Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Überdrucken bereits bedruckter Verpackungen, einem Vorgang, bei dem nicht mehr gewünschte Bereiche durch Aufdrucken eines Abdeckblocks maskiert werden und bei dem anschließend der Text, die Bemerkung oder das Motiv überdruckt werden, was so erfolgt, dass zunächst ein magnetisches Klischee mit Raster oder aus Stahl mit einer Befestigungsplatte vorbereitet wird, dass dieses Klischee, das mit Hilfe eines Zerstäubungs-Gravurgerätes graviert wird, die neuen Texte oder das neue Motiv enthält, welche durch Tamponprintdruck mit speziellen Tinten auf einen bereits existierenden, gekennzeichneten und bedruckten Teil einer Schachtel (15) aufgebracht werden, die anschließend getrocknet, geprüft und verpackt wird, gekennzeichnet dadurch,
dass es eine automatische Fertigungslinie verwendet, mit:• einer Entstapelungsvorrichtung (3), die zur automatischen Zuführung der Schachteln dient,• mindestens einem Druckkopf (1),• mindestens einen Trockentunnel (4),• mindestens einen Stapler zum Wiederaufstapeln (5),und dass die Entstapelungsvorrichtung (3) einen Käfig (12) und eine Platte (11) besitzt, wobei die Platte (11) zwischen dem Käfig (12) und dem Druckkopf (1) eine Hin- und Herbewegung derart ausführt, das das Bedrucken direkt auf der Entstapelungsvorrichtung (3) erfolgt. - Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Handhabung der genannten Schachteln durch ein Ansaugsystem und Saugnäpfe erfolgt.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass es zwei in Serie geschaltete, automatische Linien besitzt, wobei die eine zum Maskieren bzw. Abdecken des nicht mehr gewünschten Bereiches dient und die zweite Linie zum Überdrucken mit dem gewünschten Text, Hinweis und/oder Motiv.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der Druckkopf (1) auf Kreuztischen befestigt ist, die seine Bewegung in axialer und in Längsrichtung erlauben.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Platte (11) relativ steif ist, weil der Druckkopf (1) oder der Tampon eine Kraft von 200 Newton ausüben, gleichzeitig jedoch auch möglichst leicht sein soll, damit der Antriebsmotor sie in der gewünschten Zeit verfahren kann.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 5, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Schachtel (15) von einem Blech geschoben und von Saugnäpfen (13, 14) angesaugt wird, wobei die Saugnäpfe unter der Aufnahmeplatte (11) angeordnet sind, so dass der Tampon (1) auf der gesamten Oberfläche der Schachtel (15) drucken kann.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Aufnahmeplatte (11) mit mehreren Saugnäpfen unter der genannten Platte ausgestattet ist, wobei die ersten Saugnäpfe (13) rechteckig und die nachfolgenden Saugnäpfe (14) quadratisch sind.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der Druck, nachdem die Platte (11) richtig unter dem Druckkopf (1) positioniert wurde, mit Hilfe des Tampons durch die senkrechte Bewegung des Druckkopfs (1) erfolgt, wobei die Platte (11) nach dem Bedrucken der Schachtel (15) zurückfährt, die von den Saugnäpfen angesaugte Luft angehalten und umgekehrt wird, so dass die Schachtel (15) von der Platte (11) abhebt und durch Schwerkraftwirkung auf das Transportband (16) des Heiz- oder Trockentunnels (4) fällt.
