Abstract

Die Montagevorrichtung besitzt einen Montagerahmen (23), der zwei vertikale Tragelemente (13) für einen Spülkasten (8) und wenigstens eine Traverse (11, 12) aufweist und an dem der Sanitärapparat befestigbar ist. Der Montagerahmen (23) ist zwischen zwei parallelen und im Abstand zueinander angeordneten flächigen Seitenteilen (4) angeordnet und mit diesen Seitenteilen (4) verbunden. Mit diesen Seitenteilen (4) ist die Montagevorrichtung freitragend und ohne Abstützung an einem Gebäudeboden (3) an einer Gebäudewand (2) befestigbar. Der Montagerahmen (1) ist als Einheit montierbar und eignet sich insbesondere für die Installation eines WCs, eines Urinals oder eines Bidets.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Montagevorrichtung für einen Sanitärapparat und insbesondere ein WC, ein Urinal oder ein Bidet, mit einem Montagerahmen, der zwei vertikale Tragelemente und wenigstens eine Traverse aufweist und an dem der Sanitärapparat befestigbar ist.
  • Eine Montagevorrichtung dieser Art ist im Stand der Technik aus der EP 1 116 830 A des Anmelders bekannt geworden. Der Rahmen besteht aus zwei Traversen und zwei Seitenblechen, an denen ein Spülkasten befestigt ist. Die Seitenbleche sind Profile und mit den Traversen fest verbunden. Eine der Traversen dient zur Befestigung einer WC-Schüssel. Bei der Montage wird der Montagerahmen in ein Traggestell eingebaut, das aus vertikalen und horizontalen Profilstangen hergestellt ist und das an einer Gebäudewand und auf einem Gebäudeboden abgestützt ist. Bei der Montage wird zuerst das Traggestell aus den genannten Profilen hergestellt und an diesem Traggestell wird der Montagerahmen mit dem Spülkasten eingesetzt. Durch die Abstützung des Traggestells am Gebäudeboden und an der Gebäudewand kann die erforderliche Stabilität erreicht werden.
  • Durch die EP 1 245 748 A ist eine Montagevorrichtung bekannt geworden, die für die Vorwandinstallation ein Traggestell aufweist, das an einem Gebäudeboden und an einer Gebäudewand zu befestigen ist. Zur stabilen Abstützung des Traggestells am Gebäudeboden sind an einer Bodenschiene Fussstützen angebracht, die mit Befestigungswinkeln am Boden angeschraubt werden.
  • Durch die EP 0 317 550 ist ein Montagerahmen bekannt geworden, der zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Seitenteile aufweist, die mit Traversen miteinander verbunden sind. An diesen Seitenteilen ist direkt ein Spülkasten befestigt. Die Seitenteile und eine untere Traverse werden auf einem Gebäudeboden und an einer Gebäudewand befestigt, was die erforderliche Stabilität gewährleisten soll.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Montagevorrichtung zu schaffen, welche eine wandhängende und freitragende Montage, insbesondere eines WCs, eines Urinals oder eines Bidets ermöglicht. Die Montagevorrichtung soll trotzdem kostengünstig herstellbar sein.
  • Die Aufgabe ist gemäss Anspruch 1 dadurch gelöst, dass der Montagerahmen zwischen zwei parallelen und im Abstand zueinander angeordneten flächigen Seitenteilen angeordnet und mit diesen Seitenteilen verbunden ist und dass der Montagerahmen freitragend mit diesen Seitenteilen an einer Gebäudewand befestigbar ist. Die erfindungsgemässe Montagevorrichtung weist einen Montagerahmen auf, der zwischen zwei flächigen Seitenteilen angeordnet ist und mit diesen eine Einheit bildet. Mit diesen zwei Seitenteilen ist der Montagerahmen freitragend und somit ohne Bodenabstützung an einer Gebäudewand befestigbar. Die beiden Seitenteile und der Montagerahmen bilden eine Einheit, die eine sehr hohe Stabilität ergibt. Diese Einheit aus Seitenteilen und Montagerahmen kann deshalb direkt ohne Abstützung auf einem Gebäudeboden an einer Gebäudewand montiert werden.
  • Die Montagevorrichtung kann sehr kostengünstig aus Profilstangen und Profilblechen hergestellt werden. Sie bildet eine selbsttragende Einheit, die beispielsweise mit einem Spülkasten vormontiert werden kann. Es können weitgehend an sich bestehende Teile, wie beispielsweise Profilstangen und Profilbleche verwendet werden. Ein Beplanken, beispielsweise mit Gipskartonplatten und anderen Verkleidungsteilen, ist ohne weiteres möglich. Da die Montagevorrichtung nicht am Boden abgestützt werden muss, ergeben sich wesentliche architektonische Vorteile. Insbesondere ergibt sich eine hohe Bodenfreiheit für die Raumgestaltung und insbesondere Badgestaltung, für Renovationen oder für die Herstellung beispielsweise eines Fertigbodens. Vorteilhaft ist zudem, dass die Montagevorrichtung mit einem vergleichsweise kleinen Gewicht herstellbar ist und dass sich durch die Verwendung von ablängbaren Profilleisten eine günstige Lagerhaltung ergibt.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die beiden Seitenteile Leichtbau-Profilteile und insbesondere Blechprofile sind. Trotz einer wesentlichen Gewichtsersparnis ergibt sich eine hohe Stabilität.
  • Gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die beiden flächigen Seitenteile jeweils wenigstens einen hinteren und nach aussen ragenden Abbug zur Wandbefestigung aufweisen. Dadurch ergibt sich eine einfache und sichere Befestigung sowie eine besonders hohe Stabilität.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die Seitenteile einen oberen und/oder einen unteren Abbug aufweisen. Dadurch kann die Stabilität noch weiter erhöht werden.
  • Eine einfache Leitungsführung ist dann möglich, wenn gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung die Seitenteile jeweils Durchbrüche aufweisen.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die beiden flächigen Seitenteile jeweils mit einem vertikalen Profilstab mit dem Montagerahmen verbunden sind. Diese beiden Profilstäbe erhöhen zusätzlich die Stabilität und erlauben eine einfache und sichere Montage.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung besitzen die genannten vertikalen Profilstäbe jeweils in Längsrichtung verlaufende Nuten, die zur Befestigung der flächigen Seitenteile vorgesehen sind. Dies ermöglicht eine einfache und sichere Befestigung, beispielsweise und insbesondere mit Drehrastbolzen.
  • Die beiden flächigen Seitenteile sind insbesondere Blechprofile.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung sind am Montagerahmen Profilteile für eine Beplankung vorgesehen. Die Profilteile sind vorzugsweise Profilstangen, die jeweils in Längsrichtung verlaufende Nuten aufweisen.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Merkmale ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen, der nachfolgenden Beschreibung sowie der Zeichnung.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Die Montagevorrichtung 1 ist gemäss der Figur 1 für die Vorwandmontage einer hier nicht gezeigten WC-Schüssel an einer Gebäudewand 2 befestigt. Zwischen der Oberseite eines Gebäudebodens 3 und der Montagevorrichtung 1 besteht ein freier Zwischenraum 22, der für die Raumgestaltung eine Bodenfreiheit ergibt. Die Montagevorrichtung 1 ist somit lediglich an der Gebäudewand 2, jedoch nicht auf dem Gebäudeboden 3 abgestützt. Die Montagevorrichtung 1 bildet eine Montageeinheit und besitzt einen an sich bekannten Spülkasten 8 und insbesondere einen Unterputz-Spülkasten mit einer Revisionsöffnung 9, die in diesem Fall vorne frontseitig angeordnet ist. Denkbar ist aber auch eine Ausführung mit einer oben angeordneten Revisionsöffnung. Die Montagevorrichtung 1 kann aber für die Befestigung eines anderen Sanitärapparates, beispielsweise eines Urinals, eines Bidets oder einer Waschschüssel vorgesehen sein, der Spülkasten 8 ist somit nicht zwingend vorhanden.
  • Der Spülkasten 8 ist in einem Montagerahmen 23 befestigt, der zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Traversen 11 und 12 aufweist, welche zwei parallel zueinander angeordnete Seitenbleche 13 fest miteinander verbinden. Die beiden Seitenbleche 13 sind vorzugsweise Profilbleche und besitzen jeweils innenseitig eine Nut 24, die als Führungsmittel für den Montagerahmen 23 dienen. Der Spülkasten 8 ist in an sich bekannter Weise mit den beiden Seitenblechen 13 verbunden. Es wird hier zur Offenbarung auf die oben genannte EP 1 116 830 A verwiesen.
  • Die Traverse 12 dient für die Befestigung und für den Anschluss einer WC-Schüssel oder eines anderen Gerätes. Für den Anschluss eines Spülrohres 10 besitzt diese Traverse 12 mittig einen Durchbruch 25. An dieser Traverse 12 wird die WC-Schüssel beispielsweise mit hier nicht gezeigten Gewindestangen befestigt.
  • Die Traverse 11 ist unterhalb der Traverse 12 und im Abstand zu dieser am unteren Ende der Montagevorrichtung 1 angeordnet. Sie verbindet ebenfalls die beiden Seitenbleche 13 fest miteinander. Die Seitenbleche 13 können mit den Traversen 11 und 12 beispielsweise verschweisst oder verschraubt sein.
  • An der Aussenseite der beiden Seitenbleche 13 ist jeweils ein Profilstab 14 befestigt, der sich gemäss Figur 2 vorzugsweise über die ganze Höhe der Montagevorrichtung 1 erstreckt. Die Profilstäbe 14 sind im Querschnitt etwa quadratisch und besitzen an jeder Seite eine Nut 18, die als Schwalbenschwanznut ausgebildet ist. Solche Profilstäbe 14 sind an sich bekannt.
  • Wie die Figur 4 zeigt, besitzen die beiden Seitenbleche 13 aussenseitig jeweils eine Rippe 26, welche der Nut 24 entspricht und die in eine der Nuten 18 des Profilstabes 14 eingesetzt ist. Die Rippe 26 und die Nut 18 bilden zusammenwirkende Führungsmittel. Zur Befestigung der Profilstäbe 14 an den Seitenblechen 13 sind Drehrastverbinder vorgesehen, die gemäss Figur 5 jeweils einen Nutenstein 20 und eine Mutter 21 aufweisen.
  • Der Nutenstein 20 wird in die Nut 18 eingesetzt und verdreht sich beim Festziehen der Mutter 21 in der Nut 18 so, dass er in dieser verrastet wird. Es sind hier aber auch andere Verbindungsmittel denkbar. Denkbar sind zudem auch Profilstäbe 14, die ein anderes Profil besitzen.
  • Die Profilstäbe 14 sind jeweils innenseitig an einem flächigen Seitenteil 4 befestigt. Die Befestigung erfolgt vorzugsweise wiederum mit einem Drehrastverbinder gemäss Figur 5. Vorzugsweise sind die Seitenteile 4 jeweils mit mehreren im Abstand zueinander angeordneten Drehrastverbindern an einem Profilstab 14 befestigt. Die Seitenteile 4 besitzen jeweils gemäss Figur 1 Führungsteile 27, die jeweils in eine Nut 18 eines Profilstabes 14 eingreifen. Die Führungsteile 27 sind beispielsweise Prägungen der Seitenteile 4, die jeweils an der Innenseite vorragen. Die Seitenteile 4 können dadurch einfach und genau an den Profilstäben 14 ausgerichtet und mit diesen verbunden werden.
  • Die Anordnung gemäss Figur 4, bei welcher ein Profilstab 14 mit einem Seitenteil 4 und einem Seitenblech 13 verbunden ist, ergibt eine besonders hohe Stabilität. Frontseitig sind die Seitenteile 4, die Profilstäbe 14 und die Traversen 11 und 12 bündig und ergeben eine ebene Frontseite 28, die beplankt werden kann.
  • Die beiden flächigen Seitenteile 4 sind vorzugsweise Profilbleche, die jeweils einen hinteren und nach aussen ragenden Abbug 5, einen unteren Abbug 19 sowie einen oberen Abbug 29 aufweisen. Der Abbug 5 besitzt mehrere Bohrungen und/oder Schlitze 30 zur Aufnahme von hier nicht gezeigten Befestigungsschrauben, mit denen die flächigen Seitenteile 4 an der Gebäudewand 2 befestigbar sind. Für die Leitungsdurchführung weisen die flächigen Seitenteile 4 zudem eine untere Öffnung 6 und eine obere Öffnung 7 auf.
  • Für die Beplankung sind zwei obere Profilstäbe 15 vorgesehen, die ebenfalls mit Drehrastverbindern gemäss Figur 5 an den beiden Abbugen 29 befestigt sind. Zudem ist ein unterer Profilstab 16 vorgesehen, der ebenfalls vorzugsweise mit Drehrastverbindern an den beiden flächigen Seitenteilen 4 befestigt ist. Der Profilstab 16 ist im Abstand zur Gebäudewand 2 und ebenfalls im Abstand zum Gebäudeboden 3 sowie bündig zur Fläche 28 angeordnet. Auch nach einer Beplankung ist vorzugsweise der genannte Zwischenraum 22 vorhanden.
  • Der konstruktiv besonders stabile Aufbau der Montagevorrichtung 1 aus dem Montagerahmen 23, den beiden Profilstäben 14 und den flächigen Seitenteile 4 ermöglicht die genannte freitragende Befestigung an der Gebäudewand 2. Die Krafteinleitung erfolgt über die Traverse 12 auf die beiden Seitenbleche 13 und von diesen über die beiden Profilstangen 14 auf die flächigen Seitenteile 4 und schliesslich auf die Gebäudewand 2. Die Montagevorrichtung 1 bildet somit eine selbsttragende Einheit, die ohne Abstützung am Gebäudeboden 3 eine vergleichsweise hohe Belastung ermöglicht. Die Montagevorrichtung 1 kann aus vergleichsweise einfachen leichten und robusten Teilen hergestellt werden. Diese Einzelteile lassen sich beispielsweise mit Drehrastverbindern sehr einfach und trotzdem stabil miteinander verbinden.

Claims (13)

  1. Montagevorrichtung für einen Sanitärapparat und insbesondere ein WC, ein Urinal oder ein Bidet, mit einem Montagerahmen (23), der zwei vertikale Tragelemente (13) und wenigstens eine Traverse (11, 12) aufweist und an dem der Sanitärapparat befestigbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montagerahmen (23) zwischen zwei parallelen und im Abstand zueinander angeordneten flächigen Seitenteilen (4) angeordnet und mit diesen Seitenteilen (4) verbunden ist und dass der Montagerahmen (23) freitragend mit diesen Seitenteilen (4) an einer Gebäudewand (2) befestigbar ist.
  2. Montagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden flächigen Seitenteile (4) Leichtbauprofilteile und vorzugsweise Blechteile sind.
  3. Montagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flächigen Seitenteile (4) jeweils wenigstens einen hinteren Abbug (5) zur Wandbefestigung aufweisen.
  4. Montagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden flächigen Seitenteile (4) einen oberen und/oder einen unteren Abbug (19, 29) aufweisen.
  5. Montagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden flächigen Seitenteile (4) jeweils Durchbrüche (6, 7) für eine Leitungsdurchführung aufweisen.
  6. Montagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden flächigen Seitenteile (4) jeweils mit einem vertikalen Profilstab (14) mit dem Montagerahmen (23) verbunden sind.
  7. Montagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden vertikalen Profilstäbe (14) jeweils in Längsrichtung verlaufende Nuten (18) aufweisen, die zur Befestigung der Seitenteile (4) vorgesehen sind.
  8. Montagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flächigen Seitenteile (4) Führungsmittel (27) aufweisen, die jeweils in eine Nut (18) eines Profilstabes (14) eingreifen.
  9. Montagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenteile (4) und/oder der Montagerahmen (23) mit Drehrastverbindern (20) an den Profilstäben (14) befestigt sind.
  10. Montagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass weitere Profilstäbe (15, 16) für eine Beplankung der Montagevorrichtung vorgesehen sind.
  11. Montagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine vormontierte Einheit bildet und beispielsweise einen vormontierten Spülkasten (8) aufweist.
  12. Montagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montagerahmen (23) wenigstens zwei Traversen (11, 12) aufweist, die zwei parallel zueinander verlaufende Seitenbleche (13) miteinander verbinden.
  13. Montagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Seitenteile (4) zwei vertikale Profilstäbe (14) und wenigstens eine Traverse (12) bezüglich einer Frontseite (28) bündig angeordnet sind.
