Claims (8)

  1. Behälter (1) mit einem Körper (3) aus Kunststoff, wobei der Körper mindestens an einer Seite (313, 315) ein Paar von nebeneinanderliegenden Öffnungen (318) aufweist und jede Öffnung (318) Zugang zu einem Raum (319) zur Aufnahme eines Arms einer Gabel eines Handhabungsgeräts gibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (3) einen Boden (311) und vier Seiten (313, 315) umfasst, wobei jede der Seiten ein Paar von Öffnungen (318) aufweist und mit einer metallischen Abdeckung (5) ausgerüstet ist, die mit dem Körper verbunden ist und die Seite (313, 315) benachbart zu den Öffnungen überdeckt.
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Abdeckung (5) aus einem einzigen Stück besteht und Flügelstücke (53, 53', 54) aufweist, die in das Innere der Aufnahmeräume (319) umbiegbar sind und geeignet sind, mindestens die oberen (319B) und/oder seitlichen (319A) Innenflächen der Aufnahmeräume zu überdecken.
  3. Behälter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Öffnung (318) eines Paares von Öffnungen einen im Wesentlichen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist und dass jede Abdeckung (5) für jede Öffnung ein auf die obere Innenfläche (319B) des Aufnahmeraums (319), zu dem die Öffnung Zugang gibt, umbiegbares Flügelstück (54) sowie zwei auf die seitlichen Innenflächen (319A) des Aufnahmeraums umbiegbare Flügelstücke (53, 53') aufweist.
  4. Behälter nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Abdeckung (5) an dem Körper (3) durch Vernieten oder Verschrauben befestigt ist.
  5. Behälter nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (3) mit mindestens zwei Pfosten (314) versehen ist, die vom Körper hervorragen und eine Seite (315) des Köpers einfassen, wobei der Behälter mindestens ein T-Stück (7) zur Stapelung aufweist, das aus einem Mittelstab (71) und zwei Seitenelementen (73), die im Ganzen gesehen zu einer T-Form angeordnet sind, gebildet sind, wobei das T-Stück (7) an der Seite (315) angelenkt ist und zwischen einer abgesenkten Position, in der sein Mittelstab (71) im Wesentlichen parallel zum Boden (311) des Körpers (3) liegt, und einer hochgestellten Position beweglich ist, in der sein Mittelstab (71) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zum Boden (311) steht, während die Seitenelemente (73) sich parallel zu der Seite (315) erstrecken und sich auf dem Pfosten (314) in der hochgestellten Position des T-Stücks (7) abstützen.
  6. Behälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bereich (314) des Körpers (3), der unter jedem Pfosten (314) angeordnet ist, eine komplementäre Form zu jedem Pfosten (314) aufweist.
  7. Behälter nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Organ (8) zum Zurückhalten von in dem Körper (3) aufgenommenen Stücken mit dem Körper (3) verbunden ist, wobei das Organ (9) eine Hauptstange (91) und zwei Winkelstücke (95) aufweist, die in dem gleichen Richtungssinn in eine Richtung im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Hauptstange (91) orientiert sind, wobei die Winkelstücke an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten (315) des Körpers derart angelenkt sind, dass das Zurückhalteorgan (9) zwischen einer abgesenkten Position, in der die Winkelstücke (93) im Wesentlichen parallel zum Boden (311) des Körpers (3) liegen, und einer hochgestellten Position beweglich sind, in der die Winkelstücke (93) merkbar zu dem Boden (311) geneigt sind.
  8. Verfahren zur Herstellung und Montage eines Behälters (1) nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die Schritte umfasst, die darin bestehen:
    - Formen eines Körpers (3) aus Kunststoff, wobei auf jede seiner Seiten (313, 315) ein Paar von nebeneinanderliegenden Öffnungen (318) eingearbeitet wird, die jede Zugang zu einem Raum (319) zur Aufnahme eines Armes einer Gabel eines Handhabungsgeräts bietet;
    - für jede Seite (313, 315) Einarbeiten von Faltlinien (531, 531', 541) in eine Metallplatte, die geeignet sind, sich über die Ränder (318A, 318B) der Öffnungen (318) des entsprechenden Paares von Öffnungen zu legen;
    - Schneiden der Platte derart, dass Flügelstücke (53, 53', 54) definiert werden, die umbiegbar sind und vorgesehen sind, die Flächen (319A, 319B) der Aufnahmeräume (319), zu denen die Öffnungen (318) Zugang bieten, zu überdecken;
    - Befestigen der Platte an dem Körper (3), wobei die Faltlinien (531, 531', 541) über die Ränder gelegt werden;
    - Umbiegen der Flügelstücke (53, 53', 54) in das Innere der Aufnahmeräume (319) derart, dass sie in Kontakt mit den Innenflächen der Aufnahmeräume gebracht werden.
