Claims (14)

  1. Charnière, en particulier pour des parties de meuble mobiles, avec au moins sept axes (12) rotatifs et avec au moins deux parties de butée (2, 3) pour la fixation sur des parties de meuble ou similaires et avec un amortisseur linéaire (7) pour l'amortissement d'un mouvement d'ouverture et/ou de fermeture de la charnière, l'amortisseur linéaire (7) présentant un cylindre (8) et un poussoir (9) déplaçable par rapport au cylindre, caractérisée en ce que la charnière est constituée de telle façon que tous les composants (8, 9) de l'amortisseur linéaire (7) effectuent, lors du mouvement d'ouverture et/ou de fermeture de la charnière, un mouvement relatif par rapport aux deux parties de butée (2, 3), un composant de l'amortisseur linéaire (7), de préférence le cylindre (8), étant disposé sur une pièce intermédiaire (10), la pièce intermédiaire (10) étant couplée de force par le biais d'au moins deux leviers (13) à première partie de butée (3), les leviers (13) étant supportés en rotation sur la pièce intermédiaire (10) ainsi que sur la partie de butée (3), la pièce intermédiaire (10) est connectée par un levier articulé (4) pivotant avec la deuxième partie de butée (2).
  2. Charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'amortisseur linéaire (7) est supporté ou bien appuyé, de préférence exclusivement, sur des pièces intermédiaires (10) et/ou des leviers articulés (4, 5) mobiles par rapport aux parties de butée (2, 3).
  3. Charnière selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'il s'agit d'une charnière à grand angle.
  4. Charnière selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le poussoir (9) est soumis à l'action d'un levier articulé (5) de la charnière et est éventuellement supporté en rotation par le biais d'une articulation de poussoir (15) sur le levier articulé de la charnière.
  5. Charnière selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le levier articulé (5) de la charnière, sur lequel le poussoir (9) de l'amortisseur linéaire (7) s'appuie ou sur lequel il est supporté en rotation par le biais d'une articulation de poussoir (15), présente au moins deux branches (6a, 6b) pivotant l'une par rapport à l'autre.
  6. Charnière selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le poussoir (9) peut être soumis à l'action d'une des parties de butée (2, 3), de préférence un boîtier de charnière (2), et/ou à l'action d'une partie de meuble (1) pouvant être disposée sur une des parties de butée (2, 3).
  7. Charnière selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le composant de l'amortisseur linéaire (7) est supporté en pivotement sur la pièce intermédiaire (10).
  8. Charnière selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que l'amortisseur linéaire (7) est fixé en pivotement sur la pièce intermédiaire (10) par le biais d'une articulation (14).
  9. Charnière selon une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la partie de butée est un bras de charnière (3) qui peut être fixé sur une partie de meuble (1) directement ou par le biais d'une plaque de base (11).
  10. Charnière selon une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que la pièce intermédiaire (10) est constituée essentiellement en forme de profilé en U, et une partie de butée, comme par exemple un bras de charnière (3), pouvant de préférence être enveloppée au moins partiellement par la pièce intermédiaire (10).
  11. Charnière selon une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que la pièce intermédiaire (10) peut adopter au moins deux positions extrêmes par rapport à la partie de butée (3) avec laquelle elle est couplée de force par le biais des leviers (13), les deux parties de butée (2, 3) étant, dans une position extrême, davantage éloignées l'une de l'autre que dans l'autre position extrême.
  12. Charnière selon une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que l'amortisseur linéaire (7), de préférence son cylindre (8), est, dans une vue de dessus sur une des parties de butée (2, 3), disposé latéralement par rapport au milieu de la partie de butée (2, 3), de préférence essentiellement près d'une partie de butée constituée en tant que bras de charnière (2).
  13. Charnière selon une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce que l'amortisseur linéaire (7) est supporté ou bien fixé de façon détachable, de préférence clipsable, sur la pièce intermédiaire (10) et/ou sur un levier articulé (4, 5).
  14. Charnière selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que l'amortisseur linéaire (7) est disposé sur la pièce intermédiaire (10) par le biais d'une plaque de retenue (16), la plaque de retenue (16) présentant un élément d'encliquetage (17) qui peut être encliqueté dans un creux correspondant de la pièce intermédiaire (10).
