Definitions
- the invention relates to a suction hose for vacuum cleaners, consisting of a variable in length tubular inner part, in the hose wall, a tension spring is integrated, which automatically resets the inner part from an extended state to a shortened state, and from a likewise tubular Hüllteil which the inner part fully accommodated in its shortened state, and in which the inner part in the shortened state by a locking device is fixed, wherein the Hüllteil is tubular and that the locking device consists of a tube surrounding the inner part, said tube piece and Hüllteil are connected via cooperating elements of a locking device , And wherein on the pipe section a part of a further latching device is arranged, through which it is connectable to a handle of a suction pipe or with a suction nozzle.
- suction hoses with a thin tube wall, in which a tension spring is integrated and which can therefore be pulled from a shortened state to a prolonged state, is generally known in upright Upright type vacuum driers. There, such suction hoses are offered as additional suction to clean higher-lying items can.
- the suction hoses are also referred to as flexible hoses.
- a suction hose is arranged, which consists of a combination of a flexible hose with a conventional suction hose whose length is only slightly variable.
- the flexible tube is received in its parked position in the fully contracted state in the handle, while the lower portion of the flexible tube is exposed.
- a flexible hose is to be used, which extends in the extended state to six times.
- Such highly flexible hoses have a very thin tube wall, which can be easily damaged by sharp corners. The exposed part of the flex hose is then compromised even in the park position when the user drops the suction pipe.
- Hose assemblies which use integrated compression springs and therefore automatically go from the parking position to a prolonged state.
- complicated valve arrangements are necessary to bring the hose back from the state of use in the parking position, the use of the suction hose in the parking position is not possible.
- these vacuum cleaners are designed so that the entire suction hose is designed as a flexible hose and therefore disappears completely in the buffer tube. Therefore, very long, bulky Hüllschläuche or highly stretchable hoses with very thin walls and correspondingly large damage susceptibility necessary.
- a vacuum cleaner is known in which in the suction hose a tension spring is integrated, so that it shortens itself. Nevertheless, in this embodiment, the suction hose must be shortened beyond its natural length, so that it can be absorbed by a Hüllteil. For this purpose, various valve arrangements are disclosed which cause further contraction of the suction hose.
- a vacuum cleaner is known in which the suction hose can be stowed in a suction tube, when no suction is saturated.
- a suction hose of the type mentioned above in which a flexible inner tube is guided in an outer tube.
- a second flexible inner tube is guided in a suction tube.
- a piece of pipe is provided, wherein the Hüllmaschine and the pipe section via cooperating elements of a locking device can be connected. Due to the helical design of the tension spring, the inner part tends to twist when pulling out of the Hüllteil.
- the invention therefore raises the problem of disclosing a suction hose in which the rotation of the inner part is intercepted and does not lead to looping. According to the invention, this problem is solved by a suction hose having the features of patent claim 1. Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the suction hose according to the invention will become apparent from the following subclaims.
- the freely rotatable locking device consists of at least one spring-mounted locking lug and arranged on the inside of the counterpart circumferential groove.
- the locking lugs for connecting the Hüllteils with the pipe section should on the Hüllteil and the detents for connecting the pipe section to the handle or the suction nozzle should be arranged on the pipe section.
- a simple production is achieved in that the attachment of the inner part within the Hüllteils or the pipe section is made via plugged onto the ends of the inner part end bushes whose outer radius is greater than the smallest inner radius of the pipe section or the Hüllteils.
- the end bushes can be equipped with an external thread for receiving some gears of the coil spring.
- inner part and end bushing can be additionally glued or welded together.
- the length of the inner part is advantageously less than 50 cm. It is useful if the length of the inner part in the maximum extended state is about three to five times the inner part in the shortened state. This results in a sufficient length of the suction hose at a wall thickness, which also withstands heavier loads without damage.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 shown as a detail suction hose 1 has a flexible inner part 2, which in the FIG. 2 is shown in dashed lines.
- This inner part 2 consists of a highly elastic plastic tube, z. B. thin-walled PVC, in the hose wall 4, a coil spring 3, in the FIG. 2 symbolized by the points, is integrated.
- the coil spring 3 is under tension so that it strives to contract automatically.
- the elongated inner part 2 also automatically returns to a shortened position, wherein the tube wall 4 is unfolded in the area between the spiral spring courses (not shown).
- the maximum achievable length of the inner part 2 corresponds to the length of the hose wall 4 in the unfolded state including one possible amount of expansion.
- the length of the inner part 2 is less than 50 cm, preferably about 30 cm.
- the hose wall length and its elasticity is designed so that an extension of three to five times is possible.
- the inner part 2 is guided by a Hüllteil 5 and 6 by a piece of pipe.
- the Hüllteil 5 consists of a flexible central part 7 and two tubular end pieces 8 and 9.
- the in the FIG. 2 Right tail shown 9 has at the end directed toward the central part 7 10 a taper 10 a of the inner diameter. That in the FIG. 2 End piece 8 illustrated on the left is cut U-shaped on both sides, so that two spring tongues 11 which are movable in the radial direction of the enveloping part 5 are formed. At these tabs 11 each have a handle 12 and a locking lug 13 acting projection are formed.
- the pipe section 6 includes a first portion 14 having a larger diameter, which serves to receive the Hüllteil-end with the locking lugs 13.
- the locking lugs engage in a circumferential groove 15 and thus form together with the groove 15 a locking device which allows a free rotation of the pipe section 6 even in the locked state.
- a second region 16 of the pipe section has a reduced diameter compared to the first region.
- two other spring tabs 17 are arranged opposite one another, which have a similar structure as the spring tabs 11 of the Hüllteils 5 and therefore also act as parts of a locking device.
- the locking lugs 18 engage in a circumferential groove (not shown) in the inner wall of a handle 19 (s. FIG. 3 ), which in turn is connected to a suction tube (not shown).
- the locking device and the suction tube itself and the suction nozzle normally not releasably attached to the suction nozzle (not shown) connect.
- the inner part 2 is performed in a simple manner after locking Hüllteil 5 and pipe section 6 so far through these two elements 5 and 6, that one end of the inner part 2 from the in the FIG. 2 right end piece 9 of the Hüllteils projects.
- an end sleeve 20 is screwed.
- the end sleeve 20 is for this purpose equipped with an external thread 21, which receives some gears of the integrated into the tube wall 4 of the inner part 2 tension spring 3.
- an additional securing by gluing or welding of inner part 2 and end sleeve 20 can take place. Now the other end of the inner part 2 from the in the FIG.
- Both end bushes 20 and 22 each have an inner 23 and 25 and an outer collar 24 and 26, wherein the inner collar 23 and 25 has a smaller diameter than the outer collar 24 and 26 respectively.
- the left end sleeve 22 is supported with the inner collar 25 on the edge of the pipe section 6 and is therefore freely rotatable relative to the pipe section 6.
- a circumferential, axially directed groove 27 is arranged in the region of the outer collar 26, in which a seal, not shown in the drawings is inserted.
- the length of the Hüllteils 5 including locked tube piece 6 is sized so that they the length of the inner part 2 in the contracted, d. H. at least slightly exceeds the shortest possible state. As a result, the inner part 2 is always slightly tensioned, whereby both the necessary for locking merging Hüllteil 5 and pipe section 6 and the insertion of the pipe section 5 in the handle 19 with locked inner part 2 is greatly facilitated.
- FIG. 3 shows the suction hose in its advantageous installation position. He is an additional part between the handle 19 of a suction tube (not shown) and the standard supplied, in length only slightly variable suction hose 28 of a vacuum cleaner (not shown) engaged and serves as a hose extension, which, if necessary, by loosening the locking and pulling out of Inner part 2 can be used from the Hüllteil 5.
Description

- Figur 1
- einen Querschnitt durch einen erfindungsgemäß ausgebildeten Saugschlauch;
- Figur 2
- den Saugschlauch nach
Figur 1 in perspektivischer Ansicht; - Figur 3
-
