Claims (9)
- Dispositif d'ébarbage d'une pièce (10) comprenant au moins un outil (30) à soies monté tournant autour d'un axe (R) de rotation et ayant une plaque (32) de support dans laquelle est maintenu au moins un pinceau (31) de soies, et un disque (33) de guidage disposé à distance et solidaire en rotation de la plaque (32) de support, (10) par lequel le au moins un pinceau (31) de soies est guidé avec ses soies sortant librement, la plaque (32) de support étant montée coulissante le long de l'axe (R) de rotation par rapport au disque (33) de guidage,
caractérisé en ce qu'un premier chariot (40) portant le disque (33) de guidage et un deuxième chariot (50) portant la plaque (32) de support sont déplaçables le long d'un premier et d'un deuxième guidage (41,51) de chariot, le deuxième chariot (50) pouvant se déplacer indépendamment du premier chariot (40) mais pouvant être entraîné par celui-ci. - Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'outil (30) à soies est monté coulissant le long de l'axe (R) de rotation par rapport à la pièce (10) à ébarber.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens (43) de butée, à l'aide desquels le disque (33) de guidage peut être maintenu à une distance (B) définie de la pièce (10) à ébarber. - Dispositif suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (43) de butée sont disposés de manière réglable.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le disque (33) de guidage est solidaire en rotation d'un arbre (42), d'entraînement monté tournant dans le premier chariot (40), en ce que la plaque (32) de support est solidaire en rotation d'un flasque (52) de réception montée tournante dans le deuxième chariot (50), bride qui peut se déplacer le long de l'arbre (42) d'entraînement la traversant, mais qui en est solidaire en rotation.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième chariot (50) porte un groupe d'entraînement, au moyen duquel l'arbre (42) d'entraînement peut être mis en rotation autour de l'axe (R) de rotation.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le groupe d'entraînement comporte un moteur (54), une transmission (55) et un arbre (56) dans lequel passe l'arbre (42) d'entraînement.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une clavette (60) pour solidariser en rotation l'arbre (42) d'entraînement et l'arbre (56) ainsi que le flasque (52) de réception.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un système (70) de canalisation pour l'apport de fluide (K/S) de refroidissement et/ou de lubrification au au moins un pinceau (31) de soies, canal qui passe au moins en partie dans l'arbre (42) d'entraînement et dans le disque (33) de guidage.
