Claims (14)

  1. Procédé pour la fabrication de pièces moulées pour des meubles ou similaires avec une face frontale présentant au moins une cambrure et une face arrière plane en un bois et ou/en un substitut de bois, comportant les étapes de procédé,
    - que sur un panneau arrière (19) plan formant une face arrière, ont applique sous deux bords opposé de la cambrure un cadre (21) prédéfinissant la courbe de la cambrure,
    - qu'on remplit un espace intermédiaire restant dans le cadre (21) avec un nid d'abeilles (22) saillant hors du cadre (21) dans la hauteur pardessus le panneau arrière (19) et
    - qu'après l'application d'un panneau frontal (20) plan, par moulage par compression sous refoulement du nid d'abeilles (22) et déformation du panneau frontal (20), on forme la cambrure et on termine la pièce moulée (18).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moulage par compression s'effectue contre des listels (23, 24) du nid d'abeilles (22).
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le nid d'abeilles (22) est en un carton.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (16) est conçu en périphérie, sous les bords (7, 8, 11, 12) du panneau frontal.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le panneau arrière (15) présente une épaisseur constante.
  6. Pièce moulée, avec une face frontale présentant au moins une cambrure et une face arrière plane, fabriquée d'après le procédé selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par un panneau arrière (19) plan, avec un cadre (21) monté sous au moins deux bords opposés de la cambrure, prédéfinissant la courbe de la cambrure, dont l'espace intermédiaire restant est rempli par un nid d'abeilles (22) comprimé, que l'on recouvre par un panneau frontal (20) comprimé.
  7. Pièce moulée selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le panneau arrière saillit par rapport au cadre et/ou en ce que le panneau arrière (30) forme également une partie du cadre.
  8. Pièce moulée selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le cadre (21) et le panneau arrière (19) se terminent dans un plan extérieur (29) commun.
  9. Pièce moulée selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 6 à 8, pour deux parties frontales de meuble, cadres ou éléments de meubles similaires (2, 4) cambrés, caractérisée en ce que la pièce moulée est munie de deux côtés de raccordement (7, 8) posés à la verticale l'un sur l'autre, présentent le rayon concerné de la cambrure, lesquels rayons passent pardessus un côté visible (9) rectangulaire sur une vue en élévation dans une courbe commune d'une cambrure.
  10. Pièce moulée selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que, dans une vue en élévation sur le côté visible (9), la courbe commune se situe sur une diagonale.
  11. Pièce moulée selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce qu'on marque la courbe commune par une rainure (10).
  12. Pièce moulée selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes 6 à 11, caractérisée en ce que des surfaces côté visible et côté bordure sont fermées sans joints.
  13. Pièce moulée selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 6 à 12, caractérisée en ce qu'un décor des éléments de meubles raccordés présente une orientation et en ce que les orientations de deux parties de décors appliquées sur la pièce moulés sont placées l'une sur l'autre à la verticale.
  14. Pièce moulée selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes 9 à 13, caractérisée en ce que les parties de décor sont séparées par une rainure s'étendant à la verticale, marquant la courbe commune.
