Es wird eine Vorrichtung zur Vervielfältigung und Detektion von Targetsubstanzen, insbesondere von Nukleinsäuren, aus einer Probe beschrieben. Die Vorrichtung umfasst mindestens zwei Vervielfältigungsmodule (4) sowie mindestens zwei Detektionsmodule (5), die auf einem Bauteil angeordnet sind, wobei die Vervielfältigungsmodule (4) über eine jeweils individuell anzusteuernde Temperierungseinheit (6) temperierbar sind.
