Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Präsenter mit einem Haltebereich (1) und einem Stützbereich (2), welche durch einen Verbindungsbereich (3) so verbunden sind, dass sich links und rechts neben dem Verbindungsbereich Aussparungen (4,5) ergeben.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Präsenter, wie er z. B. in einem Kühlschrank zum Einsatz kommt, um insbesondere eine Flasche schräg auf einem Rost zu präsentieren, so dass ein auf der Flasche angebrachtes Etikett auch von vorne gut lesbar ist.
  • Zur Lagerung insbesondere von Flaschen sind z. B. Weinlagerkühlschränke beliebt, bei denen die zu lagernden Flaschen horizontal auf einem Rost aufliegen. Soll eine Flasche zum Verkauf oder Verzehr präsentiert werden, ist eine horizontale Lagerung jedoch von Nachteil, da hier das Etikett nicht gut ablesbar ist. Für eine bessere Präsentation, bei der das Etikett der Flasche auch von vorne gut ablesbar ist, ist es von Vorteil, die Flasche in eine schräge Position zu bringen.
  • Zur schrägen Präsentation von Flaschen in einem Kühlschrank ist ein Klapprost bekannt, bei dem das vordere Drittel in eine schräge Position gebracht werden kann. Bei einem solchen Klapprost muß entweder das ganze vordere Drittel oder ein Teil davon umgeklappt werden. Hierdurch ist man jedoch bei der Präsentation der Flaschen an die spezielle Ausführung des Rostes gebunden. So es ist nicht möglich, nur eine einzelne Flasche schräg zu präsentieren. Darüber hinaus ist die aufwendige Konstruktion eines solchen Klapprostes mit hohen Kosten verbunden.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, einen einfachen, leicht zu montierenden und kostengünstigen Präsenter zur Verfügung zu stellen, mit dem insbesondere eine Flasche positionsunabhängig schräg auf einem Rost präsentiert werden kann.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe von einem Präsenter mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Ein Präsenter der vorliegenden Erfindung umfasst einen Haltebereich und einen Stützbereich, welche durch einen Verbindungsbereich so verbunden sind, dass sich links und rechts neben dem Verbindungsbereich jeweils eine Aussparung befindet. Die Sprossen des Rostes, auf dem der Präsenter angebracht ist, greifen in diese Aussparungen ein, so dass der Präsenter nach hinten nicht mehr als bis zu einem vorbestimmten Winkel gegen den Rost gekippt werden kann. In dieser Abstützposition kann der Flaschenhals einer zu präsentierenden Flasche von einer Oberseite des Stützbereichs abgestützt werden.
  • Vorzugsweise weist der Präsenter der vorliegenden Erfindung an der Oberseite des Stützbereichs eine u-förmige Aussparung auf, in welcher in der Abstützposition des Flaschenprästenters der Flaschenhals der zu präsentierenden Flasche zu liegen kommt und so auch seitlich gehalten wird.
  • Vorzugsweise ist in dem Präsenter weiterhin der Verbindungsbereich so gegen den Stützbereich geneigt, dass der Präsenter nach vorne soweit gekippt werden kann, dass der Stützbereich in einer liegenden Position mit der Vorderseite auf dem Rost aufliegt.
  • Der Präsenter wird auf den Rost montiert, indem er an der gewünschten Stelle mit dem Haltebereich zuerst zwischen die Sprossen geschoben wird, bis sich die Aussparungen neben dem Verbindungsbereich auf Höhe der Sprossen befinden. Dann wird der Präsenter seitlich verdreht, so dass die Sprossen in die Aussparungen eingreifen. Nun kann der Präsenter durch Kippen nach hinten in die Abstützposition oder durch Kippen nach vorne in die liegende Position gebracht werden.
  • In der Abstützposition kann nun der Flaschenhals einer zu präsentierenden Flasche auf der Oberseite des Stützbereichs abgestützt werden und die Flasche damit schräg präsentiert werden. Das Etikett der Flasche ist nun auch von vorne gut lesbar. Insbesondere kann der Präsenter auch bei unterschiedlichen Ausführungen der zu präsentierenden Flasche ohne großen Aufwand optimal montiert werden. Bei Nichtgebrauch kann der Präsenter nach vorne in eine Position gekippt werden, bei der er mit der Vorderseite des Stützbereichs auf dem Rost aufliegt. Der Präsenter ist damit platzsparend aufgeräumt, wobei er insbesondere nach hinten verschoben werden kann, um vorne eine Flasche zu lagern. Ebenso kann auch auf der Rückseite des Stützbereichs eine Flasche gelagert werden.
  • Vorzugsweise ist der Präsenter der vorliegenden Erfindung so ausgeführt, dass eine Vorderseite des Stützbereichs eine abgeschrägt Erhöhung aufweist, um den Präsenter in der liegenden Präsentation am Rost zu zentrieren. Weiterhin weist eine Rückseite des Stützbereichs vorzugsweise eine Vertiefung auf, in der in der liegenden Position eine Flasche in horizontaler Lage auf dem Stützbereich aufliegen und seitlich gehalten werden kann.
  • Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand der beiliegenden perspektivischen Zeichnungen im Detail erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Wie in Figur 1 gezeigt, weist das Ausführungsbeispiel der vorliegenden Erfindung einen Haltebereich 1 und einen Stützbereich 2 auf, welche durch einen Verbindungsbereich 3 so verbunden sind, dass sich links und rechts neben dem Verbindungsbereich 3 jeweils eine Aussparung 4, 5 befindet. Die Oberseite 6 des Stützbereichs 2 weist weiterhin eine U-förmige Aussparung 7 auf. Der Verbindungsbereich 3 ist so gegen den Stützbereich 2 geneigt, dass der Haltebereich 1 in eine Richtung senkrecht zur Ebene des Stützbereichs 2 nach vorne gegen diesen verschoben ist. Der Verbindungsbereich 3 und der Haltebereich 1 des Ausführungsbeispiels sind als ein zusammenhängender Haltebügel aus Metall ausgeführt. Dabei besteht der Haltebereich 1 aus einer Querstange und der Verbindungsbereich aus zwei senkrecht an den Haltebereich 1 anschließenden Längsstangen, welche so in sich gebogen sind, dass der Verbindungsbereich 3 wie oben beschrieben gegen den Stützbereich 2 geneigt ist. Die zwei Längsstangen des Verbindungsbereichs 3 sind an der Unterseite des Stützbereichs 2 angebracht. Der Stützbereich 2 ist im Wesentlichen als eine längliche Platte ausgeführt, welche z. B. aus Holz oder Metall bestehen kann. Weiterhin weist der Stützbereich 2 auf seiner Vorderseite eine abgeschrägte Erhöhung 9 auf, welche sich entlang einer Längsachse erstreckt.
  • Figur 2 zeigt das Ausführungsbeispiel der vorliegenden Erfindung von schräg hinten, wodurch zusätzlich eine Vertiefung 8 zu erkennen ist, die sich auf der Rückseite des Stützbereichs 2 entlang einer Längsachse erstreckt.
  • Der Haltebereich 1 und der Stützbereich 2 sind in dem Ausführungsbeispiel der vorliegenden Erfindung jeweils breiter als der Abstand zwischen zwei Sprossen des Rostes, auf dem das Ausführungsbeispiel montiert werden soll. Der Verbindungsbereich 3 ist dagegen schmäler als der Abstand zwischen zwei Sprossen. Weiterhin ist sowohl der Haltebereich 1 als auch der Verbindungsbereich 3 jeweils weniger tief als der Abstand zwischen zwei Sprossen, so dass sie längs zwischen diese geschoben werden können.
  • Figur 3 zeigt die Montage des Ausführungsbeispiels der vorliegenden Erfindung auf einem Rost. Wie rechts in Fig. 3 zu sehen, wird dazu zuerst der Haltebereich 1 und der Verbindungsbereich 3, in diesem Fall also der Haltebügel, an der gewünschten Stelle längs zwischen zwei nebeneinander liegende Sprossen geschoben, so dass die Aussparungen 4 und 5 in Höhe der Sprossen positioniert sind. Der Haltebereich 1 in Form einer Querstange befindet sich nun unterhalb der Sprossen, der Stützbereich 2 oberhalb. Durch seitliches Verdrehen des Ausführungsbeispiels um im Wesentlichen 90° greifen die Sprossen des Rosts in die Aussparungen 4 und 5 ein.
  • Wie links in Figur 3 gezeigt, kann das Ausführungsbeispiel jetzt nach hinten gegen den Rost gekippt werden, bis ein Einklemmen der Sprossen zwischen dem Haltebereich 1 und dem Stützbereich 2 ein weiteres Kippen verhindern. Das Ausführungsbeispiel befindet sich nun in der Abstützposition. Hierbei bestimmt die Länge des Verbindungsbereichs 3 sowie die Neigung des Verbindungsbereichs 3 gegen den Stützbereich 2 den maximalen Kippwinkel. Durch das eben beschriebene Vorgehen kann das Ausführungsbeispiel auf einfache Weise an einer beliebigen Stelle und in Abhängigkeit von der Ausführung der zu präsentierenden Flasche optimal auf dem Rost montiert werden.
  • Wie in Figur 4 gezeigt, kann eine Flasche, insbesondere ein Weinflasche, schräg auf dem Rost präsentiert werden, indem die untere Seite der Flasche auf dem Rost und der Flaschenhals in der Aussparung 7 an der Oberseite 6 des Stützbereichs 2 aufliegt. Hierbei hält die Aussparung 7 den Flaschenhals der zu präsentierenden Flasche auch seitlich. Wie bereits oben beschrieben, kann die Position des Ausführungsbeispiels dabei optimal an die spezifische Ausführung der Flasche und die spezifischen Präsentationsbedürfnisse angepasst werden. Der Neigungswinkel der zu präsentierenden Flasche wird dabei durch den maximalen Neigungswinkel des Stützbereiches 2 und die Länge des Stützbereiches 2 bestimmt, wobei der maximale Neigungswinkel des Stützbereiches 2 wiederum, wie oben beschrieben, von der spezifischen Ausgestaltung des Verbindungsbereichs 3 abhängt. Über die Ausführung des Haltebereichs 1 und des Verbindungsbereichs 3 in Form eines Haltebügels bzw. über die Länge des Stützbereichs 2 kann damit die Neigung der Flasche definiert werden.
  • Wird das Ausführungsbeispiel nicht benötigt, da die Flaschen waagrecht gelagert werden sollen, kann es auf einfache Weise nach vorne gekippt werden, so dass der Stützbereich 2 in einer liegenden Position mit der Vorderseite auf dem Rost aufliegt. Dies ist möglich, da der Haltebereich 1 in Form einer Querstange durch die Neigung des Verbindungsbereiches 3 gegen den Stützbereich 2 in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Ebene des Stützbereichs 2 nach vorne gegen diesen verschoben ist, wobei der Abstand zwischen dem Haltebereich 1 und der Ebene derjenigen Bereiche des Stützbereichs 2, mit welchen der Stützbereich 2 in der liegenden Position auf den Sprossen aufliegt, größer ist als die Dicke der Sprossen. Die abgeschrägte Erhöhung 9 auf der Vorderseite des Stützbereichs 2 zentriert in der liegenden Position das Ausführungsbeispiel am Rost.
  • Wie in Figur 5 gezeigt, kann das Ausführungsbeispiel nach hinten geschoben werden und dort in der liegenden Position verbleiben, damit vorne auf dem Rost eine Flasche gelagert werden kann. Hierdurch kann das Ausführungsbeispiel bei Nichtgebrauch platzsparend aufgeräumt werden.
  • Wie in Figur 6 gezeigt, kann weiterhin in der liegenden Position des Ausführugsbeispiels eine Flasche auf der Rückseite des Stützbereichs 2 gelagert werden. Hierbei liegt die Flasche in der Vertiefung 8 auf der Rückseite des Stützbereichs 2, so dass die Flasche in der Vertiefung 8 auch seitlich gehalten wird.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung wurde anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels beschrieben, welches der schrägen Präsentation von Flaschen dient. Für den Fachmann ist es jedoch offensichtlich, dass die vorliegende Erfindung auch für die schräge Präsentation anderer Gegenstände geeignet ist. Insbesondere ist sie zur schrägen Präsentation von z. B. Zigarren, mehrere Flaschen oder auch Kisten geeignet, wobei vorzugsweise die Oberseite 6 des Stützbereichs 2 an den zu präsentierenden Gegenstand angepasst ist und so z. B. eine Mehrzahl von Aussparungen 7 oder gar keine Aussparungen aufweist. Insbesondere ist die vorliegende Erfindung für die Präsentation solcher Gegenstände geeignet, welche unter speziellen Klimabedingungen gelagert werden müssen, wie sie z. B. in einem Kühlschrank oder Humidor vorliegen.
  • Auch wenn die vorliegende Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels beschrieben wurde, welches zur Verwendung in einem Kühlschrank ausgelegt ist, ist es für den Fachmann dennoch offensichtlich, dass die vorliegende Erfindung in jeder Vorrichtung, die einen Rost beziehungsweise zwei nebeneinander platzierte Streben enthält, wie z. B. in einem Humidor oder einem Regal mit einem Rost, zum Einsatz kommen kann.

Claims (12)

  1. Präsenter mit einem Haltebereich (1) und einem Stützbereich (2), welche durch einen Verbindungsbereich (3) so verbunden sind, dass sich links und rechts neben dem Verbindungsbereich (3) Aussparungen (4) und (5) ergeben.
  2. Präsenter nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Oberseite (6) des Stützbereichs (2) eine Aussparung (7) aufweist.
  3. Präsenter nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der Verbindungsbereich (3) gegen den Stützbereich (2) geneigt und damit der Haltebereich (1) in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Ebene des Stützbereichs (2) nach vorne gegen diesen verschoben ist.
  4. Präsenter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem der Verbindungsbereich (3) und der Haltebereich (1) aus einem zusammenhängendem Haltebügel bestehen, wobei der Haltebereich (1) aus mindestens einer Querstange und der Verbindungsbereich (3) aus mindestens einer Längsstange besteht.
  5. Präsenter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der Stützbereich (2), der Verbindungsbereich (3) und der Haltebereich (1) jeweils entweder aus Holz, Metall oder Kunststoff bestehen.
  6. Präsenter nach Anspruch 3, wobei eine Rückseite des Stützbereichs (2) eine Vertiefung (8) aufweist, welche sich entlang einer Längsachse erstreckt.
  7. Präsenter nach Anspruch 3, wobei eine Vorderseite des Stützbereichs (2) eine abgeschrägte Erhöhung (9) aufweist, welche sich entlang einer Längsachse erstreckt.
  8. Verwendung eines Präsenters nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 zur schrägen Präsentation einer Flasche, insbesondere einer Weinflasche.
  9. Verwendung eines Präsenters nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 zur schrägen Präsentation einer Flasche in einem Kühlschrank.
  10. Verwendung eines Präsenters nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 zur schrägen Präsentation einer Flasche auf einem Rost.
  11. Verwendung eines Präsenters nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 zur schrägen Präsentation einer Flasche auf einem Rost, wobei jeweils eine Sprosse des Rosts in die Aussparungen (4) und (5) eingreift, so dass der Präsenter nach hinten nicht mehr als bis zu einem vorbestimmten Winkel gegen den Rost gekippt werden kann und der ein Flaschenhals der zu präsentierenden Flasche von einer Oberseite (6) des Stützbereichs (2) abgestützt wird.
  12. Verwendung eines Präsenters nach Anspruch 3 auf einem Rost, wobei der Verbindungsbereich so ausgestaltet ist, dass der Präsenter nach vorne soweit gekippt werden kann, dass der Stützbereich (2) in einer liegenden Position mit der Vorderseite auf dem Rost aufliegt.
