Claims (8)
- Unité de stockage (1) apte au stockage de matières pour un procédé de moulage destiné à la fabrication de raisins de bâtons à lèvres, l'unité de stockage (1) possédant les caractéristiques suivantes :- une cuve (2) pour entreposer la matière à mouler, la cuve (2) comportant un carter (3),- un dispositif de chauffage (4) pour chauffer la matière à mouler, le dispositif de chauffage (4) étant disposé dans le carter (3) de la cuve (2), et- un dispositif de mélangeage (5) pour mélanger la matière chauffée présente dans la cuve (2)caractérisée en ce que
l'unité de stockage (1) comporte un dispositif de distribution (6) pour prélever la matière chauffée sur la cuve (2), le dispositif de distribution (6) comportant des buses de dosage qui, lors de l'opération de remplissage, peuvent être introduites dans des moules correspondants afin de les emplir directement, et
l'unité de stockage (1) comporte un dispositif de fixation (7) pour la fixation détachable de l'unité de stockage (1) à un dispositif de moulage (20) afin de mouler des matières. - Unité de stockage (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de stockage (1) comporte au moins un contact (8) permettant d'alimenter en courant au moins le dispositif de chauffage (4) ou le dispositif de mélangeage (5).
- Unité de stockage (1) selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la cuve (2) comporte un couvercle (9).
- Système de moulage comprenant un dispositif de moulage (20) pour mouler des matières à l'aide d'un moule, le dispositif de moulage (20) comprenant un dispositif de fixation (21), pour la fixation détachable d'une unité de stockage (1), et une unité de stockage (1) selon une des revendications 1 à 3.
- Système de moulage selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de moulage (20) comporte au moins un contact (22) qui peut être mis en contact avec l'unité de stockage (1) afin d'alimenter celle-ci en courant.
- Système de moulage selon une des deux revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fixation (21) du dispositif de moulage (20) peut être déplacé en hauteur à l'aide d'un dispositif de transport (23).
- Système de moulage selon une des trois revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de moulage (20) comporte au moins deux dispositifs de fixation (21a, 21b) destinés chacun à la fixation détachable d'une unité de stockage (1a, 1b) apte au stockage de matières pour un procédé de moulage.
- Système de moulage selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de fixation (21a, 21b) peuvent changer de position, de façon que les unités de stockage (1a, 1b) qui y sont fixées de manière détachable se trouvent soit en position de service, soit en position d'attente.
