Claims (7)
- Entraînement d'arbre à cames pour un moteur à combustion interne, comprenant un déphaseur d'arbre à cames (13) monté conjointement avec un engrenage à double excentrique, dans lequel un élément d'entraînement (11) est accouplé en plus de l'arbre à cames (12) par un entraînement de commande par moteur électrique à un arbre de commande (14),
caractérisé en ce que
le déphaseur d'arbre à cames (13) est disposé à l'extérieur d'une culasse (33) du moteur à combustion interne et est réalisé de manière séparée en termes de lubrification sans connexion aux autres circuits de lubrifiant, et présente un boîtier (28) étanche vis-à-vis de l'environnement, dans lequel est disposé un lubrifiant. - Entraînement d'arbre à cames selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le déphaseur d'arbre à cames (13) présente un élément d'entraînement (11) à commande par courroie.
- Entraînement d'arbre à cames selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (28) présente un espace interne ouvert au moins d'un côté, qui est fermé vers l'extérieur par un couvercle d'étanchéité (36, 37) pour réaliser l'étanchéité.
- Entraînement d'arbre à cames selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que qu'une étanchéité est réalisée au moyen d'un élément d'étanchéité (32 ; 38 ; 39 ; 40), notamment au moyen d'un joint torique, d'un joint d'étanchéité à labyrinthe, d'un joint d'étanchéité à fente et/ou d'une bague à lèvres radiales.
- Entraînement d'arbre à cames selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce quea) un arbre à cames (12) en liaison d'entraînement avec un élément d'entraînement (11) par l'intermédiaire du déphaseur d'arbre à cames (13) sort de manière hermétique hors d'une culasse (33) par une région d'extrémité,b) le boîtier (28) du déphaseur d'arbre à cames (13) du côté tourné vers la culasse (33) est étanché par rapport à la culasse (33) ou à la région d'extrémité de l'arbre à cames (12) ou à un composant tournant avec l'arbre à cames (12), etc) le boîtier (28) du déphaseur d'arbre à cames (13) du côté opposé à la culasse (33) est étanché par rapport à un arbre de commande (14) d'un moteur de commande ou d'un composant tournant avec l'arbre de commande (14).
- Entraînement d'arbre à cames selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (28) du déphaseur d'arbre à cames (13) reçoit radialement à l'intérieur un engrenage du déphaseur d'arbre à cames (13) et possède deux côtés frontaux ouverts opposés, qui sont à chaque fois fermés par un couvercle d'étanchéité (36, 37), l'arbre à cames (12) traversant le couvercle d'étanchéité (37) disposé du côté tourné vers la culasse (33) et l'arbre de commande (14) traversant l'autre couvercle d'étanchéité (36).
- Entraînement d'arbre à cames selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (28) est réalisé d'une seule pièce avec l'élément d'entraînement (11).
