Claims (26)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de blocs ou de plaques en béton de différents formats et de différentes tailles, dans lequel du béton est placé dans des moules (2) prévus pour plusieurs blocs ou plaques,
    la couche (3) de béton de tête présentant une couleur de base, le béton étant compacté par vibration et/ou compression et durcissant ensuite,
    au moins une portion d'un matériau étant jetée sur la couche (3) de béton de tête avant le compactage, caractérisé en ce que
    le matériau est un matériau de finition coloré, coloré différemment, présentant une couleur et/ou présentant différentes couleurs, qui est projeté au moyen d'au moins un dispositif d'application (4),
    en ce que le matériau de finition présente une granulométrie contrôlée, le diamètre des grains étant d'au plus 2 mm,
    en ce que le dispositif d'application (4) présente au moins un disque de centrifugation (5), une roue à aubes, un bras de projection ou une catapulte auxquels la ou les portions du matériau de finition sont apportées,
    en ce que le béton de tête présente une structure granulaire à grains fins, plus fine ou égale à la ligne limite de tamisage C4 et en ce que les surfaces de la couche (3) de béton de tête contiennent des emplacements de couleurs différentes.
  2. Procédé de fabrication de blocs ou de plaques en béton de différents formats et de différentes tailles, dans lequel du béton est placé dans des moules (2) prévus pour plusieurs blocs ou plaques,
    la couche (3) de béton de tête présentant une couleur de base, le béton étant compacté par vibration et/ou compression et durcissant ensuite,
    au moins une portion d'un matériau étant jetée sur la couche (3) de béton de tête avant le compactage, caractérisé en ce que
    le matériau est un matériau de finition coloré, coloré différemment, présentant une couleur et/ou présentant différentes couleurs, qui est projeté au moyen d'au moins un dispositif d'application (4),
    en ce que le matériau de finition présente une granulométrie contrôlée, le diamètre des grains étant d'au plus 2 mm,
    en ce que le dispositif d'application (4) présente au moins un récipient de dosage qui contient le matériau de finition et doté d'une latte de dosage, le récipient de dosage étant amené au-dessus du moule à une vitesse uniforme ou non uniforme, et
    en ce que le béton de tête présente une structure granulaire à grains fins, plus fine ou égale à la ligne limite de tamisage C4 et en ce que les surfaces de la couche (3) de béton de tête contiennent des emplacements de couleurs différentes.
  3. Procédé de fabrication de blocs ou de plaques en béton de différents formats et de différentes tailles, dans lequel du béton est placé dans des moules (2) prévus pour plusieurs blocs ou plaques,
    la couche (3) de béton de tête présentant une couleur de base, le béton étant compacté par vibration et/ou compression et durcissant ensuite,
    au moins une portion d'un matériau étant jetée sur la couche (3) de béton de tête avant le compactage, caractérisé en ce que
    le matériau est un matériau de finition coloré, coloré différemment, présentant une couleur et/ou présentant différentes couleurs, qui est projeté au moyen d'au moins un dispositif d'application (4),
    en ce que le matériau de finition présente une granulométrie contrôlée, le diamètre des grains étant d'au plus 2 mm,
    en ce que le dispositif d'application (4) présente au moins une tubulure à laquelle une ou plusieurs portions d'un ou de plusieurs matériaux de finition différents sont apportées et sont expulsées ou tirées sur la couche (3) de béton de tête par cette tubulure et
    en ce que le béton de tête présente une structure granulaire à grains fins, plus fine ou égale à la ligne limite de tamisage C4 et en ce que les surfaces de la couche (3) de béton de tête contiennent des emplacements de couleurs différentes.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de finition est un mélange de béton coloré et/ou présentant plusieurs colorations.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le béton de tête est modifié par matière synthétique et/ou présente un mélange de silicate et de béton.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de finition est constitué de petits grains de roche ou en contient.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de finition est un mélange de pierres ou en contient un.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les grains de pierre, les mélanges de grains de pierre ou les grains sont mélangés avec un liant organique ou minéral.
