour fluide réfrigérant, qui présente un boîtier de compresseur (1) hermétique à l'intérieur duquel fonctionne une unité de vérin compressant un fluide réfrigérant et possédant une soupape d'aspiration avec une ouverture d'aspiration (24) disposée sur une plaque de soupape de celle-ci, la tête du cylindre (15) de l'unité de vérin présentant un silencieux d'aspiration (16) ayant un volume de remplissage (20), par lequel le fluide réfrigérant circule vers la soupape d'aspiration de l'unité de vérin, et le silencieux d'aspiration (16) présentant une section d'entrée (18) par laquelle du fluide réfrigérant entre dans le silencieux d'aspiration (16) et il est prévu un volume d'équilibrage (21) communiquant avec le silencieux d'aspiration (16) et avec l'intérieur du boîtier de compresseur (1), dans lequel du fluide réfrigérant oscille, caractérisé en ce que le volume d'équilibrage (21) représente entre 0,5 et 3 fois le volume de course du piston de l'unité de vérin.
- Compresseur à capot hermétique pour fluide réfrigérant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plus petite section d'écoulement (32) dans le volume d'équilibrage (21) a une aire en section correspondant à 1/4 à 3/4 de l'aire de section de l'ouverture d'aspiration (24).
- Compresseur à capot hermétique pour fluide réfrigérant selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'aire de section du volume d'équilibrage (21) est au maximum de 1,5 fois l'aire du fond du piston de l'unité de vérin.
- Compresseur à capot hermétique pour fluide réfrigérant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le volume d'équilibrage (21) présente une section circulaire et le rapport entre la longueur du volume d'équilibrage (21) et son diamètre est supérieur à 10.
- Compresseur de fluide réfrigérant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le volume d'équilibrage (21) est formé par un tube d'équilibrage (22) ayant une section sensiblement en forme de U, qui entoure au moins partiellement le silencieux d'aspiration (16).
- Compresseur à capot hermétique pour fluide réfrigérant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la communication de la section d'entrée (18) du silencieux d'aspiration (16) avec le tuyau d'aspiration (17) est réalisée par un flexible élastique en plastique (19) fait de PTFE, de caoutchouc acrylonitrile-butadiène ou de caoutchouc fluoré.
- Compresseur à capot hermétique pour fluide réfrigérant selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le flexible élastique en plastique est un soufflet.
- Compresseur à capot hermétique pour fluide réfrigérant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau d'aspiration (17) est muni de barbelures.
- Compresseur à capot hermétique pour fluide réfrigérant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau d'aspiration (17) est muni d'éléments d'engagement qui coopèrent avec des éléments d'engagement correspondants sur le flexible en plastique (19).
- Compresseur à capot hermétique pour fluide réfrigérant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la section d'entrée (18) et l'ouverture de communication (26) entre le volume d'équilibrage (21) et le volume de remplissage (20) sont disposées dans des parties différentes du boîtier du silencieux d'aspiration.
- Compresseur à capot hermétique pour fluide réfrigérant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la section d'entrée (18) est en même temps l'ouverture de communication (26) entre le volume d'équilibrage (21) et le volume de remplissage (20).
- Compresseur à capot hermétique pour fluide réfrigérant selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le volume d'équilibrage (21) est formé par un tube d'enveloppe (34) entourant de manière étanche l'ouverture d'aspiration (24) et la section d'entrée (18), d'une part, et entoure d'autre part, au moins le long d'une section, le tuyau d'aspiration (17) du fluide réfrigérant qui est relié à l'évaporateur du compresseur de fluide réfrigérant et dépasse à l'intérieur du boîtier de compresseur (1), et orienté dans le boîtier de compresseur (1).
- Compresseur à capot hermétique pour fluide réfrigérant selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau d'aspiration (17) est amené tout près de l'ouverture d'aspiration (24) dans le tube d'enveloppe (34).
- Compresseur à capot hermétique pour fluide réfrigérant selon les revendications 12 et 13, caractérisé en ce que le tube d'enveloppe (34) et le silencieux d'aspiration (16) sont réalisés d'une seule pièce.
