Claims (13)

  1. Positioniervorrichtung für ein Förderband, das in Wärmebehandlungsmaschinen von Fäden läuft, umfassend einen im Wesentlichen unter Druck stehenden Innenraum (1), der von einem Förderband (2) durchquert wird und an jedem Ende durch einen Abdichtkopf verschlossen ist, der auf ein Gestell oder eine bewegliche Tür (3) montiert ist, das mit dem unter Druck stehenden Innenraum (1) über einen Balg (4) verbunden ist, wobei jeder Abdichtkopf ein Paar übereinander angeordnete horizontale Walzen (5, 6) aufweist, die gegen die entgegen gesetzten Seiten des Förderbands (2) gedrückt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Positioniermittel (8) und ein Positionskontrollmittel (9) aufweist, die auf eine sehr kurze Zone in unmittelbarer Nähe jedes Abdichtkopfes einwirken und weiterhin dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Positionskontrollmittel (9) mindestens einen Positionsfühler Umfasst, der nahe mindestens einem Rand des Förderbands (2) in der Nähe der übereinander gelagerten horizontalen Walzen (5 und 6) des Abdichtkopfs angeordnet ist, wobei dieser Fühler ein analoger Proportionalfühler ist, der mit einem Rechenmittel (13) verbunden ist, das ein Korrektursignal zu einem Servowandler (14) zum Steuern eines Antriebsmotors (15) des Stellantriebs (11) liefert, der das Positioniermittel (8) des Gestells oder der beweglichen Tür (3) bildet.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Positioniermittel (8) eine Achse (10) zum Schwenken des Gestells oder der beweglichen Tür (3) umfasst, die direkt mit dem Gestell oder der beweglichen Tür (3) verbunden ist, sowie einen Stellantrieb (11) zum Schwenken des Gestells oder der beweglichen Tür (3).
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stellantrieb (11) auf das Gestell oder die bewegliche Tür (3) über ein Gestänge (12) einwirkt, das zwischen dem Rand des Gestells oder der beweglichen Tür (3) und dem Stellantrieb (11) angeordnet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stellantrieb (11) von einer Hubspindel gebildet wird.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fühler, der das Positionskontrollmittel (9) bildet, ein optischer Fühler ist, der sich zu beiden Seiten eines Rands des Förderbands (2) erstreckt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fühler, der das Positionskontrollmittel (9) bildet, ein pneumatischer, mit Foucauldschem Strom oder mit Taster Fühler ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Positionskontrollmittel (9) auch eine Sicherheitseinrichtung umfasst, welche Detektionszellen (16) aufweist, die sich seitlich zu beiden Seiten des Förderbands (2) stromaufwärts oder stromabwärts des Fühlers erstrecken, der das Positionskontrollmittel (9) bildet, wobei diese Detektionszellen (16) des gleichen Typs wie dieses Letztere sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rechenmittel (13) der Positioniermittel (8) und Positionskontrollmittel (9), die die Abdichtköpfe der zwei Enden der Wärmebehandlungsmaschinen für Fäden ausstatten, untereinander verbunden sind, und dass die Positioniermittel (8) des Gestells oder der beweglichen Tür (3) umgekehrt angeordnet sind, um eine Verschiebung mit gleicher Richtung für die zwei Abdichtköpfe herzustellen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stellantrieb zum Schwenken des Gestells oder der beweglichen Tür (3) direkt auf das Gestell oder die bewegliche Tür (3) einwirkt und Zahnsegment (17) aufweist, das fest an einem Ende mit dem Gestell oder der beweglichen Tür (3) verbunden ist, und ein Ritzel (18) aufweist, das in das Zahnsegment (17) eingreift und von einem Schrittmotor (19) angetrieben wird, der über einen Servowandler (14) gesteuert wird.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stellantrieb zum Schwenken des Gestells oder der beweglichen Tür (3) direkt auf das Gestell oder die bewegliche Tür (3) einwirkt und ein Zahnsegment (17) aufweist, das an einem Ende fest mit dem Gestell oder der beweglichen Tür (3) verbunden ist, und eine Zahnstange (20) aufweist, die in das Zahnsegment (17) eingreift und von einer Hubspindel (21) angetrieben wird, deren Motor (22) über den Servowandler (14) gesteuert wird.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Positioniermittel (8) jedes Abdichtkopfes direkt die horizontalen Walzen (5, 6) der Abdichtköpfe umfasst, wobei mindestens eine dieser Walzen durch einzelne Steuerung von Stellantrieben (23) zum Beaufschlagen mit Druck der Enden dieser Walzen an ihren Enden unterschiedliche Druckanlegungen auf das Förderband (2) aufweist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positioniervorrichtung (7) von einer Einheit gebildet wird, die ein einziges Positionierungsmittel aufweist, das im Inneren des Innenraumes (1) der Wärmebehandlungsmaschine für Fäden angeordnet ist, und Positionskontrollmittel (9), die in unmittelbarer Nähe jedes Abdichtkopfes angeordnet sind.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das alleinige Positioniermittel (7) in Form von zwei Walzen (5', 6') ausgelegt ist, die im Inneren des Behandlungsinnenraumes (1) im Wesentlichen in dessen Mitte angeordnet und zu beiden Seiten gegen das Förderband (2) wie die horizontalen Walzen (5 und 6) der Abdichtköpfe gedrückt sind, wobei das Drücken der Enden dieser Walzen (5', 6') in Richtung zum Förderband (2) unabhängig und gesteuert mittels Stellantrieben (23') erfolgt.
