Claims (20)

  1. Machine pour rouler des produits essentiellement mous et allongés, comprenant un cadre de base (3) qui supporte des moyens de rotation (4) qui supportent un rouleau de film plastique (5), des moyens d'enroulement (15, 16, 35-37, 100-103, 111) dudit film plastique (5) autour d'un axe motorisé (8, 100), des moyens de pression (6, 7) destinés à favoriser le roulement dudit produit (2) autour dudit axe motorisé (8, 100), des moyens de coupe (14, 17) du film plastique (5) et des moyens d'éjection (18, 29, 30, 32-37, 101-102) du produit roulé fini (2), caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'éjection (18, 29, 30, 32-37, 101-102) comprennent un système pneumatique (32-37) approprié pour générer un coussin d'air (51) entre l'axe (8, 100) et le produit roulé (2) sur celui-ci de manière à favoriser le glissement dudit produit roulé (2) sur l'axe (8, 100) pour l'enlèvement axial de celui-ci dans la phase d'éjection.
  2. Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit axe (8) est constitué d'un cylindre creux interne (32) d'une seule pièce avec le cadre, et d'un cylindre creux externe (33) qui est coaxial, essentiellement avec un jeu minimum, au cylindre interne (32) et qui tourne sur celui-ci (32).
  3. Machine selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ledit cylindre creux interne (32) est subdivisé en compartiments hermétiquement fermés (50).
  4. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdits cylindres coaxiaux creux (32-33) comportent des trous (34).
  5. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que ledit système pneumatique comprend au moins un tube d'alimentation (37) de l'air comprimé dans le cylindre creux interne (32).
  6. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que ledit système pneumatique comprend un tube d'alimentation (37) de l'air comprimé pour chaque compartiment hermétiquement fermé (50).
  7. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'enroulement du film plastique (5) autour de l'axe (8, 100) comprennent des pinces fixes (14), des pinces mobiles (15) appropriées pour dérouler le film plastique (5), et une unité d'enroulement (16) pour engager l'extrémité libre du film plastique (5) avec l'axe (8, 100).
  8. Machine selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que ladite unité d'enroulement (16) comprend un bras mobile (21), qui comporte une roue d'enroulement d'extrémité (22), le long d'un guide (23) qui peut être incliné au moyen d'un piston pneumatique (24).
  9. Machine selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que lesdites pinces mobiles (15) forment une seule pièce avec une tige mobile (19) d'un cylindre pneumatique (20) d'un seul tenant avec le cadre (3).
  10. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de pression (6, 7) comprennent un cylindre de pression (6) qui est commandé par une unité de régulation (7).
  11. Machine selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que ladite unité de régulation comprend des cylindres pneumatiques (13).
  12. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit produit (2) à rouler est amené par des moyens d'entraînement qui comprennent une bande transporteuse (10).
  13. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de coupe comprennent un couteau (17) constitué par une lame (26) reliée à un chariot mobile (27) le long d'un guide horizontal (28) supporté par le cadre (3).
  14. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'éjection comprennent un poussoir motorisé (18) qui est mobile le long d'un guide horizontal (29).
  15. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit axe motorisé (100) comprend un cylindre creux (101) comportant des trous (102).
  16. Machine selon la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce que lesdits trous (102) sont alignés avec une ligne droite qui est parallèle à l'axe dudit cylindre creux (101).
  17. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 16, caractérisée en ce que ledit cylindre creux (101) est composé de modules interconnectés hermétiquement fermés (103) qui sont séparés par des séparateurs (35).
  18. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'enroulement comprennent l'axe (100) et des moyens d'aspiration d'air (36-37) à partir du cylindre creux (101).
  19. Procédé pour rouler un produit essentiellement mou et allongé, comprenant les étapes consistant à:
    - enrouler un film plastique (5) sur un axe motorisé (8, 100);
    - simultanément enrouler le film plastique (5) et rouler le produit (2) après avoir pressé le produit (2) lui-même au début du roulement de ce dernier autour de l'axe;
    - couper le film plastique (5);
    - éjecter le produit roulé fini (2); et
    caractérisé en ce que ladite éjection comprend le pompage d'air comprimé pour créer un coussin d'air (51) entre l'axe (8, 100) et le produit roulé fini (2) de manière à permettre le glissement du produit roulé fini (2) sur l'axe (8, 100) pour son enlèvement axial dudit axe (8, 100).
  20. Procédé selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que ledit enroulement comprend le positionnement du film plastique (5) par des pinces (15) et l'aspiration d'air à partir de l'axe (100).
