Claims (9)
- Elément de bâtiment avec protection contre le feu, en particulier sous la forme d'une porte coupe-feu, d'une fenêtre coupe-feu ou d'un mur coupe-feu, avec un châssis composé d'une coque extérieure métallique (1), d'une coque intérieure (2) ainsi que d'une coque médiane (3), dans lequel la coque extérieure (1) et la coque intérieure (2) sont respectivement reliées à la coque médiane (3) au moyen d'éléments isolants (4), ainsi qu'avec un élément de panneau (5) maintenu de façon étanche dans le châssis, de préférence entre la coque extérieure (1) et la coque intérieure (2), dans lequel la coque extérieure (1), la coque médiane (3) ainsi que la coque intérieure (2) sont assemblées l'une à l'autre au moyen d'un élément de jonction des coques résistant au feu (6) qui est assemblé par complémentarité de forme et/ou de force à chacune des coques (1, 2, 3), caractérisé en ce que les éléments isolants se présentent sous la forme d'entretoises; en ce que l'élément de jonction des coques (6) est formé à partir d'un matériau plat, dans lequel un creux en forme de moulure (7) est enfoncé en vue de l'assemblage par complémentarité de forme avec la coque médiane (3); en ce que le creux en forme de moulure (7) est doté en son milieu d'une découpe libre (9); et en ce qu'une patte de fixation (10) est saillante à partir d'un bord de la découpe libre (9) au-dessus du creux en forme de moulure (7).
- Elément de bâtiment selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de jonction des coques (6) est muni, sur son bord orienté vers la coque intérieure (2), d'un bord (11) replié en forme de crochet s'accrochant à une aile profilée (12) saillante vers l'intérieur perpendiculairement au châssis (2).
- Elément de bâtiment selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de jonction des coques (6) est muni, sur son bord orienté vers la coque extérieure (1), d'au moins une lamelle de retenue (13) orientée vers l'élément de panneau (5) ainsi que d'une patte de raccordement (14) en vue de la fixation de l'élément de jonction des coques (6) à la coque extérieure (1).
- Elément de bâtiment selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la patte de raccordement (14) est disposée au milieu entre les lamelles de retenue (13) et est dégagée de celles-ci par découpage.
- Elément de bâtiment selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la patte de raccordement (14) est percée d'un trou destiné à une vis de fixation (15).
- Elément de bâtiment selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le bord replié destiné à recevoir l'élément de panneau (5) est garni d'une bande de mousse (16), qui recouvre l'élément de jonction des coques (6).
- Elément de bâtiment selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, pour la fixation de l'élément de panneau (5) du côté intérieur, un profilé coudé (17) qui est relié à la patte de fixation (10).
- Elément de bâtiment selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que des éléments rapportés en mousse sont disposés dans les chambres formées par les entretoises isolantes (4).
- Elément de bâtiment selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que des éléments en mousse profilés (20) sont disposés à proximité de joints de butée (21) destinés à l'étanchéité mutuelle du châssis dans la région du bord replié.
