Claims (12)

  1. Trommelkonstruktion zur Behandlung biegsamer blattähnlicher Produkte, wie z. B. Leder, Häute, Gewebe und Garne, mit einem Behälter (2), der eine Seitenwand (4) aufweist mit einem vorbestimmten äußeren Durchmesser (D) und mit einer Längsachse (O), einem Paar im wesentlichen ebener und sich gegenseitig gegenüber liegender Endwände (5, 6), einem Tragrahmen (3), der am Boden befestigbar ist, auf dem der Behälter (2) drehbar montiert ist zur Drehung um seine Längsachse (O), wobei der Behälter (2), der auf dem Rahmen (3) montiert ist, eine vorbestimmte maximale Höhe (H1) vom Boden hat bei normaler Betriebsbedingung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Trägereinrichtungen (8) aufweist, die in der Höhe einstellbar sind, um den Behälter (2) von einer angehobenen Position (P1), die der normalen Betriebsbedingung entspricht, derart in eine abgesenkte Position (P2), bei der im wesentlichen der Boden in Anlage (S) ist, zu bewegen, dass der vertikale Umfang reduziert ist und um den Transport der Trommelkonstruktion (1) zu vereinfachen.
  2. Trommelkonstruktion gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die maximale Höhe vom Boden (H2) des Behälters (2) in der abgesenkten Position (P2) nahe dem äußeren Durchmesser (D) des Behälters (2) ist.
  3. Trommelkonstruktion gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einstellbaren Trägereinrichtungen (8) ein Paar Endträger (9, 10) aufweisen zum Halten von jeweiligen Naben (11, 12), die mit den Endwänden (5, 6) des Behälters (2) verbunden sind.
  4. Trommelkonstruktion gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Träger (9, 10) an dem Rahmen (3) zumindest auf einem ersten Niveau (K1) befestigbar ist, das der angehobenen Position (P1) des Behälters (2) entspricht.
  5. Trommelkonstruktion gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endträger (9, 10) Gehäuse (13, 14) für Lager (15, 16) aufweisen, die geeignet sind zum Halten der Naben (11, 12).
  6. Trommelkonstruktion gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragrahmen (3) ein Paar im wesentlichen rechteckig geformter Schlitze (19), 20) aufweist, die diese Träger (9, 10) aufnehmen.
  7. Trommelkonstruktion gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Schlitze (19, 20) mit einer Verankerungseinrichtung (21, 22) versehen ist, um den jeweiligen Träger (9, 10) jeweils in dem angehobenen Niveau (K1) und einem abgesenkten Niveau (K2) aufhebbar zu verriegeln.
  8. Trommelkonstruktion gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verankerungseinrichtung eine erste Klammer (21) aufweist, die beweglich in einen jeweiligen Schlitz (19) passt und darin befestigbar ist mittels lösbarer Verriegelungseinrichtungen, um einen Träger (9, 10) in dem angehobenen Niveau (K1) aufhebbar zu befestigen.
  9. Trommelkonstruktion gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verankerungseinrichtung zudem eine zweite Klammer (22) aufweist, die in den jeweiligen Schlitz (19, 20) eingepasst ist und darin befestigt ist, um einen Träger (9, 10) in dem abgesenkten Niveau (K2) aufhebbar zu verriegeln.
  10. Trommelkonstruktion gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verankerungseinrichtungen (21, 22) in der Höhe einstellbar sind, um die Trommel an die Transport- und Einbaubedingungen anzupassen.
  11. Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Trommelkonstruktion zur Behandlung biegsamer blattähnlicher Produkte, wie z. B. Leder, Häute, Gewebe und Garne gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die folgenden Schritte für Kompaktheit vorgesehen sind:
    a) Schleudern des Behälters (2), um ihn in seiner angehobenen Position (P1) zu halten, die der normalen Betriebsbedingung entspricht,
    b) Einstellen der einstellbaren Trägereinrichtungen (8) von ihrem oberen Niveau (K1) zu ihrem unteren Niveau (K2) derart, dass der Behälter (2) in eine Position (S), in der er wesentlich mit dem Boden in Anlage kommt, bewegt wird, um ihn dadurch kompakt zu formen, dass der vertikale Umfang der Trommel vermindert und sein Transport erleichtert wird,
    c) Verriegeln der einstellbaren Trägereinrichtungen (8) in ihrem abgesenkten Niveau (K2), um den Transport bei sicheren Bedingungen durchführen zu können.
  12. Verfahren zum Betrieb gemäß Anspruch 11 mit den Schritten zum Wiederherstellen der Trommelkonstruktion aus dem Transportzustand nach Vervollständigung von dessen Positionierung in dem Installationssitz zu dem normalen Betriebszustand:
    d) Schleudern des Behälters (2), um ihn in seiner abgesenkten Position (P2) zu halten, die dem Transportzustand entspricht,
    e) Entriegeln der einstellbaren Trägereinrichtungen (8) und deren Anpassen an ihr oberes Niveau (K1),
    f) Verriegeln der einstellbaren Trägereinrichtungen (8) in diesem angehobenen Niveau (K1), das wahlweise angepasst ist an die Bedingungen des Installationssitzes und Wiederherstellen der Trommelkonstruktion in ihren normalen Betriebszustand.
