Description

WIEDERVERSCHLIESSBARER SCHLAUCHBEUTEL UND ZUSCHMITT DAFÜR
B e s c h r e i b u n g
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Zuschnitt zum Herstellen einer Verpackung nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 sowie eine Verpackung, die mittels eines solchen Zuschnitts hergestellt ist, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 3.
Derartige Zuschnitte zum Herstellen von Verpackungen werden benötigt, um insbe¬ sondere Schlauchbeutel herzustellen. Solche Zuschnitte weisen in aller Regel Längs¬ und Quersiegelränder auf, die mit einem siegelfähigen Medium versehen sind. Mittels des siegelfähigen Mediums werden die Längs- bzw. die Quersiegelränder so miteinander versiegelt, daß ein Schlauchbeutel oder eine ähnlich geartete Ver- packung entsteht. Problematisch bei diesen Verpackungen bzw. Behältern ist die
Tatsache, daß die Längs- und Quersiegelränder eine sehr innige Verbindung aufwei¬ sen und sich ohne Zuhilfenahme einer Lasche oder eines anderen Griffbereichs nicht voneinander trennen, also nicht öffnen, lassen. Ein gewaltsames Öffnen, das auf¬ grund der hohen Siegelstärke notwendig ist, führt in der Folge oft zu einer völligen Zerstörung der Verpackung mit einem damit einhergehenden Verlust des Ver¬ packungsinhaltes.
Ein weiterer Nachteil dieser bisherigen Verpackungen besteht in der Notwendigkeit einer Grifflasche, ohne die ein Lösen der versiegelten Längs- bzw. Quersiegelränder überhaupt nicht möglich ist. Dies führt jedoch wiederum zu einem erhöhtem Mate¬ rialbedarf. Ein Wiederverschließen dieser bisher bekannten Verpackungen ist, insbesondere unter dem Gesichtspunkt eines erneuten leichten Öffnens, überhaupt nicht möglich.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, einen Zuschnitt zum Herstellen einer Ver- packung zur Verfügung zu stellen, der die oben genannten Probleme löst und mit dem die Herstellung einer Verpackung möglich ist, die sich zum einen sicher versie¬ geln, aber auch problemlos öffnen läßt und darüber hinaus wieder verschließbar ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch einen Zuschnitt gemäß Patentanspruch 1 sowie durch eine Verpackung gemäß Patentanspruch 3 gelöst.
Insbesondere wird die Aufgabe durch einen Zuschnitt zum Herstellen einer Ver¬ packung mit Längs- und einem Quersiegelrand gelöst, wobei der Zuschnitt recht- eckförmig ausgebildet ist und die Siegelränder sich jeweils unmittelbar oder zumin- dest sehr nahe am äußeren Umfang des Zuschnitts erstrecken, derart, daß beim Falten des Zuschnitts um eine sich parallel zum Quersiegelrand erstreckende Falt¬ linie dieser mit dem gegenüberliegenden siegelfreien Rand des Zuschnitts unter Ausbildung eines fin-seals verbindbar ist.
Ein wesentlicher Gedanke der Erfindung besteht darin, daß ein siegelfreier Rand vorgesehen ist, gegen den ein siegelfähiger Rand, der beispielsweise mit einer Kle¬ beschicht versehen ist, gesiegelt wird. Diese Siegelung ist erfindungsgemäß als fin- sea! ausgebildet, wobei sich die Klebebeschichtung, durch die die Siegelung bewirkt wird, bis unmittelbar oder zumindest sehr nahe an den äußeren Umfang des Zu- Schnitts erstreckt.
Erfindungsgemäß ist lediglich ein sehr kleiner Bereich nahe des äußeren Umfangs des Quersiegelrands kleberfrei ausgebildet, der zum Öffnen der Verpackung um¬ knickbar und greifbar ausgebildet ist.
Somit siegelt die Innenseite eines mit Klebemittel versehenen Quersiegelrands gegen die Innenseite eines Verpackungsfolienzuschnitts. Dies stellt einen weiteren wesentlichen Punkt der Erfindung dar, weil durch die Siegelung eines Kleberbalkens mit der Innenseite der Verpackungszuschnittfolie eine Reduzierung der Siegel¬ nahtfestigkeit erreichbar ist, die ein leichtes Öffnen der Verpackung ermöglicht.
Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist an wenigstens einem Eckbereich zwischen Quer- und Längssiegelrand eine siegelfreie Griffecke definiert. Ein solcher Griffbereich kann im Rahmen dieser Erfindung jedoch auch an einer beliebigen Stelle entlang des Quersiegelrands vorgesehen sein. Vorteilhafterweise ermöglicht die siegelfreie Griffecke eine weitere Erleichterung bei der Öffnung der erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung, da diese die Angriffsmöglichkeit vorteilhafterweise weiter vergrößert, ohne gleichzeitig einen vergrößerten Zuschnitt zum Herstellen der Verpackung zu erfordern, wie dies gemäß dem Stand der Technik notwendig ist.
Wie vorerwähnt, wird des weiteren die erfindungsgemäße Aufgabe mit einer Ver¬ packung gelöst, die mit einem vorgenanntem Zuschnitt hergestellt ist, wobei der Zuschnitt um eine sich parallel zum Quersiegelrand erstreckende Faltlinie gefaltet ist, derart, daß dieser Rand mit dem gegenüberliegenden siegelfreien Rand unter Ausbildung eines fin-seals verbunden ist, wobei nach einem Öffnen des fin-seals die Verpackung unter Ausbildung eines lap-seals wieder verschließbar ist.
In äußerst einfacher Weise wird bei dem Wiederverschließen der siegelfreie Rand, der zuvor als Teil der fin-seal-Versiegelung ausgebildet war, flach und im wesentli¬ chen parallel mit dem Längssiegelrand gestreckt angeordnet und anschließend mit dem mit Kleber versehenen Quersiegelrand überdeckt, so daß der Kleber, der an der Innenseite des Quersiegelrandes vorgesehen ist, mit der Außenseite der Folie sie- gelt. Da bei diesem Wiederverschließen wiederum der Kleber gegen die Folie siegelt, ist ein erneutes Öffnen der Verpackung ebenfalls leicht möglich, da die Siegelnaht¬ festigkeit hier ebenso reduziert ist, wie bei der vorgenannten fin-seal-Versiegelung.
Ein Aufreißen der Längssiegelränder ist nicht zu befürchten, da diese mit Kleber gegen Kleber siegeln und somit eine erhöhte Festigkeit zur Verfügung stellen.
Ein Vorteil der Erfindung besteht ebenfalls darin, daß das verpackte Produkt nur mit einer nicht beschichteten Seite des die Verpackung bildenden Zuschnitts in Berü¬ hrung kommt und somit eine Verunreinigung des Produkts nicht zu befürchten ist. Somit besteht ein weiterer Vorteil dieser Lösung darin, daß auf die Positionierung der Folie während des Wiederverschließens keine Rücksicht genommen werden muß, da der Kleber gegen die Außenseite haftet, was wiederum bedeutet, daß die ge¬ samte Fläche der Außenseite als Angriffsfläche für die mit Kleber versehene Innen- seite des Quersiegelrandes dienen kann.
Weitere Ausführungsformen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand von Ausführungsbeispϊelen beschrieben, die anhand der Abbildungen näher erläutert werden. Hierbei zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine schematische Darstellung eines erfindungsgemäßen Zuschnitts;
Fig. 2 eine schematische Darstellung einer weiteren Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemäßen Zuschnitts;
Fig. 3 eine schematϊsche Darstellung einer verschlossenen erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung; und
Fig. 4 eine schematische Darstellung einer wiederverschlossenen erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung.
In der nachfolgenden Beschreibung werden für gleiche und gleich wirkende Teile dieselben Bezugsziffern verwendet.
Die Fig. 1 zeigt eine schematische Darstellung eines erfindungsgemäßen Zuschnitts 10 mit zwei Längssiegelrändern 20 und einem Quersiegelrand 30 sowie einem sie¬ gelfreien Rand 50. Der schattierte Bereich deutet ein Siegelmedium, wie beispiels¬ weise einen Kleber, an. Zur Herstellung einer erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung wird' der Zuschnitt 10 um die sich parallel zum Quersiegelrand 30 erstreckende Faltlinie 40 gefaltet, so daß die mit Kleber beschichteten und sich zugeordneten Schnitte der Längssiegelränder 20 miteinander in Kontakt kommen und fest verkleben, während der Quersiegelrand 30 mit dem siegelfreien Rand 50 der Folie zur Ausbildung einer geschwächten Siegelnaht verklebt. Fig. 2 zeigt eine schematϊsche Darstellung einer weiteren Äusführungsform eines erfindungsgemäßen Zuschnitts, der in zwei Eckbereichen 60 zwischen dem Quer¬ siegelrand 30 und den beiden benachbarten Längssiegelrändern 20 jeweils eine sϊegelfreie Griffecke 60 aufweist. Im übrigen entspricht diese Ausführungsform derjenigen aus Fig. 1.
Fig. 3 zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Verpackung, die mittels eines fin-seals 70 geschlossen ist. Hierbei siegelt eine mit Kleber versehene Innenseite des Quersie¬ gelrandes gegen die Innenseite des siegelfreien Randes 50 der Verpackungsfolie.
In Fig. 4 ist dargestellt, daß der siegelfreie Rand 50 gestreckt über einem Ver¬ packungsgut angeordnet ist und sich die mit Kleber versehene Innenseite des Quer¬ siegelrandes außenseitig über die Außenseite des siegelfreien Randes 50 der Ver¬ packungsfolie erstreckt. Zur Verdeutlichung, wo sich der Kleber an der Innenseite des Quersiegelrandes 30 befindet, wurde zwischen der Außenseite des siegelfreien Randes 50 der Verpackungsfolie und dem Kleber eine kleine Lücke gelassen. Diese ist nach einem Verschließen der Verpackung selbstverständlich dicht verschlossen und dient in der schematischen Darstellung lediglich der Übersichtlichkeit.
Gemäß den Figuren 1 bis 4 ist zu erkennen, daß sich das Siegelmedium bis unmit¬ telbar bzw. sehr nahe an den äußeren Umfang des Zuschnitts erstreckt, so daß lediglich ein kleiner Griffbereich verbleibt, so daß vorteilhafterweise eine nach dem Stand der Technik notwendige Lasche zum Aufreißen der Verpackung erfindungs¬ gemäß unnötig ist.
An dieser Stelle sei darauf hingewiesen, daß alle oben beschriebenen Teile für sich alleine gesehen und in jeder Kombination, insbesondere die in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Details als erfindungswesentlich beansprucht werden. Abänderungen hiervon sind dem Fachmann geläufig.

Claims

1. Zuschnitt (10) zum Herstellen einer Verpackung, mit Längs(20)~ und einem Quersiegelrand (30), dadurch gekennzeich net, daß der Zuschnitt (10) rechteckförmig ausgebildet ist und die Siegelränder (20, 30) sich jeweils unmittelbar oder zumindest sehr nahe am äußeren Umfang des Zuschnitts erstrecken, derart, daß beim Falten des Zuschnitts um eine sich parallel zum Quersiegeirand (30) erstreckende Faltlinie (40) dieser mit dem gegenüberliegenden siegelfreien Rand (50) des Zuschnitts unter Ausbildung eines fin-seals (70) verbindbar ist.
2. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 1, dad urch gekennzeich net, da ß an wenigstens einem Eckbereich zwischen Quer- und Längssiegelrand (20, 30) eine siegelfreie Griffecke (60) definiert ist.
3. Verpackung, hergestellt mittels eines Zuschnitts gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, d ad urch geken nzeich net, daß der Zuschnitt (10) um eine sich parallel zum Quersiegelrand (30) erstreckende Faltlinie (40) gefaltet ist, derart, daß dieser Rand mit dem gegenüberliegenden siegelfreien Rand (50) unter Ausbildung eines fin-seals verbunden ist, wobei nach Öffnen des fin-seals (70) die Verpackung unter Ausbildung eines lap-seals (80) wieder verschließbar ist.
