Claims (14)

  1. Verfahren für die Montage und den Einbau eines Schiebetors, das folgende Schritte umfasst:
    Im Werk wird ein komplettes, einbau- und funktionsfähiges Schiebetor gefertigt, das ein unteres selbsttragendes Laufschienenprofil (1) umfasst, auf dem zumindest zwei Säulen (2, 3) befestigt werden, ein Gehäuse (12) mit dem Antrieb, zumindest ein Torblatt (4), das zwischen einer Position, in der das Torblatt (4) die Lichte zwischen den beiden Säulen (2, 3) schließt, und einer Position, in der das Torblatt (4) diese Lichte freigibt, verschoben werden kann, am Einbauort des Schiebetors wird ein Graben (5) angelegt, der geeignet ist, das untere Laufschienenprofil (1) des Schiebetors aufzunehmen, das im Werk gefertigte Schiebetor wird komplett und funktionsfähig zum Einbauort verbracht, das untere Laufschienenprofil (1), das das übrige Schiebetor trägt, wird in den Graben (5) eingelassen, und das besagte Profil (1) wird vermittels Beton im besagten Graben (5) eingebettet, um die Position des besagten Schiebetors einzustellen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere selbsttragende Laufschienenprofil werksmäßig mit abnehmbaren Regelorganen (6) ausgerüstet ist, die auf dem Boden aufliegen können, und die nach dem Aushärten des Gießbetons entfernt werden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Regelorgane (6) aus zumindest zwei getrennten Traversen bestehen, die gleitend und abnehmbar am Laufschienenprofil (1) befestigt sind, die jeweils an ihren Enden eine senkrechte Stellschraube (7) tragen, die sich auf dem Boden abstützen können.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass drei Traversen verwendet werden und eine der Traversen deutlich in der Mitte der Länge des Laufschienenprofils (1) platziert wird.
  4. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schiebetor ein Torblatt (4) umfasst, das zwischen einer geschlossenen Position und einer offenen Position gleiten kann, wobei das untere selbsttragende Laufschienenprofil (1) eine Länge zumindest gleich dem Abstand zwischen den beiden Säulen (2, 3) plus der Lauflänge des Torblatts (4) zur offenen Position hat.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere selbsttragende Laufschienenprofil (1) die Führungsschiene (11) des Torblatts (4) trägt.
  6. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Torblatt (4) bis zum kompletten Aushärten des Betons in offener Position gehalten wird.
  7. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere selbsttragende Laufschienenprofil (1) einen rückwärtigen Teil (1a) umfasst, der auf der Baustelle fest verbunden wird.
  8. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das selbsttragende Laufschienenprofil (1) eine hohle Metallschiene ist, in der sich Stromkabel für die Versorgung der Antriebsorgane des Schiebetors, der Durchgangsentdeckung, des Telefonportiers und andere erstrecken.
  9. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das komplette im Werk montierte Schiebetor mit einem Hebezeug (19, 20) von seinem Montageort zu einem Anhänger (18) und dann von diesem Anhänger zum Graben (5) transportiert wird.
  10. Im Werk gefertigtes und einbaufähiges Schiebetor, das ein unteres selbsttragendes Laufschienenprofil (1) umfasst, das zumindest zwei Säulen (2, 3) trägt, zumindest ein bewegliches Torblatt (4), zumindest ein Gehäuse (12, 13), das elektrische Antriebsorgane des Schiebetors umschließt und die notwendigen Stromkabel für die Versorgung der besagten Stromaggregate, wobei das Ganze von einem Hebezeug (19, 20) transportiert werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das selbsttragende Laufschienenprofil (1) mit Organen (6) ausgerüstet ist, um den Einbau der Schiebetür zu vereinfachen, und die ermöglichen, diese Schiebetür auf den Boden aufgestützt zu halten und ihre Position im Verhältnis zur Bodenebene und im Verhältnis zu einer vertikalen Ebene zu regeln, wobei diese Organe (6) nach dem Einbau der Schiebetür vom Laufschienenprofil (1) entfernt werden können.
  11. Schiebetor nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Schlupftür (21) umfasst, die schwenkend an einem Pfosten (22) montiert ist, der an einem der Enden des unteren selbsttragenden Laufschienenprofils (1) befestigt ist.
  12. Schiebetor nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Säule (3) einen Innenraum umfasst, der die Entdeckungsorgane umschließt.
  13. Schiebetor nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Säule (2) einen Aufnahmeraum umfasst, der ein vertikales Gehäuse (13) bildet, das einen telefonischen Portier, Organe für die Durchgangsentdeckung und Beleuchtung umschließt.
  14. Schiebetor nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Säule (3) einen Aufnahmeraum umfasst, der ein vertikales Gehäuse bildet, das einen telefonischen Portier und Organe für die Durchgangsentdeckung umschließt.
