Definitions
- the invention relates to an elevator installation with an elevator car, which is arranged movably in a lift shaft between floors, the elevator car having a car door and / or the elevator shaft in the floors of a shaft door.
- the car door or landing door is assigned a threshold profile.
- the invention relates to a method for displaying a gap between an elevator car and a floor in an elevator installation, wherein the elevator cabin is moved in a lift shaft between floors.
- Modern elevators have a landing door and a cabin door.
- the shaft door closes the elevator shaft on the respective floors, if there is no lift cage on this floor.
- the shaft door is opened when the elevator car stops on a floor for passengers to get in and out.
- the elevator car is closed by an elevator door. This elevator door is closed during the movement of the elevator car in the elevator shaft. To get in and out of a stop on a floor, the elevator door is opened.
- the manhole or car door is often formed in two parts and consists essentially of two door leaves, of which a first door leaf is guided to about the middle of a door opening and a second door leaf closes the remaining open half of a door opening.
- the manhole or car door are guided in a threshold profile at least in a floor area of the floor or elevator car.
- the threshold profile is usually made of aluminum.
- a gap remains between the elevator car and the respective floor at a stop of the elevator car. This gap is largely harmless with respect to injury to persons. However, objects may fall into this gap.
- there is a level difference between the height of the floor and the height of the elevator car which forms a dangerous step or step which can lead to injuries to persons entering and exiting.
- an elevator installation which has a threshold profile in the floor of the floor and a threshold profile in the elevator car floor.
- a protruding outwardly plastic cap is arranged on the elevator car door.
- a light source is installed, which emits light through a slot of the plastic cap, which is visible to the passenger getting in or out.
- the object is to provide an elevator installation and a method in which pointed to a gap or step between floor and elevator car and the warning function is not affected by contamination, without additional elements and / or space are necessary.
- the invention is based on the idea that in an elevator installation with an elevator car, which is arranged movably in a lift shaft between floors, wherein the elevator car has a car door or the elevator shaft in the floors a shaft door, at least one light module to warn of a gap or a Stage is arranged between the cabin and floor of the elevator installation at a position at which the warning is clearly visible.
- the light module is emitted as a warning, and safely perceived by the elevator users.
- the warning light is emitted exactly at the point where the danger occurs through a gap or a step.
- the light module is subjected in the threshold profile by the constant door movement a cleaning effect, so that contamination of the light module is constantly eliminated and thus the warning to a gap or at a level can be safely perceived.
- the light module is advantageously to be arranged in the floor area of the elevator car and / or the floor. Since people usually look at the ground when entering or leaving an elevator, a light module, which is arranged in the threshold profile of the car door or shaft door, is particularly clearly visible.
- the threshold profile advantageously has a groove.
- the light module is mounted directly, without additional mechanical elements for attachment and / or protection are necessary.
- the car door and / or the landing door are advantageously each guided in the corresponding threshold profile in a Mos arrangementnut.
- a Mos arrangementnut on top of the threshold profile is necessary to guide the elevator door.
- the light module according to the invention space-saving integrated and installed on the top of the threshold profile in this Mater. Space saving means that the width of a threshold profile is not affected by the presence of the light module.
- the minimum widths of the threshold profile which is largely due to the width of the at least one door leaf and space for fastening means, remains unchanged narrow.
- the light module extends in a lateral region of the elevator car and / or the floor. Also, the light module is at least partially visible on the lateral areas of the elevator car or the floor. In this case, the threshold profile may extend into the respective lateral region, in which case the light module is integrated in this lateral threshold profile.
- the light module can be arranged exclusively in the lateral region of the elevator car or the floor. However, it is also possible for the light module both in the floor area as well as in the lateral area to arrange. Further, it is possible to arrange the light module in the lateral area of the elevator car or the floor without a threshold profile.
- the light module In order to enable a trouble-free operation of the light module, it is advantageously provided to arrange the light module in at least one vertical wall of the door guide groove. Due to this arrangement of the light module, it is prevented that dirt in the door guide groove obscures the light module. In addition, a possible dirt deposit in front of the light module is eliminated by a back and forth movement of the doors in the Mos outsnut.
- the light module is advantageously arranged between the two door guide grooves for the door leaves of the door so as to achieve maximum space savings.
- a first light module in the door guide groove which is aligned with a cabin interior and thus can be recognized from the direction of the cabin interior.
- a second light module is arranged in the same Matingsnut on the opposite vertical wall and aligned in the opposite direction so that it radiates out of the cabin interior and can be perceived when entering the elevator car.
- the arrangement of the two light modules in the door guide groove has the advantage that a light emitted by the light module can be perceived both when entering the elevator car and when getting out of the elevator car. By mounting in each case a vertical wall pollution and thus impairment of perception is excluded.
- the threshold profile with an inner and an outer Mos arrangementsnut.
- This embodiment is used in particular when the car door and / or the shaft door are formed in two parts. It is advantageous if the first light module in the outer Matingsnut and the second light module are arranged in the inner Matingsnut. Thus, the first light module from the cabin interior is visible and can be perceived when getting out of the elevator car. The second light module is visible when entering the elevator car.
- the attachment of the first and second light module in the inner and outer Vietnamese enclosuresnut has the advantage that a stability of the threshold profile is maintained and an influence of the light emitted by the light modules due to the spatial spacing is reduced, so that the two light modules can be controlled separately and thus selectively on and off depending on the elevator installation state. For example, it is not necessary for an empty elevator car to turn on the directed into the cabin interior light module, because there are no people in the cabin interior.
- first light module and the second light module are arranged in adjacent walls of a threshold profile.
- a common voltage supply of the two light modules is possible, whereby the installation and cost is reduced.
- the light module such that it emits a light signal as a function of an elevator car position.
- a danger situation can be indicated by a level difference between the floor and the elevator car.
- the light module can be over the entire length in the bottom area and / or in the lateral area of the elevator car and / or the Floor extend. However, it may also be arranged only at one or more positions in the floor area or in the lateral area of the elevator car and / or the floor.
- the light module emits a light signal in the white waveband.
- White light is particularly noticeable.
- the light signal output by the light module is emitted as a function of a car door position and / or a shaft door position.
- Another possibility is to permanently switch on the light module when opening the respective doors, without taking into account the elevator position. This has the advantage that the users of the elevator are generally informed of the gap between elevator car and floor, regardless of whether there is a difference in level between floor and elevator car or not.
- the light module is particularly advantageous to form the light module from LEDs which are arranged, for example, on a printed circuit board. These LEDs are preferably covered with a lens, which preferably consists of a scratch-resistant material. This makes it possible to form the light module very compact and self-contained, so that it can be inserted even in very small grooves of threshold profiles, for example, smaller than 1.5 cm. Through the diffuser, the light emitted by the LEDs is distributed evenly, so that the light module acts like a light band. The use of LEDs ensures low power consumption. Due to the scratch-resistant material of the lens, the light module is protected against contamination and damage. The lifetime of LED is also much longer than other conventional light sources.
- OLEDs organic, light-emitting materials that begin to glow when a power supply.
- Such OLEDs require no backlight and are flexible. In addition, they consume very little energy, with the emitted light being clearly visible from every angle.
- OLEDs can also be implemented over a large area so that a light module according to the invention can be equipped with OLEDs over its entire length. It is also possible to use other plastics, so-called smart materials, which emit a light.
- Another way of making the light module light up is to integrate an optical waveguide into the light module.
- a light is coupled in by means of a good light source, for example a laser or LED.
- the optical waveguide is basically provided for guiding light in its axial extent, even with unchanged optical waveguides which are not sheathed, a light is visible on its longitudinal side when light is coupled in at the end face.
- the refractive index must be changed so that there occurs no total reflection of the guided light waves, but the light waves can emerge at the locations of the optical waveguide.
- optical waveguides are advantageous because the coupling of the light in the optical waveguide can be provided at positions in the elevator car or on the floor at which sufficient space is available and also the power supply is unproblematic.
- a cleaning element in the region of the light module is on the car door and / or the shaft door arranged, which is moved when opening or closing the car door and / or shaft door cleaning over the light module.
- This cleaning element may be formed, for example, as a rubber lip or as a brush.
- the light module changes its light color as a function of an elevator installation state.
- Another possibility for increasing the warning effect of the light module is to change a display duration of the light module as a function of a dangerous situation or warning situation. It is thus possible, for example, for a level difference between the floor and the elevator car to clock the light module with a pulse, so that a pulsating light is radiated, whereby the perceptibility is increased.
- a permanently activated light is used as an indication of a gap.
- the permanently activated light indicates to the passenger that there is no danger from a step.
- the degree of warning function can be provided to flash the light module at great risk, for example at a particularly high level between floor level and elevator car level, at short intervals. If there is less danger, the interval between switching on and off can be extended.
- the car door or landing door is associated with a threshold profile.
- At least one light module is arranged in a groove in the threshold profile of the floor and / or the elevator car and emits a light in the visible wave range.
- FIG Fig. 1 A schematic structure of an elevator installation 10 is shown in FIG Fig. 1 shown.
- the elevator installation 10 comprises an elevator cage 12, which is moved back and forth in a lift shaft 11 between floors S1 and S2.

- the door leaves 14a, 14b, 13a, 13b of the car door 14 and the shaft door 13 are each guided in a threshold profile 16.
- the threshold profile 16 is arranged in the floor area 15 of the respective floor S1 or S2.
- the threshold profile 16 in the elevator car 12 is arranged in the floor area 23 of the elevator car 12. Basically, the threshold profiles 16 are the same for the shaft door 13 and the car door 14.
- the threshold profile 16 of the shaft door 13 has an outer Mos arrangementsnut 17 and an inner Matingsnut 18.
- the outer Matingsnut 17 from the perspective of an elevator vestibule 25, 26 located furthest in the direction of the elevator car 12 and the inner Matingsnut is further in the elevator lobby 25, 26.
- the door guide grooves are, for example, 1.4 cm wide.
- the inner Schondsnut 18 in the threshold profile 16 of the elevator car 12 is further into the cabin interior space 27 as the outer Schondsnut 17 of the threshold profile 16 of the elevator car 12th

Description
The invention relates to an elevator installation with an elevator car, which is arranged movably in a lift shaft between floors, the elevator car having a car door and / or the elevator shaft in the floors of a shaft door. The car door or landing door is assigned a threshold profile. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for displaying a gap between an elevator car and a floor in an elevator installation, wherein the elevator cabin is moved in a lift shaft between floors.
Modern elevators have a landing door and a cabin door. The shaft door closes the elevator shaft on the respective floors, if there is no lift cage on this floor. The shaft door is opened when the elevator car stops on a floor for passengers to get in and out. The elevator car is closed by an elevator door. This elevator door is closed during the movement of the elevator car in the elevator shaft. To get in and out of a stop on a floor, the elevator door is opened. The manhole or car door is often formed in two parts and consists essentially of two door leaves, of which a first door leaf is guided to about the middle of a door opening and a second door leaf closes the remaining open half of a door opening. Regardless of the embodiment, the manhole or car door are guided in a threshold profile at least in a floor area of the floor or elevator car. The threshold profile is usually made of aluminum. Despite high manufacturing accuracy a gap remains between the elevator car and the respective floor at a stop of the elevator car. This gap is largely harmless with respect to injury to persons. However, objects may fall into this gap. Moreover, in the event of an erroneous functioning of the elevator installation, it is possible that there is a level difference between the height of the floor and the height of the elevator car which forms a dangerous step or step which can lead to injuries to persons entering and exiting.
Such an arrangement is no longer possible in today's elevator systems, since the gap between floor level and elevator car does not allow attachment of additional elements. Typically, the gap is 1 cm wide. The available. Space is thus severely limited and the threshold profile of the elevator car is therefore narrow. In addition, the slot in the plastic cap, through which the light passes through, dirty - because the elevator users step on this plastic cap - which means that the warning is no longer perceptible when a difference in level and thus is useless and a security risk.
Against this background, the object is to provide an elevator installation and a method in which pointed to a gap or step between floor and elevator car and the warning function is not affected by contamination, without additional elements and / or space are necessary.
This object is solved by the features of the independent claims.
The invention is based on the idea that in an elevator installation with an elevator car, which is arranged movably in a lift shaft between floors, wherein the elevator car has a car door or the elevator shaft in the floors a shaft door, at least one light module to warn of a gap or a Stage is arranged between the cabin and floor of the elevator installation at a position at which the warning is clearly visible. By integrating the light module in a threshold profile from the floor and / or the elevator car, the light is emitted as a warning, and safely perceived by the elevator users. Advantageously, the warning light is emitted exactly at the point where the danger occurs through a gap or a step. Advantageously, the light module is subjected in the threshold profile by the constant door movement a cleaning effect, so that contamination of the light module is constantly eliminated and thus the warning to a gap or at a level can be safely perceived.
The light module is advantageously to be arranged in the floor area of the elevator car and / or the floor. Since people usually look at the ground when entering or leaving an elevator, a light module, which is arranged in the threshold profile of the car door or shaft door, is particularly clearly visible.
The threshold profile advantageously has a groove. In this groove, the light module is mounted directly, without additional mechanical elements for attachment and / or protection are necessary.
The car door and / or the landing door are advantageously each guided in the corresponding threshold profile in a Türführungsnut. Such a Türführungsnut on top of the threshold profile is necessary to guide the elevator door. The Türführungsnut is the area of the threshold profile, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the door and leads at least one door leaf. The light module according to the invention space-saving integrated and installed on the top of the threshold profile in this Türführungsnut. Space saving means that the width of a threshold profile is not affected by the presence of the light module. The minimum widths of the threshold profile which is largely due to the width of the at least one door leaf and space for fastening means, remains unchanged narrow. This integration of the light module in the Türführungsnut has the advantage that the threshold profile is not affected by an additional groove in its stability. In addition, additional grooves adjacent to the Türführungsnut are not necessary to accommodate and collect possible debris, without that they can be regularly moved back into the Türführungsnut. Additional elements and / or space are thus not necessary to integrate the light module in the threshold profile. Also, the installation and maintenance of the light module are simplified and faster because the light module is integrated to save space directly in the threshold profile without additional mechanical elements.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen.Advantageous embodiments can be found in the dependent claims.
In a preferred embodiment, the light module extends in a lateral region of the elevator car and / or the floor. Also, the light module is at least partially visible on the lateral areas of the elevator car or the floor. In this case, the threshold profile may extend into the respective lateral region, in which case the light module is integrated in this lateral threshold profile. The light module can be arranged exclusively in the lateral region of the elevator car or the floor. However, it is also possible for the light module both in the floor area as well as in the lateral area to arrange. Further, it is possible to arrange the light module in the lateral area of the elevator car or the floor without a threshold profile.
In order to enable a trouble-free operation of the light module, it is advantageously provided to arrange the light module in at least one vertical wall of the door guide groove. Due to this arrangement of the light module, it is prevented that dirt in the door guide groove obscures the light module. In addition, a possible dirt deposit in front of the light module is eliminated by a back and forth movement of the doors in the Türführungsnut.
In the case of a telescopic lift door with a plurality of door leaves, the light module is advantageously arranged between the two door guide grooves for the door leaves of the door so as to achieve maximum space savings.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided to arrange a first light module in the door guide groove, which is aligned with a cabin interior and thus can be recognized from the direction of the cabin interior. Further, a second light module is arranged in the same Türführungsnut on the opposite vertical wall and aligned in the opposite direction so that it radiates out of the cabin interior and can be perceived when entering the elevator car. The arrangement of the two light modules in the door guide groove has the advantage that a light emitted by the light module can be perceived both when entering the elevator car and when getting out of the elevator car. By mounting in each case a vertical wall pollution and thus impairment of perception is excluded.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided to form the threshold profile with an inner and an outer Türführungsnut. This embodiment is used in particular when the car door and / or the shaft door are formed in two parts. It is advantageous if the first light module in the outer Türführungsnut and the second light module are arranged in the inner Türführungsnut. Thus, the first light module from the cabin interior is visible and can be perceived when getting out of the elevator car. The second light module is visible when entering the elevator car. The attachment of the first and second light module in the inner and outer Türführungsnut has the advantage that a stability of the threshold profile is maintained and an influence of the light emitted by the light modules due to the spatial spacing is reduced, so that the two light modules can be controlled separately and thus selectively on and off depending on the elevator installation state. For example, it is not necessary for an empty elevator car to turn on the directed into the cabin interior light module, because there are no people in the cabin interior.
Alternatively, it is possible to arrange the first light module and the second light module in adjacent walls of a threshold profile. As a result, a common voltage supply of the two light modules is possible, whereby the installation and cost is reduced.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided to control the light module such that it emits a light signal as a function of an elevator car position. As a result, for example, a danger situation can be indicated by a level difference between the floor and the elevator car. It is also possible to subdivide the light module into subregions and to switch the subregions alternately on or off. The light module can be over the entire length in the bottom area and / or in the lateral area of the elevator car and / or the Floor extend. However, it may also be arranged only at one or more positions in the floor area or in the lateral area of the elevator car and / or the floor.
Advantageously, the light module emits a light signal in the white waveband. White light is particularly noticeable. Furthermore, it is advantageous if the light signal output by the light module is emitted as a function of a car door position and / or a shaft door position. For example, it is not necessary to activate the light modules when the doors are closed, as a light module integrated in the threshold profile is then no longer perceptible. Another possibility is to permanently switch on the light module when opening the respective doors, without taking into account the elevator position. This has the advantage that the users of the elevator are generally informed of the gap between elevator car and floor, regardless of whether there is a difference in level between floor and elevator car or not.
It is particularly advantageous to form the light module from LEDs which are arranged, for example, on a printed circuit board.
Further, it is possible to integrate into the light module organic, light-emitting materials that begin to glow when a power supply. Such OLEDs require no backlight and are flexible. In addition, they consume very little energy, with the emitted light being clearly visible from every angle. OLEDs can also be implemented over a large area so that a light module according to the invention can be equipped with OLEDs over its entire length. It is also possible to use other plastics, so-called smart materials, which emit a light.
Another way of making the light module light up is to integrate an optical waveguide into the light module. On one end face of the optical waveguide, a light is coupled in by means of a good light source, for example a laser or LED. Although the optical waveguide is basically provided for guiding light in its axial extent, even with unchanged optical waveguides which are not sheathed, a light is visible on its longitudinal side when light is coupled in at the end face. Further, it is possible to change the optical waveguide on a longitudinal side so that light can escape on the longitudinal side of the optical waveguide. For this purpose, on the corresponding longitudinal side of the optical waveguide, the refractive index must be changed so that there occurs no total reflection of the guided light waves, but the light waves can emerge at the locations of the optical waveguide. Small irregularities in the surface of the inner optical waveguide change the refractive index, so that the light can escape at these points. The use of optical waveguides is advantageous because the coupling of the light in the optical waveguide can be provided at positions in the elevator car or on the floor at which sufficient space is available and also the power supply is unproblematic.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, a cleaning element in the region of the light module is on the car door and / or the shaft door arranged, which is moved when opening or closing the car door and / or shaft door cleaning over the light module. This cleaning element may be formed, for example, as a rubber lip or as a brush. By moving over the light module when opening or closing dirt deposits on the light modules are reliably removed.
It is particularly advantageous if the light module changes its light color as a function of an elevator installation state. For this purpose, it is necessary to integrate light-emitting diodes or materials into the light module, which can emit different colors or arrange a plurality of light-emitting diodes or materials which emit different colors in each case. Another possibility for increasing the warning effect of the light module is to change a display duration of the light module as a function of a dangerous situation or warning situation. It is thus possible, for example, for a level difference between the floor and the elevator car to clock the light module with a pulse, so that a pulsating light is radiated, whereby the perceptibility is increased. On the other hand, a permanently activated light is used as an indication of a gap. The permanently activated light indicates to the passenger that there is no danger from a step. For grading the degree of warning function can be provided to flash the light module at great risk, for example at a particularly high level between floor level and elevator car level, at short intervals. If there is less danger, the interval between switching on and off can be extended.
In an inventive method for displaying a gap between an elevator car and a floor in an elevator system, it is provided that the car door or landing door is associated with a threshold profile. At least one light module is arranged in a groove in the threshold profile of the floor and / or the elevator car and emits a light in the visible wave range.
